Abstract
自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，属于医疗器械技术领域。其包括滴斗、滴斗底部设置的下导管及设置在下导管末端的正压无针接头专用接口和输液针，所述的滴斗内设有所有药液都通过的药过膜，所述的药过膜包括被滴斗固定的药过膜固定带和未被滴斗固定的药过膜游离带，所述的药过膜上方设置分隔板，所述的分隔板将滴斗内的药过膜上方空腔分隔成进液外腔和进液内腔，所述的进液外腔通过药过膜固定带上设置的通道与药过膜固定带相通。本发明具有自动排气、自动止液和防回血、高速精密过滤、正压无针接头专用接口及自动蓄液等优点，实现安全智能的输液。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域，具体涉及自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器。
背景技术
目前医疗机构所用输液器大多为传统输液器，传统输液器存在以下缺点：1、需要医护人员手动排气，耗时耗力并且有气泡残留；2、换瓶不及时，可能导致回血或气体输入人体；3、药液中不溶性微粒输入人体，长期积累形成栓塞危害人体；4、流速慢，不适合于急救；5、下导管末端接口不牢固，无法与正压无针接头进行稳定结合（正压无针接头具备无针及完成输注时拔除输注设备不出现负压，不出现回血等优点，广泛应用于留置针及中心静脉导管等长期留置严禁回血堵塞的器械）；6、输液过程中需多次挤压滴斗以蓄液。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的在于设计提供一种自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器的技术方案。该输液器具有自动排气、自动止液并防回血、高速精密过滤、与正压无针接头结合稳定及自动蓄液等功能，能有效解决传统输液器存在的6大缺点。
所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，包括滴斗、滴斗底部设置的下导管及设置在下导管末端的正压无针接头专用接口和输液针，其特征在于所述的滴斗内设有所有药液都通过的药过膜，所述的药过膜包括被滴斗固定的药过膜固定带和未被滴斗固定的药过膜游离带，所述的药过膜上方设置分隔板，所述的分隔板将滴斗内的药过膜上方空腔分隔成进液外腔和进液内腔，所述的进液外腔通过药过膜固定带上设置的通道与药过膜固定带相通。
所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，其特征在于所述的滴斗上设有排气通道，所述的排气通道的内口高于药过膜，所述的排气通道的外口与大气相通，所述的排气通道设有空气过滤器，空气过滤器为疏水性结构，允许气体通过排气通道，阻挡液体通过排气通道。
所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，其特征在于所述的药过膜下方设有排气管，所述的排气管上设有至少一个排气孔。
所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，其特征在于所述的输液针末端上密封套接密封套，密封套上设置末端空气过滤器，末端空气过滤器为疏水性结构，允许气体通过，阻挡液体通过。
所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，其特征在于所述的分隔板内壁与药过膜之间的空腔构成进液内腔。

所述的自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器，其特征在于所述的正压无针接头专用接口上通过设置螺纹，并且正压无针接头专用接口的接口内腔为平直无突起结构。
本发明通过滴斗内设置的药过膜及其下方排气管及输液针末端的密封套上的末端空气过滤器，实现全自动排气，并且采用内腔平直无突起的正压无针接头专用接口，避免传统输液器上药液过滤器的腰鼓形突起部位死角残留气泡，排气更彻底，消除气泡输入人体隐患。
本发明通过设置所有药液都通过的药过膜，依靠其细微内孔的毛细现象和拉升液体效应，实现输液结束后的自动止液。但是自动止液存在严重缺陷，虽然能使液面自动停止在药过膜高度防止空气进入下导管，但是临床中大量出现自动止液后回血（自动止液后，由于血压存在波动及病人躯体运动时肌肉收缩导致突发性肢体静脉压增高，破坏压力平衡，导致回血），为了解决该问题，本专利设置进液外腔及药过膜固定带及连通两者的通道，由于进液外腔的液体通过通道和药过膜固定带进入下导管极其缓慢，进液外腔液体滴尽时间可控制在1小时以上，同时由于一直有液体缓慢输入人体，能杜绝回血，实现1小时以上的防回血功能。
本发明通过设置所有药液都通过的精密过滤膜，有效滤除药液中危害人体不溶性微粒，并且精密药过膜通过去静电和脱脂处理，具有高流速的优点，适合于急救。
本发明通过下导管末端的正压无针接头专用接口的螺纹，提高与正压无针接头的配合稳定性。
本发明通过设置滴斗上的排气通道及空气过滤器，实现自动蓄液，无需挤压滴斗。
综上，本发明具有自动排气、自动止液和防回血、高速精密过滤、正压无针接头专用接口及自动蓄液等优点，实现安全智能的输液。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图来进一步说明本发明。
