Abstract
根据本发明的一个实施例的电池封装包含:基膜层;和印刷层,该印刷层被设置在基膜层的下面或上面,并且包括粘合剂树脂和炭黑。电池封装的基膜层或印刷层被激光照射部分地除去以暴露出下面的层。因此,根据本发明的电池封装,形状或标识语等等的大部分可以容易地被显示在外部以便通过激光照射识别。通过电池封装的可识别性和外部性,可以删除将单独的标签附接到电池封装的标签过程。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于二次锂电池或便携式蓄电池的电池封装(cell packaging)材料和一种用于制造这种电池封装材料的方法。特别地,本发明涉及一种包括通过激光照射部分地除去基膜层(base film layer)或印刷层的电池封装材料,和一种用于这种制造电池封装材料的方法。
背景技术
通常,通过按压金属,尤其是铝,并且使其形成为圆柱形或平行六面体形状而得到的封装材料已经被用作二次锂电池、便携式蓄电池等等的电池封装材料。然而,这样的金属容器封装材料(metallic can packaging materials)具有坚硬的外壁,因而存在以下限制,即将被封装的电池的形状由金属容器封装材料的形状来确定。
为了克服这样的限制,层状电池封装材料得到发展。例如,韩国专利申请No.2003-7002427公开了一种电池封装材料,这种电池封装材料包括基层、粘合层、阻挡层、干式叠层(dry laminate layer)和密封层。进一步,韩国专利申请No.2002-0030737公开了一种电池封装材料,这种电池封装材料包括基膜和利用双向拉伸尼龙、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)或聚烯烃树脂的表面保护层的层状结构。
然而,这样的常用电池封装材料是通过单独的标签操作来完成,在该单独的标签操作中,标签被附接到电池封装材料以便在封装电池之后赋予可分辩性或外部设计。这样的单独的标签操作存在的问题是延缓生产并且增加制造成本。此外,因为被用于注明日期的标签是通过例如点印刷处理的印刷条形码等等而获得,所以标记各种标识语、形状等等受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种电池封装材料和一种用于制造电池封装材料的方法,该电池封装材料可以安全地保护电池和可以通过简单地激光照射拥有可分辩性和外部设计而不用任何单独的标签操作,并且可以通过各种颜色来改善外部设计。
本发明的目的也在于提供一种电池封装材料和用于制造电池封装材料的方法,该电池封装材料可以在很短的制造时间内获得,重量轻,对形状无限制,并且拥有极好的耐热性、电绝缘性、防潮阻气性、稳定性、耐腐蚀性、热密封强度和可塑性。
在本发明的实施例中,提供了一种电池封装材料,其包括:基膜层;和印刷层,印刷层设置在基膜层的下部或上部,并且包括粘合剂树脂和炭黑,其中,基膜层或印刷层通过激光照射被部分地除去从而露出下部的层。
在本发明的实施例中,提供了一种用于制造电池封装材料的方法,包括:提供在基膜层的下部或上部的印刷层,印刷层包含粘合剂树脂和炭黑;和基膜层或印刷层受到激光照射,以部分地除去基膜层或印刷层,以使得基膜层或印刷层的下部的层被露出。
根据本发明的实施例,基膜层和印刷层可以相互具有不同的颜色。
根据本发明的实施例,激光可以是CO2激光。
根据本发明的实施例,炭黑可以具有1-4μm的粒子直径。

