Abstract
一种阀口包装机，涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及一种袋口包装机的制造技术领域。包括灌装总成，灌装总成包括壳体，在壳体的一侧的上部设置喷嘴管，在喷嘴管的一侧设置小直径收尘管，收尘管的入口设置在喷嘴管的出口的一侧，收尘管的一端连接抽气装置；上述设置避免了收尘不清以及粉尘溢出飞扬的现象。

本发明涉及包装机械领域，特别涉及一种袋口包装机的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的阀口包装机灌装时，包装袋袋口套压在阀口包装机喷嘴上落料灌装，落料后袋内必定排出气体和粉末，装满三分之二后由于压力增大，袋子会迅速膨胀，粉尘四处溢出；现有解决的方法是：加大袋子的容积和袋口与喷嘴管口之间的间隙，采用袋外收尘，这几种方法收尘不清，且粉尘从袋口仍会溢出飞溅。
发明内容
本发明提供一种阀口包装机，目的在与解决现有的阀口包装机收尘不清，袋子膨胀，粉尘溢出飞扬的缺陷。
本发明包括灌装总成，所述灌装总成包括壳体，在所述壳体的一侧的上部设置喷嘴管，在所述喷嘴管的一侧设置小直径收尘管，所述收尘管的入口设置在所述喷嘴管的出口的一侧，所述收尘管的一端连接抽气装置。
本发明在所述喷嘴管处设置收尘管，收尘管连接抽气装置，在灌装时，喷嘴管和收尘管一起放进袋内，喷嘴管放出粉尘的同时，压力不断增大，通过收尘管的抽吸，压力下降，扬起的粉尘同样被收尘管吸到收尘装置内，这样避免了收尘不清以及粉尘溢出飞扬的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本阀口包装机包括灌装总成1，灌装总成1包括壳体2，在壳体的一侧的上部设置喷嘴管3，在喷嘴管3的内侧设置小直径收尘管4，收尘管4的入口设置在喷嘴管3的出口的内侧，收尘管4的一端连接抽气装置。
如图2所示，在喷嘴管3的外侧设置小直径收尘管4，收尘管4的入口设置在喷嘴管3的出口的外侧。

1.一种阀口包装机，包括灌装总成，所述灌装总成包括壳体，在所述壳体的一侧的上部设置喷嘴管，其特征在于在所述喷嘴管的一侧设置小直径收尘管，所述收尘管的入口设置在所述喷嘴管的出口的一侧，所述收尘管的一端连接抽气装置。
