Description

一种多层板自动锯
技术领域:本发明属机械技术领域,涉及一种锯切多层板的锯。 
背景技术:现有技术中,锯切多层板的锯通常有辊筒自动锯和手动锯。辊筒自动锯一般效率高,精度低,无法保证高档板及出口板的尺寸精度要求;手动锯可以采用导轨定位,实现高精度锯切,但是其劳动强度大,工作效率低。 
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种多层板高精度自动锯,用以有效的克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷。本发明的目的是在现有技术的基础上改进实现的,它包括纵锯、横锯和自动程序控制器,其特征在于纵锯前设有装板升降台,纵锯和横锯之间设有斜辊台,横锯后依次设有出板传动辊台和出板升降台;上述所说装板升降台和纵锯送板小车的上方设有由支架支撑的气动拖板机构,该气动拖板机构有一横置于装板升降台和纵锯送板小车上方的气动活塞缸,该气动活塞缸的活塞杆端部设有可拖动单板的拖头,所说气动拖板机构的支架上设有控制板坯位置的光电行程开关和控制气动活塞缸工作的电磁阀;纵锯的送板小车上设有板坯定位板、压板机构和出板传送机构,所说出板传送机构由电机和传送皮带组成,并且传送皮带的前进速度大于送板小车后退的速度;上述所说横锯后的出板升降台支 架上设有打板器和控制成品板坯高度的光电行程开关。 
叉车将一定尺寸的一摞多层板坯放置于送板辊台上,操作人员将该摞板坯推入送板升降台,在自动程序控制器的作用下,气动拖板机构工作,将最上一张板坯拖至送板小车上,由压紧机构压紧,同时送板小车由纵锯电机驱动,向纵锯送给,同时纵锯工作,将板坯纵边锯切,然后,小车上的板坯压紧机构松开,送板小车后退,出板传送机构工作,将纵向锯切好的板坯传送至斜辊台上,同时斜辊台工作,将板坯传送给横锯,横锯工作将板坯横边锯切,然后将锯切好的成品板依次传送至出板传动辊台和出板升降台上,并由打板器打齐,即完成一张板的整个加工过程。不断重复上述过程,即可自动完成多层板的高精度锯切的连续加工。当成品板达到设定并由控制成品板坯高度的光电行程开关控制的高度时,由叉车运出。 
本发明设计新颖,结构合理,操作方便,自动化程度高,用人少,劳动强度低,锯切精度和工作效率高。

具体实施方式:附图给出了本发明的一个具体实施例,下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明:根据图1、图2、图3、图4所示,图中5是纵锯,3是横锯,纵锯5前设有装板升降台6, 纵锯5和横锯3之间设有斜辊台4,横锯3后依次设有出板传动辊台2和出板升降台1;上述所说装板升降台6和纵锯送板小车8的上方设有由支架支撑的气动拖板机构,该气动拖板机构有一横置于装板升降台6和纵锯送板小车上方的气动活塞缸7,该气动活塞缸7的活塞杆端部设有可拖动单板的拖头9,所说气动拖板机构的支架上设有控制板坯位置的光电行程开关和控制气动活塞缸工作的电磁阀;纵锯5的送板小车8上设有板坯定位板11、压板机构和出板传送机构,所说出板传送机构由电机13和传送皮带12组成,并且传送皮带12的前进速度大于送板小车8后退的速度;上述所说横锯3后的出板升降台1的支架上设有打板器10和控制成品板坯高度的光电行程开关。

1.一种多层板自动锯,包括纵锯(5)、横锯(3)和自动程序控制器,其特征在于纵锯(5)前设有装板升降台(6),纵锯(5)和横锯(3)之间设有斜辊台(4),横锯(3)后依次设有出板传动辊台(2)和出板升降台(1);上述所说装板升降台(6)和纵锯送板小车(8)的上方设有由支架支撑的气动拖板机构,该气动拖板机构有一横置于装板升降台(6)和纵锯送板小车(8)上方的气动活塞缸(7),该气动活塞缸(7)的活塞杆端部设有可拖动单板的拖头(9),所说气动拖板机构的支架上设有控制板坯位置的光电行程开关和控制气动活塞缸工作的电磁阀;纵锯送板小车(8)上设有板坯定位板(11)、压板机构和出板传送机构,所说出板传送机构由电机(13)和传送皮带(12)组成,并且传送皮带(12)前进的速度大于纵锯送板小车(8)后退的速度;上述所说横锯(3)后的出板升降台(1)的支架上设有打板器(10)和控制成品板坯高度的光电行程开关;工作时,叉车将一定尺寸的一摞多层板坯放置于送板辊台上,操作人员将该摞板坯推入装板升降台,在自动程序控制器的作用下,气动拖板机构工作,将最上一张板坯拖至纵锯送板小车上,由压紧机构压紧,同时纵锯送板小车由电机驱动,向纵锯送给,同时纵锯工作,将板坯纵边锯切,然后,纵锯送板小车上的板坯压紧机构松开,纵锯送板小车后退,出板传送机构工作,将纵锯切好的板坯传送至斜辊台上,同时斜辊台工作,将板坯传送给横锯,横锯工作将板坯横边锯切,然后将锯切好的成品板依次传送至出板传动辊台和出板升降台上,并由打板器打齐,即完成一张板的整个加工过程。