根据此处公开的电池封装材料,基膜层或印刷层通过激光照射而被部分地出去以便暴露出其下部的层,从而实现可识别性或外部设计。用这样的方式,能够避免单独的标签操作以提高生产率,而通过单独的标签操作封装材料拥有可识别性或外部设计。此外,能够在电池封装材料的外表面上标记针对消费者的标识语、不规则的形状、序列号、质量标志或其它各种样式。因此,能够提供一种不仅拥有电池保护功能而且拥有各种附加功能的电池封装材料。
而且,电池封装材料可以获得各种颜色以赋予改善的外部设计。特别地,能够使电池封装材料的颜色与电池的颜色或其中使用了电池的电子仪器的颜色相匹配。
而且,根据本发明的实施例,能够提供一种电池封装材料,该电池封装材料可以在很短的制造时间内获得,重量轻,无形状限制,和拥有极好的耐热性、防潮阻气性、稳定性、耐腐蚀性、热密封强度和可塑性。该电池封装材料也可以拥有良好的可印刷性以便即使在模制之后印刷层也显示较小的色差。此外,电池封装材料可以防止中间层分离。

在下文中,将详细描述根据本发明的实施例的用于二次锂电池或便携式蓄电池的电池封装材料和用于制造电池封装材料的方法。
图1和图2是分别显示根据本发明的实施例的电池封装材料的层状结构的示意图。
通常,电池包括阴极、阳极、分隔件、电解质等等,电池的外部可以由封装材料封装。该封装材料被称为电池封装材料。
根据本发明的实施例的电池封装材料包括依次堆叠的基膜层10、印刷层20、粘合层30、阻挡层40和密封层50(参见图1)。此处,印刷层20和基膜层10的位置可以互换(参见图2)。此外,印刷层可以是具有结合在其上的粘合剂的粘合印刷层。
根据实施例,基膜层10或印刷层20被部分地除去以便印刷层20或基膜层10的部的层被暴露。用这样的方式,能够赋予电池封装材料的可识别性或外部设计而不用任何单独的标签操作。
基膜层10或印刷层20可以通过激光照射被容易地除去。当基膜层10或印刷层20受到激光照射时,由激光束照射的部分被容易地燃烧和除去。激光的特别实例包括气体激光、准分子激光、半导体激光等等,考虑到可标记性,二氧化碳(CO2)激光可以优选地被使用。与其它类型的激光相比,二氧化碳激光表现出较小的反射或者散射,因此允许能量集中于被激光束照射的目标。缩短二氧化碳激光脉冲可以使除了目标的部分的热损伤最小化,从而提高可标记性。
特别地,可以使用1604nm的波长的CO2激光。尽管对激光照射的能量的量没有特别的限制,但是考虑到面的层的破损的可能性和受到能量照射的层(基膜层或印刷层)的特殊类型,来确定激光照射的能量的量。
在根据本发明的实施例的电池封装材料中,当基膜层10通过激光照射被部分除去时,设置在基膜层10下方的印刷层20被部分地暴露。因此,能够通过被暴露部分表示各种形状或文字。例如通过被暴露部分来表示形状,最好是基膜层10的颜色不同于印刷层20的颜色。此外,即使当基膜层10具有与印刷层20相同的颜色时,两者也可以相互在亮度上不同。
在下文中,将详细描述形成电池封装材料的每一层。
基膜层10可以仅仅包括聚酯薄膜或聚酰胺薄膜,或聚酯薄膜和聚酰胺薄膜的叠层(可以变换堆叠顺序)。
聚酯薄膜具有极好的电解电阻,聚酯薄膜的特别实例包括从由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBN)、聚酯和聚碳酸酯(PC)等等组成的组合中选出的至少一个。
聚酰胺薄膜用于加强可塑性,尤其需要用于模制型封装材料。在模制型封装材料的情况下,考虑到电池的容量和尺寸可以使用可模制的双向拉伸的聚酰胺薄膜。双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜树脂的特别实例包括从由尼龙6、尼龙6.6、尼龙6与尼龙6.6的共聚体、尼龙6.10、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)等等组成的组合中选出的至少一个。
