Abstract
本发明公开了一种护罩内片L形成型模,护罩内片为带翻折边的弧形金属板材;该护罩内片L形成型模包括下凹模、滑杆、下凹模镶块、上凸模、上模和坯料外圆弧定位销钉;所述下凹模的上平面设有多个滑杆,上模对应下凹模滑杆的位置设有滑孔,上模通过滑孔套在滑杆上上下移动,下凹模的上平面和上模的下平面对应平行;所述还包括下凹模的上平面设有圆弧形凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌有下凹模镶块,下凹模的上平面避开凹槽的位置设有两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉靠圆弧形凹槽长圆弧的那侧,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉沿下凹模上平面的纵轴线对称。通过上述方式,本发明能够使坯料在冲压模上快速一次成型,大大提高了生产效率和产品合格率。

[0001] 本发明涉及ー种冲压模具,特别是涉及ー种护罩内片L形成型摸。
背景技术
[0002] 传统的成型模具是利用折弯模具通过多次折弯而成的,成型过程中涉及多次折弯和定位,成型后的产品因为定位误差造成产品报废率高,而且效率也较低,使制造成本有所上升。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供ー种护罩内片L形成型模,能够使坯料在冲压模上快速一次成型,大大提高了生产效率和产品合格率。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供ー种护罩内片L形成型模,护罩内片为带翻折边的弧形金属板材;该护罩内片L形成型模包括下凹模、滑杆、下凹模镶块、上凸模、上模和坯料外圆弧定位销钉;所述下凹模的上平面设有多个滑杆,上模对应下凹模滑杆的位置设有滑孔,上模通过滑孔套在滑杆上上下移动,下凹模的上平面和上模的下平面对应平行;所述还包括下凹模的上平面设有圆弧形凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌有下凹模镶块,下凹模的上平面避开凹槽的位置设有两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉靠圆弧形凹槽长圆弧的那侧,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉沿下凹模上平面的纵轴线对称;上模下平面镶嵌有可插入下凹模凹槽的上凸模,上凸模的下弧面和下凹模镶块的上弧面对应平行,上模下平面对应下凹模销钉的位置设有销钉避让孔;上凸模插入下凹模凹槽后形成的腔体沿下凹模纵轴线切割的截面成L形。

ー种护罩内片L形成型模,护罩内片为带翻折边的弧形金属板材;该护罩内片L形成型模包括下凹模I、滑杆2、下凹模镶块3、上凸模4、上模5和坯料外圆弧定位销钉6 ;所述下凹模I的上平面设有多个滑杆2,上模5对应下凹模I滑杆2的位置设有滑孔,上模5通过滑孔套在滑杆2上上下移动,下凹模I的上平面和上模5的下平面对应平行;所述还包括下凹模I的上平面设有圆弧形凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌有下凹模镶块3,下凹模I的上平面避开下凹模镶块3的位置设有两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉6,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉6靠圆弧形凹槽长圆弧的那侧,两个坯料外圆弧定位销6钉沿下凹模I上平面的纵轴线对称;上模5下平面镶嵌有可插入下凹模凹槽的上凸模4,上凸模4的下弧面和下凹模镶块3的上弧面对应平行,上模下平面对 应下凹模销钉的位置设有销钉避让孔;上凸模4插入下凹模I凹槽后形成的腔体沿下凹模纵轴线切割的截面成L形。下凹模I凹槽的短圆弧侧靠中间的位置设有成品取料槽。

1. ー种护罩内片L形成型模,其特征在于:护罩内片为带翻折边的弧形金属板材;该护罩内片L形成型模包括下凹模、滑杆、下凹模镶块、上凸模、上模和坯料外圆弧定位销钉;所述下凹模的上平面设有多个滑杆,上模对应下凹模滑杆的位置设有滑孔,上模通过滑孔套在滑杆上上下移动,下凹模的上平面和上模的下平面对应平行;所述还包括下凹模的上平面设有圆弧形凹槽,凹槽内镶嵌有下凹模镶块,下凹模的上平面避开凹槽的位置设有两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉靠圆弧形凹槽长圆弧的那侧,两个坯料外圆弧定位销钉沿下凹模上平面的纵轴线对称;上模下平面镶嵌有可插入下凹模凹槽的上凸模,上凸模的下弧面和下凹模镶块的上弧面对应平行,上模下平面对应下凹模销钉的位置设有销钉避让孔;上凸模插入下凹模凹槽后形成的腔体沿下凹模纵轴线切割的截面成L形。
2.根据权利要求I所述的护罩内片L形成型模,其特征在于:所述下凹模凹槽的短圆弧侧靠中间的位置设有成品取料槽。
