一种便于更换发光二极管灯条的背板结构及其液晶显示器,包括:数个锁固件,一固定式金属背板设置有数个螺纹柱,以及一活动式金属背板,包括数个凸块及数个槽孔,该数个凸块位于活动式金属背板的侧边并设置于相对液晶显示器的一边框结构的开孔,使该数个凸块插入于该边框结构的开孔,该数个槽孔则对应该数个螺纹柱,使该数个螺纹柱穿设于该数个槽孔,并透过该数个锁固件锁固结合固定式金属背板与活动式金属背板。

Description

便于更换发光二极管灯条的背板结构及其液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示装置的制造工艺,特别是涉及便于更换发光二极管灯条的背板结构的制造工艺。
背景技术
背光模组(back light unit)为液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD)的关键零组件之一,由于液晶面板(LCD panel)本身不具发光的能力,背光模组的功能即在于供应充足的亮度与分布均匀的光源,使液晶显示器能正常显示影像。目前液晶显示器已广泛应用于监视器、笔记型计算机、数字相机及投影机等具成长潜力的电子产品,因此带动背光模组及其相关零组件的需求持续成长。由于发光二极管具有体积小、寿命长、耗电量低、反应时间短及耐震性强等特性,已广泛被运用在照明或是背光源上,取代传统钨丝灯泡、日光灯管或冷阴极管等传统光源元件。
上述的背光模组,大多是于一导光板的两侧横向以遮光带包覆发光二极管(LED)灯条与发光二极管(LED)灯条的线材,以供固定发光二极管(LED)灯条与线材,而导光板之后侧再设置有一反光板,以助于发光二极管(LED)灯源将光线往前侧集中。然而,上述的导光板在实际使用的时候会有下列缺失:上述的导光板在发光二极管(LED)灯条里灌入封装剂的时候,将使得发光二极管(LED)灯条和导光板密合,如需更换发光二极管(LED)灯条时,导光板的出光条件将被破坏而发光二极管(LED)灯条也将被破坏变形,难以维修使用,导致成本的增加。此外,在发光二极管(LED)灯条出现死灯等需要更换的状况时,必须从上往下拆卸整个背板模组.浪费返修工时和人力,且效率低下,一体成形的镀锌铜板(SECC)背板+铝挤型材价格总体较贵,不利于降低成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服上述现有技术的不足,而提出一种便于更换发光二极管灯条的背板结构及其液晶显示器可以借由活动式的背板在更换发光二极管灯条时,免去拆下整个背光模组的工时,直接拆下活动式的背板更换灯条即可,从而达到降低制造成本的目的。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案包括,提出一种便于更换发光二极管灯条的背板结构及其液晶显示器,包括:数个锁固件,一固定式金属背板设置有数个螺纹柱,以及一活动式金属背板,包括数个凸块及数个槽孔,该数个凸块位于活动式金属背板的侧边并设置于相对液晶显示器的一边框结构的开孔,使该数个凸块插入于该边框结构的开孔,该数个槽孔则对应该数个螺纹柱,使该数个螺纹柱穿设于该数个槽孔,并透过该数个锁固件锁固结合固定式金属背板与活动式金属背板。
在本发明一实施例中,上述固定式金属背板为镀锌铜板(SECC)。
在本发明一实施例中,上述活动式金属背板为铝挤型材。
在本发明一实施例中,上述活动式金属背板上设置一发光灯条。
在本发明一实施例中,上述该数个槽孔为跑马道槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明透过背光模组的背板由几部分组成,在靠近灯源侧采用铝挤型材代替镀锌铜板(SECC)背板.远离灯源侧采用强度高价格便宜的材料如镀锌铜板(SECC)。该铝挤型材通过螺母(SCREW)与中间无光源背板底面锁附在一起,方便拆卸发光二极管(LED)灯条锁附在铝挤型材上,然后一起从模组背后插入模组,并与边框结构(Frame)及挡板(Bezel)侧边的开口卡紧定位,灯源同端的挡板(Bezel)在背板端长出一支撑部,插入铝挤开口处,增加模组结构强度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示的最佳实施例作进一步详述。
参见图1以及图2,本发明提出一种液晶显示器的背板结构,包括:数个锁固件110,一镀锌铜板(SECC)背板120设置有数个螺纹柱121,以及一铝挤型材背板130,包括数个跑马道槽131及数个凸块132,该数个凸块132位于铝挤型材背板130的侧边并设置于相对液晶显示器100的一边框结构(Frame)101及一挡板(Bezel)102的开孔103,使该数个凸块132插入于边框结构101(Frame)及挡板(Bezel)102的开孔103,该数个跑马道槽131,则对应该数个螺纹柱121,使该数个螺纹柱121穿设于该数个跑马道槽131,并透过该数个锁固件110锁固结合固定式金属背板120与铝挤型材背板130。