根据本发明的实施例,因为激光照射导致发热,优选地,耐热的薄膜可以应用于如上所述薄膜中。特别地,最好是用具有极好的耐热性、尺寸恒定性和可加工性的PET薄膜或双向拉伸聚酰胺薄膜作为基膜层10。
基膜层10可以具有15-25μm的厚度。当基膜层10具有小于15μm的厚度时,阻气性可能会降低,并且铝箔可能会被氧化和被腐蚀。当基膜层10具有大于25μm的厚度时,在模制期间可能不容易形成电池封装材料的边缘部分,并且合成的电池封装材料可能显示较差的柔韧性。
同时,聚酯薄膜和聚酰胺薄膜可以通过使用粘合剂互相层叠。在此处使用的粘合剂可以是具有极好的耐热性的聚氨酯粘合剂。特别地,可以使用氨基申酸乙酯两部分(urethane-based two-part(two components)(两种组分)的粘合剂。当电池在其被封装在封装材料中之后移动时,温度可能由于发热而会增加,因此具有低耐热性的粘合剂可能导致聚酯薄膜和聚酰胺薄膜之间的隔层分离。因此,需要使用具有极好的耐热性的粘合剂。
根据本发明的实施例,从由阻燃剂、光滑剂、颜料和导电墨组成的组合中选出的至少一个可以被增加到基膜层10以提供具有各种功能的电池封装材料。
可以使用通常为本领域的技术人员所知的任何阻燃剂而不用特别限制。其优势在于在此处使用的阻燃剂具有与用于基膜层10的树脂的可兼容性并且不会导致层的层叠质量的降低。此外,其优势在于阻燃剂不会影响最终产品的机械性能,并且使得由于燃烧产生的烟雾和毒气程度较小。
阻燃剂的无限制实例包括有机阻燃剂,例如磷基、卤素基、三聚氰胺基等的阻燃剂,或无机阻燃剂,例如氢氧化铝、锑基阻燃剂、氢氧化镁等等。考虑到环境问题,较优地选用无卤阻燃剂。
光滑剂的作用为防止一个薄膜层与另一个薄膜层粘合和提供薄膜或片状物的表面润滑。在此处可以使用任何光滑剂,其特别实例包括赋予润滑特性的聚合体,例如硅胶、硅氧烷、硅烷、蜡等等。此外,光滑剂的无限制实例包括脂肪酸酰胺,例如油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺等等。
颜料的特别实例包括具有各种颜色的一般的无机颜料或有机颜料。无机颜料的特别实例包括白色的氧化锌(ZnO)、二氧化钛(TiO2)、碱式碳酸铅、锌钡白、ZnS与BaSO4、2PbCO3.Pb(OH)2的混合物、黑色的氧化铁(FeO.FeO3)、炭黑、黄色的铬酸铅(PbCrO4)、黄色的氧化铁(FeO(OH)或Fe2O3.H2O)、镉黄(CdS或CdS与ZnS的混合物)、钛镍黄(TiO2.NiO.Sb2O3)、橙色的铬橙(PbCrO4.PbO)、钼橙(PbCrO4.PbMoO4.PbSO4)、红色的红氧化铁、四氧化三铅、镉红、蓝紫色的锰紫、蓝色的普蓝(Fe(NH4)Fe(CN)6.xH2O)、深蓝色(Na6-8Al6Si6O24S2-4)、钴蓝(CoO.Al2O3)、绿色的铬绿(铬酸铅与普蓝的混合物)、翠绿色(Cu(CH3CO2)2.3Cu(AsO2)2)等等。
有机颜料的特别实例包括黄色、橙色或红色的含氮型颜料,蓝色、蓝紫色或绿色的酞菁颜料,或多环浓缩颜料,例如烟华石、硫靛、芘酮、二萘嵌苯、喹吖啶酮颜料等等。
颜料掺入基膜层10中允许电池封装材料获得各种颜色。同时,当考虑印刷层20的颜色时,包含在基膜层10内的颜料可以从如上所述的颜料中充分地选择。
可以使用任何通常为本领域的技术人员所知的导电墨。导电墨掺入基膜层10中提供具有电磁波屏蔽效应的电池封装材料。导电墨通过增加导电填充物到粘合剂树脂而形成。导电填充物的特别实例包括金属例如银、金、铂、铜或镍,金属氧化物例如氧化钌,无定形碳粉,石墨,碳纤维等等。
