本发明涉及一种线夹,尤其涉及一种设备线夹。
背景技术
目前使用的设备线夹包括压缩管,压缩管上端设计有平面接头,平面接头通过螺栓与设备相连接,这种结构接触面积较小,压接不牢固,易摆动,容易出现发热现象,影响设备安全运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种压接效果好、安全可靠的设备线夹。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种设备线夹,包括压缩管,其特征是:压缩管上端设计有压缩管接头,压缩管接头内开有左旋螺孔,压缩管接头上设计有过渡接头,过渡接头包括接头本体,接头本体内开有右旋螺孔,接头本体下端设计有左旋螺杆,左旋螺杆与左旋螺孔相互旋合。
本发明的优点效果在于:由于本发明的这种结构,所以使用本发明接触面积大,导电效果好,能够避免左右摆动,减少发热现象产生,安全可靠,同时便于加绝缘护套,使用方便简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明如图1所示,一种设备线夹,包括压缩管7,其特征是:压缩管7上端设计有压缩管接头6,压缩管接头6内开有左旋螺孔5,压缩管接头6上设计有过渡接头1,过渡接头1包括接头本体2,接头本体2内开有右旋螺孔3,接头本体2下端设计有左旋螺杆4,左旋螺杆4与左旋螺孔5相互旋合。
使用本发明的步骤:将导线放入压缩管内,然后用压线钳夹紧,通过过渡接头连接压缩管与设备,当需要拆卸时,只需要旋转过渡接头,其余部件不动,即可将设备与压缩管接头分开,从而使设备与压缩管分开,拆卸方便。
本发明主要适用于电气设备上的通过螺纹导电的接线端子上,例如电缆终端端子处、变压器高低压侧接头处,穿墙套管等处。

1.一种设备线夹,包括压缩管(7),其特征是:压缩管(7)上端设计有压缩管接头(6),压缩管接头(6)内开有左旋螺孔(5),压缩管接头(6)上设计有过渡接头(1),过渡接头(1)包括接头本体(2),接头本体(2)内开有右旋螺孔(3),接头本体(2)下端设计有左旋螺杆(4),左旋螺杆(4)与左旋螺孔(5)相互旋合。
