本发明涉及一种冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,包括圆筒形的料筒,特征是:在所述料筒的两端的端部分别设置有键槽,在料筒的两端通过键槽安装可脱卸的墙板。所述键槽为四道键槽,四道键槽在料筒的端部均匀分布。本发明采用冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,克服了50型轧机和分条机卷料筒内径不统一的缺陷,从而达到省时省工、节能减排的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷料筒,尤其是一种冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒属于冷轧钢带设备领域。 
背景技术
冷轧钢带生产线上的卷料筒是极其重要的部分,通过卷料筒的牵引把钢带卷在卷料筒上面,但是卷料筒在上分条机分条时必须把卷料筒导出来,多一道重卷的生产过程,重卷时可能产生擦伤划伤等影响产品表面的不确定因素。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,可以达到省工、节能减排的目的。 
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,包括圆筒形的料筒,特征是:在所述料筒的两端的端部分别设置有键槽,在料筒的两端通过键槽安装可脱卸的墙板。 
所述键槽为四道键槽,四道键槽在料筒的端部均匀分布。 
所述墙板呈十字型。 
本发明采用冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,克服了50型轧机和分条机卷料筒内径不统一的缺陷,从而达到省时省工、节能减排的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 
如图1~图3所示,冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒包括料筒1、键槽2、墙板3等。 
本发明包括圆筒形的料筒1,在所述料筒1的两端的端部分别设置有键槽2,在料筒1的两端通过键槽2安装可脱卸的墙板3,所述墙板3呈十字型; 
如图2~图3所示,所述键槽2为四道键槽,四道键槽在料筒1的端部均匀分布;
所述料筒1为内径500毫米,外径800毫米,长800毫米的铸件铁筒,所述键槽2的宽度为50毫米,厚度为50毫米。
本发明的工作原理:本发明所述的脱卸式卷料筒将钢带卷绕在料筒1上,在需要脱卸时,将两端的墙板3卸下,再将卷绕在料筒1上的钢带直接脱卸下来;避免了现在技术当中,将钢带从卷料筒上导出来,对钢带可能产生的擦伤和划伤等影响钢带表面的因素。

1.一种冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,包括圆筒形的料筒(1),其特征是:在所述料筒(1)的两端的端部分别设置有键槽(2),在料筒(1)的两端通过键槽(2)安装脱卸的墙板(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,其特征是:所述键槽(2)为四道键槽,四道键槽在料筒(1)的端部均匀分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的冷轧钢带脱卸式卷料筒,其特征是:所述墙板(3)呈十字型。