印刷层20可能包括粘合剂树脂和炭黑。炭黑掺入印刷层20中允许印刷层具有与基膜层10对比的颜色。因此,经由被激光照射而除去的基膜层10(参见图1)或印刷层(参见图2)的部分,可以明显地看到被暴露的印刷层20或基膜层10。因此能够改善经由基膜层10或印刷层20的除去部分而被暴露的形状的图案的可识别性。
粘合剂树脂的特别实例包括具有极好的耐热性、耐酸性、耐溶剂性、抗碱性、抗划伤性等等的固化树脂。这样的固化树脂的特别实例包括环氧树脂、乙烯树脂、石碳酸、尿素、醇酸树脂、三聚氰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚酯、聚氨基甲酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚聚氨酯树脂等等。特别地,具有极好的印刷转印性和耐热性的乙烯树脂和聚氨基甲酸酯树酯可以用作粘合剂树脂。
因为印刷层20使用固化树脂作为粘合剂树脂,所以其不仅显示极好的耐热性、耐酸性、耐溶剂性、抗碱性等等,而且具有良好的可印性以便不会引起色差,即使在模制之后。
粘合剂树脂可以使用的量等于或大于形成印刷层20的成分的总重量的5wt%并等于或小于总重量的20wt%。当粘合剂树脂使用的量等于或大于20wt%时,印刷层可能具有低印刷转印性。当粘合剂树脂使用的量小于5wt%时,可能出现印刷缺陷,例如褶皱或梳齿形式。
炭黑可能具有1-4μm的粒子直径以减少或防止印刷转印性的降低,由墨填充引起的印刷缺陷等等。炭黑可以使用的量占形成印刷层20的成分的总重量的5-15wt%,尤其是10wt%。
印刷层20可以进一步包括除炭黑之外的一般的无机颜料或有机颜料以获得各种颜色。
为了形成印刷层20,可以使用凹版印刷、微型凹版印刷、倒转凹版印刷、弧形印刷方法等等。特别地,可以使用凹版印刷。同时,为了在凹版印刷期间改善印刷均匀性和提高激光器标记的效率,以及实现高质量的颜色,100-200线的圆柱可以用作用于印刷的圆柱。
此外,香味散发微囊体可以掺入印刷层20中以便电池封装材料发出各种香味。通过将这样的微囊体与粘合剂树脂以使微囊体分散进入粘合剂树脂内的形式混合,再将该合成的混合物与颜料混合形成用于形成印刷层20的成分,并使用该成分执行印刷,从而可以获得具有掺入到其中的香味散发微囊体的印刷层。
香味散发微囊体可以通过将例如来源于花卉或水果的油基香料溶解在有机溶剂中而获得。封装材料的特别实例包括天然高分子,例如明胶、阿拉伯树胶、干酪素等等,或合成聚合物,例如乙基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯等。
进一步,印刷层20可能进一步包括温度指示墨。术语‘温度指示墨’是指基于温度颜色产生变化的墨。这样的温度指示墨通过吸收能量在颜色上发生变化(或颜色损失),和随能量吸收的阻断(block)恢复其原来的颜色或变换为另一种颜色。各种类型的温度指示墨根据其颜色、变色温度(变色温度可以在30到120℃的大范围内)、变色机制等等为本领域的技术人员所知。
当通过使用温度指示墨形成印刷层20时,电池的热性能可以由电池封装材料确定。因此,能够确保电池的稳定性和可靠性。同样能够直接确定电池封装材料在足够的温度下是否受到密封。
印刷层20和阻挡层40,或基膜层10和阻挡层40可以通过介于二者间的粘合层30而粘合。
形成粘合层30的粘合剂可以是具有可印性、粘合剂稳定性(热稳定性)、耐化学性和耐油性的一种粘合剂,以便粘合剂在激光照射期间保持其粘合性。粘合剂的特别实例可能包括包含丙烯酸、环氧树脂、酚醛、三聚氰胺、聚酰亚胺、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚醚氨基甲酸酯粘合剂等等中的一部分(一个组分)粘合剂,或包含基部和固化剂部分的两部分(两个组分)粘合剂。特别地,具有极好的耐热性的丙稀酸或氨基甲酸酯粘合剂可以用来抑制在激光照射期间可能出现的升起现象。低粘度粘合剂或高粘度粘合剂可以用作丙稀酸粘合剂。