本发明的特征在于将一体镀锌铜板(SECC)背板分成两部分:镀锌铜板(SECC)背板120和铝挤型材背板130,在结合处将镀锌铜板(SECC)背板120上铆一排外螺纹柱121,头朝下方。铝挤型材背板130结合处对应位置冲一排跑马道槽131,将发光二极管(LED)灯条140和铝挤型材背板130贴附好后,以锁固件110,较佳为螺母,锁附在螺纹柱121上来结合镀锌铜板(SECC)背板120和铝挤型材背板130,结合处细部如图2所示。
铝挤型材背板130上的发光二极管(LED)灯条140有相对设置于铝挤型材背板130上的若干凸块132,边框结构101(Frame)及挡板(Bezel)102与对应位置开配合凸块132的数个开孔103,以扣紧凸块132,借此拉住铝挤型材背板130。此外,铝挤型材背板130在靠近灯源底部位置开若干小孔(或整条槽),且同侧的挡板(Bezel)设置支撑臂,插入铝挤型材背板130的灯源底部若干小孔(或整条槽)中,以加强铝挤型材背板130整体的结构强度。
锁好发光二极管(LED)灯条140后的铝挤型材背板130可以从液晶显示器100的背光模组下方往上插入液晶显示器100中,当铝挤型材背板130和镀锌铜板(SECC)背板120接触后,再通过跑马道槽131往右移动到底,使得铝挤型材背板130的若干凸块132插入边框结构101(Frame)及挡板(Bezel)102的开孔103中,挡板(Bezel)102的支撑臂插入铝挤型材背板130上发光二极管(LED)灯条140底部的若干小孔(或整条槽)后,利用锁固件(螺母)110将铝挤型材背板130锁附定位好。
参见图3、图4以及图5当发光二极管(LED)灯条140损坏或需要返修(Rework)时,先依照安装的方向,将铝挤型材背板130的凸块132向内推挤,使凸块132脱离边框结构101(Frame)及挡板(Bezel)102的开孔103(如图3所示),同时,铝挤型材背板130会向另一边位移,使跑马道槽131位移(如图4所示),此时,将锁固件(螺母)110松脱并脱离螺纹柱131,使铝挤型材背板130脱离液晶显示器100(如图5所示),藉此,可使更换发光二极管(LED)灯条140迅速拆卸,以达到更高效便捷的目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于液晶显示器的背板结构,其特征在于,包括:
数个锁固件;
一固定式金属背板,设置有数个螺纹柱;以及
一活动式金属背板,该活动式金属背板上设置一发光灯条,该发光灯条有相对设置于该活动式金属背板的数个凸块及数个槽孔,该数个凸块位于该活动式金属背板的侧边并设置于相对液晶显示器的一边框结构的开孔,使该数个凸块插入于该边框结构的开孔,该数个槽孔则对应该数个螺纹柱,使该数个螺纹柱穿设于该数个槽孔,并透过该数个锁固件锁固结合该固定式金属背板与该活动式金属背板,此外,该活动式金属背板在靠近该发光灯条底部位置开若干小孔,且同侧的挡板设置支撑臂,插入该活动式金属背板的该发光灯条底部若干小孔中,以加强该活动式金属背板整体的结构强度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其特征在于,该固定式金属背板为镀锌铜板(SECC)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其特征在于,该活动式金属背板为铝挤型材。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其特征在于,该数个槽孔为数个跑马道槽。
5.一种液晶显示器,其特征在于:包括一边框结构及一背板结构,该背板结构包括:
数个锁固件;
一固定式金属背板,设置有数个螺纹柱;以及
一活动式金属背板,该活动式金属背板上设置一发光灯条,该发光灯条有相对设置于该活动式金属背板的数个凸块及数个槽孔,其中该数个凸块位于该活动式金属背板的侧边并设置于相对该边框结构的开孔,使该数个凸块凸出于该边框结构的开孔,该数个槽孔则对应该数个螺纹柱,使该数个螺纹柱穿设于该数个槽孔,并透过该数个锁固件锁固结合该固定式金属背板与该活动式金属背板,此外,该活动式金属背板在靠近该发光灯条底部位置开若干小孔,且同侧的挡板设置支撑臂,插入该活动式金属背板的该发光灯条底部若干小孔中,以加强该活动式金属背板整体的结构强度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示器,其特征在于,该固定式金属背板为镀锌铜板(SECC),而该活动式金属背板为铝挤型材。