如图1所示，自动排气自动止液防回血高速精密型智能安全输液器包括滴斗1、滴斗底部设置的下导管9及设置在下导管9末端的正压无针接头专用接口10和输液针11。滴斗1内设置所有药液都通过的药过膜6，药过膜6为亲水的滤膜，其上分布无数细微的内孔，能有效滤除药液5um以上不溶性微粒和95%以上的5um以下的不溶性颗粒，并且通畅性好不易堵塞，在1米静压头作用下，10分钟能输注1200ml以上生理盐水，能实现高速输液，适用于急救。药过膜6包括了被滴斗1固定的药过膜固定带601和未被滴斗1固定的药过膜游离带602。
药过膜6的上方设置分隔板4，分隔板4与滴斗可以为一体成型的结构，也可以为分体连接结构。分隔板4将滴斗1内的药过膜6上方空腔分隔成进液外腔15和进液内腔14。进液外腔15具体由分隔板4外壁与滴斗1内壁之间的空腔构成，进液内腔14具体由分隔板4内壁与药过膜6之间的空腔构成。进液外腔15通过药过膜固定带601上设置的通道5与药过膜固定带601相通。通道5具体设置在与药过膜固定带601相连的滴斗1或分隔板4上。
作为优选，在滴斗1上设有排气通道2，排气通道2的内口高于药过膜6，外口与大气相通，排气通道2设有空气过滤器3，空气过滤器3含疏水性结构，允许气体通过排气通道2，阻挡液体通过排气通道2。药过膜6下方设有排气管8，排气管8上设有排气孔7，并且排气管8与下导管9相连。正压无针接头专用接口10上设置螺纹1001，螺纹1001的设置不但能提高与输液针11的连接牢固度，还适用于和正压无针接头进行稳定结合，正压无针接头专用接口10的接口内腔1002平直，能有效消除自排气过程中的死角残留气泡。输液针11末端上密封套接密封套12，密封套12上设置末端空气过滤器13，末端空气过滤器13含疏水性结构，允许气体通过，阻挡液体通过。
具体操作时，药液进入滴斗1内，先在进液内腔14内积蓄，继而液面超过分隔板4，流到进液外腔15，期间滴斗1内气体经排气通道2排出，排气通道2利于药液流入滴斗实现自动蓄液；当进液外腔15药液达到并覆盖排气通道2时，由于药液不能透过空气过滤器3而将排气通道2封闭，药液继续滴下时，滴斗1内腔的气体无法排出，产生正压，在正压作用下，药液透过药过膜6，在药过膜6下方的滴斗1内腔积蓄，气体从排气孔7排出，当药液封闭排气孔7时，产生正压，药液透过排气孔7进入排气管8，进入与排气管8连通的下导管9，最后被末端空气过滤器13阻挡，自动停止流动，实现全程自动排气，并且由于正压无针接头专用接口10无传统输液器的药液过滤器的腰鼓形突起，无排气死角，排气更彻底。
药瓶内药液输尽后，进液内腔14内液体通过药过膜游离带602快速输尽，继而进液外腔15内液体通过通道5和药过膜固定带601缓慢输注，开始长达1小时以上的慢速输注防回血过程，当进液外腔15内液体也输尽后，药过膜6的细微内孔产生毛细作用，其拉升液体的效应使药液自动停止在药过膜6的高度，进入自动止液过程。
换瓶时，将输液器插入新一瓶药液，药液进入滴斗1内，先在进液内腔14内积蓄（消除药过膜6上方气体，消除毛细作用，为重新贯通去除障碍），继而液面超过分隔板4，流到进液外腔15，期间滴斗1内气体经排气通道2排出，排气通道2利于药液流入滴斗实现自动蓄液；当进液外腔15药液达到并覆盖排气通道2时，由于药液不能透过空气过滤器3而将排气通道2封闭，药液继续滴下时，滴斗1内腔的气体无法排出，产生正压，在正压作用下，药液透过药过膜6，继而与滴斗1内药过膜6下方的液体融合，重新开始输液。
输液过程中，精密过滤膜6能有效滤除药液中有害微粒，保障人体安全，并且能保持高流速，适用于急救。
正压无针接头专用接口10具有螺纹1001，能和正压无针接头产生螺纹锁紧配合，能抗衡正压无针接头内的弹簧外弹作用，实现稳定结合。
Claims (4)
1.自动排气自动止液防回血输液器，包括滴斗（1）、滴斗底部设置的下导管（9）及设置在下导管（9）末端的正压无针接头专用接口（10）和输液针（11），其特征在于所述的滴斗（1）内设有所有药液都通过的药过膜（6），所述的药过膜（6）包括被滴斗（1）固定的药过膜固定带（601）和未被滴斗（1）固定的药过膜游离带（602），所述的药过膜（6）上方设置分隔板（4），所述的分隔板（4）与滴斗（1）为一体成型结构或分体连接结构，所述的分隔板（4）内壁与药过膜（6）之间的空腔构成进液内腔（14），所述的分隔板（4）外壁与滴斗（1）内壁之间的空腔构成进液外腔（15），所述的进液外腔（15）通过药过膜固定带（601）上设置的通道（5）与药过膜固定带（601）相通，所述的通道（5）设置在与药过膜固定带（601）相连的滴斗（1）或分隔板（4）上；
所述的滴斗（1）上设有排气通道（2），所述的排气通道（2）的内口高于药过膜（6），所述的排气通道（2）的外口与大气相通，所述的排气通道（2）设有空气过滤器（3），空气过滤器（3）为疏水性结构，允许气体通过排气通道（2），阻挡液体通过排气通道（2）；
所述的药过膜（6）下方设有排气管（8），所述的排气管（8）上设有至少一个排气孔（7）。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动排气自动止液防回血输液器，其特征在于所述的输液针（11）末端上密封套接密封套（12），密封套（12）上设置末端空气过滤器（13），末端空气过滤器（13）为疏水性结构，允许气体通过，阻挡液体通过。
3.如权利要求1所述的自动排气自动止液防回血输液器，其特征在于所述的药过膜（6）为能过滤药液中5um以上不溶性微粒，且能过滤药液中95%以上5um以下不溶性微粒的精密过滤膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的自动排气自动止液防回血输液器，其特征在于所述的正压无针接头专用接口（10）上设置螺纹（1001），并且正压无针接头专用接口（10）的接口内腔（1002）为平直无突起结构。