此外,包含阻燃剂的粘合剂可以被使用以便改善电池封装材料的耐火性。然而,当增加阻燃剂到粘合层时,过量的阻燃剂可能导致胶合性的降低,导致中间层分离或变白。因此,增加到粘合层的阻燃剂的增加量可以占粘合剂的重量的大于0wt%且等于或小于30wt%。
根据一个实施例,粘合剂可以结合到印刷层以形成粘合剂印刷层以便简化印刷操作。
阻挡层40需要防水和防气,其特别实例包括铝箔。进一步,铝箔可以包含铁。这样的包含铁的铝具有极好的绝缘特性并且可以减少由层叠的层板的弯曲引起气孔产生。特别地,当形成隆起的壳(embossed sheath)时,这样的包含铁的铝便于侧壁的形成。此处,当含铁量小于0.6wt%时,可能难以防止气孔产生和提高隆起的可塑性。另一方面,当含铁量大于2.0wt%时,铝的柔韧性可能降低并且可能在模制具有层的袋状(pouch)期间其可加工性降低。此外,铝箔可以包含硅。当含硅量超过0.9wt%时,尽管其表现出磁性被改善,但是铝箔在模制成袋状期间表现出较差的可加工性。另一方面,当含硅量小于0.05wt%时,最终产品具有较差的强度和延展性,在模制成袋状期间导致可加工性的降低。
因此,考虑到可塑性和可加工性,铝箔可以包含,特别地,0.05-0.9wt%的硅和0.6-2.0wt%的铁。
同时,铝箔在其任何一个表面或两个表面上可以受到无铬酸盐处理以便防止腐蚀和提高粘附强度。这样的无铬酸盐处理包括通过使用从由有机化合物,例如包含钛的树脂、锆、磷酸酯等等,和无机/有机复合材料组成的组合中选出的至少一个化合物形成耐酸涂层薄膜。此处,无铬酸盐处理可以在铝箔的两个表面上执行以增加抗盐性。除上述处理之外,铝箔可以被涂上聚合树脂,例如丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、环氧树脂、氟树脂等等。
在下文中,将描述最内层,即密封层50。密封层可以被形成为具有5-120μm的厚度。粘合树脂层和熔融挤出树脂层可以进一步形成在阻挡层40和密封层50之间。特别地,粘合树脂层(或熔融挤出树脂层)可以形成在阻挡层40和密封层50之间,聚烯烃(改进的聚丙烯)薄膜或挤压密层可以用作密封层50。
在下文中,将说明粘合树脂层、熔融挤出树脂层和密封层的形成。粘合树脂层由将被容易地粘附到金属(例如铝)的粘合树脂覆盖到阻挡层40的表面形成。在电池需要耐热性的情况下,聚丙烯树脂通常被使用于密封层50。然而,这样的聚丙烯树脂不是直接粘附到铝上。因此,为了便于粘合到铝,被容易地粘附到铝的粘合树脂被用于涂层。粘合树脂可以通过将从由改进的聚乙烯、改进的聚丙烯和改进的丙烯酸树脂组成的组合中选出的至少一个溶解在溶剂中而获得。
然后,熔融挤出树脂层可以形成在粘合树脂层和密封层之间。熔融挤出树脂层用于通过由熔化挤压薄膜提供的粘合力将上层与下层层叠。熔融挤出树脂层可以通过执行聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂的熔化挤压和施加聚丙烯树脂或聚乙烯树脂在阻挡层上,然后与密封层层叠而形成。
当执行熔化挤压涂层时,能够产生臭氧照射的臭氧生成系统可以用于对熔化挤压涂层树脂的表面执行过氧化处理从而改进粘合性,以及形成臭氧涂层从而改进粘合剂树脂层和熔融挤出树脂层之间的防护性能、密封性和粘合性。
当在熔化挤压涂层期间被挤压成形的树脂被臭氧照射时,有可能将粘合性提高到更高的程度。可以使用任何已知的臭氧生成系统。例如大气的空气可以被空气压缩机加压并且空气可以在氧气发生器中被分离成氮气和氧气,以便纯氧被唯一地使用于通过静止的等离子体放电系统利用射频和高压生产高浓缩的臭氧。这样的产生臭氧的空气可以通过喷气嘴喷入树脂排出口以执行树脂涂敷薄膜的强氧化处理,从而改善薄膜的粘附强度。熔融挤出树脂层的涂层厚度可以是10-80μm,优选地为10-40μm。
密封层50使用热封树脂层以执行封装材料的热密封。当在此处使用的树脂为模制型树脂时,其可以在模制系统的模型面上提供润滑性和热密封强度,并且防止由模制条件引起的热密封层的破裂、变白或气孔产生。为了这个目的,密封层可以包括通过增加从乙烯、丁二烯和乙烯丙烯橡胶中选出的至少一个到从聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯共聚物、丙烯共聚体等等中选出的至少一个而形成。在变形中,密封层可以是改进的聚丙烯薄膜。
根据本发明的实施例,基膜层10或印刷层20的最外层可以进一步拥有为了无光(消光)处理、全息照相处理或闪光(发光)处理的附加涂层。当电池封装材料进一步拥有无光涂层时,有可能防止光散射,因此使激光照射时的标记效率最大化,使由光散射引起的电池封装材料的表面上的损害最小化,并且改善其操作。例如,无光涂层可以由通过凹板印刷过程将具有聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的不透明颜料的混合物覆盖到基膜层10的表面上而形成。
根据本发明的实施例,基膜层10和印刷层20的最外层可以进一步拥有硬敷层。硬敷层用于防止基膜层10或印刷层20被外部压力刮伤或被溶剂泡胀。硬敷层可以通过将UV固化的硬敷剂应用到印刷层而形成,并且伴随着UV固化。特别地,包含低功能性高分子量树脂的坚硬涂覆剂可以用作UV固化的硬敷剂以提高电池封装材料的柔韧性和增加耐溶剂性、抗划伤和硬度。低功能性高分子量树脂可以包括具有两个到三种功能和10000-30000的分子量的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物。
硬敷剂可以以各种印刷方法被施加,包括凹版印刷、微型凹版印刷、倒转凹版印刷、弧形印刷方法等等。在干燥状态下可以应用厚度为4-12μm的硬敷剂。当厚度小于4μm时,硬敷层可能具有低表面硬度和较差的UV固化性。当厚度大于12μm时,印刷层可能表现出激光照射时严重的燃烧,从而提供较差的可标记性。硬敷层可以具有大约5H或更高的表面硬度。
现在将描述实例和实验。以下实例仅仅用于说明性的目的,而不是要限制本发明的范围。同样,以下对比的实例仅仅被制成用于比较实例的目的。
实验1:基于炭黑的粒子直径的电池封装材料的特征评估
实例1
提供了一种具有印刷层/基膜层/粘合层/阻挡层(铝箔)/熔融挤出树脂层/密封层的结构的电池封装材料。
印刷层包括10wt%的聚氨酯树脂和10wt%的具有3μm的粒子直径的炭黑。基膜层由尼龙树脂组成,粘合层由聚酯树酯组成。熔融挤出树脂层由聚丙烯树脂组成。密封层由乙烯、丙烯和丁二烯的聚合物组成。
对比实例
提供了与实例1同样方式的电池封装材料,除了具有7μm的粒子直径的炭黑(对比实例1)或具有11μm的粒子直径的炭黑(对比实例2)被用于印刷层之外。
印刷转印性
电池封装材料被分割成1mX1m的尺寸以提供样品。然后,每个样本的印刷层中的未印刷部分的数目通过肉眼确定。当不存在任何未印刷部分时,样本被表示为“○”。当存在两个和三个未印刷部分时,样品被分别表示为“△”和“X”。
墨填充
被分割成1mX1m的尺寸的每个样本的印刷层被检查是否产生斑点,例如圆柱斑点。当斑点产生区域与印刷层区域之比为10%或更小时,该样本被表示为“○”。当比值为11%以上且小于20%时,该样本被表示为“△”。当比值为20%以上时,样本被表示为“X”。
可标记性
在被分割成1mX1m的尺寸的每个样本的印刷层受到激光照射之后,测量印刷层的斑点产生面积。当斑点产生面积与印刷层面积之比为10%或更小时,该样本被表示为“○”。当比值为11%以上且小于20%时,该样本被表示为“△”。当比值为20%以上时,样本被表示为“X”。
下表显示用于基于炭黑的粒子直径确定印刷转印性、油填充和标记性的实验结果。

实验2:基于印刷层中的粘合剂树脂的含量的电池封装材料的特征评估
对比实例
提供了多种具有印刷层/基膜层/粘合层/阻挡层(铝箔)/熔融挤出树脂层/密封层的结构的电池封装材料。
电池封装材料以与实例1中同样的方式获得,除了印刷层包含3wt%的聚氨酯树脂(对比实例3)和包含20wt%的聚氨酯树脂(对比实例4)之外。
印刷转印性
电池封装材料被分割成1mX1m的尺寸以提供样品。然后,每个样本的印刷层中的未印刷部分的数目通过肉眼确定。当不存在任何未印刷部分时,样本被表示为“○”。当存在两个和三个未印刷部分时,样品被分别表示为“△”和“X”。
可操作性
当样本的印刷层在从印刷操作开始到电池封装操作期间没有显示沿着纵向的涂敷线时,样本被表示为“○”。当样本在印刷操作开始之后的两个小时的时间内显示一条沿着纵向的涂敷线时,样本被表示为“△”。当样本在印刷操作开始之后的三个小时的时间内显示一条沿着纵向的涂敷线时,样本被表示为“X”
下表2显示基于容纳于印刷层的粘合剂树脂含量而确定印刷转印性和可操作性的实验的结果。

Claims (7)
1.一种电池封装材料,其特征在于,包括:
基膜层;
印刷层,所述印刷层设置在所述基膜层的上部,并且包括粘合剂树脂和炭黑;
阻挡层,所述阻挡层形成在所述基膜层的下部;
熔融挤出树脂层,所述熔融挤出树脂层形成在所述阻挡层的下部;和
密封层,所述密封层形成在所述熔融挤出树脂层的下部;
其中,所述印刷层通过激光照射被部分地除去从而露出下部的层;
其中,所述炭黑具有1-4μm的粒子直径,并且包含的所述炭黑的量占形成所述印刷层的成分的总重量的5-15wt%;
其中,所述粘合剂树脂是聚氨脂,并且包含的所述粘合剂树脂的量占形成所述印刷层的成分的总重量的5wt%以上且20wt%以下;
其中,硬敷层进一步形成在所述印刷层的上部,并且所述硬敷层包含聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物,所述聚氨酯丙烯酸酯低聚物具有10000-30000的分子量。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述基膜层和所述印刷层具有彼此不同的颜色。
3.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述激光是CO2激光。
4.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述印刷层进一步包括从由颜料、光滑剂、香味散发微囊体和温度指示墨组成的组合中选出的至少一个。
5.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述基膜层具有5-30μm的厚度。
6.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述基膜层进一步包括从由颜料、阻燃剂、光滑剂和导电墨组成的组合中选出的至少一个。
7.如权利要求1所述的电池封装材料,其特征在于,其中,所述印刷层受到无光处理、全息照相处理或闪光处理。
