本发明涉及矿用自卸车,主要适用于大型露天矿山开采运输,其行驶系包括车架和多个液压悬架,由每两个液压悬架组成一个轴线,行驶系至少包括两个轴线;车架为中间箱形梁结构,中间箱形梁向两侧伸出翼梁,液压悬架包括回转支承、旋转架、摆动臂、悬挂油缸、摆动轴、车轮,旋转架上端通过回转支承安装在车架翼梁下平面,旋转架上端与摆动臂活动销接,悬挂油缸一端铰接在旋转架下部,另一端铰接在摆动臂中部,摆动臂前端为圆柱形销轴;摆动轴套装在摆动臂前端的圆柱销上;车轮安装在摆动轴的两端。本发明提高了矿用自卸车的安全性,同时还减小了车辆最小转弯半径,提高了矿用车的通过性、机动性和越野性能,降低了使用和维护成本。

Description

一种多轴矿用自卸车
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种多轴矿用自卸车,主要适用于大型露天矿山开采运输。
背景技术
传统的大型矿用自卸车一般为两轴大型超高、超宽、超长自卸车,这种重型车辆通常轴距短,后桥驱动,采取机械或电动轮驱动,动力强劲,爬坡能力强,运输效率高,车速并不高。传统的矿用自卸车也存在以下安全性、通过性和生产、使用维护成本过高的问题。 
1)车辆体积庞大,装载量大,轮胎数量少,直径大,车辆重心较高,而矿山环境恶劣、路况复杂,容易发生倾覆、坠崖等事故;2)接地比压大,对路面质量要求高。矿用自卸车装载质量和自身质量均较大,而承载的车轮数量又较少,各个车轮承载量大,对矿区路面破坏性较大。3)转弯半径较大,车辆通过性较差。自卸车为增大承载能力,就必须加宽或加长车辆,大大降低了车辆的通过性,特别是转弯半径随着载重量的增加而变得越来越大,对运输场地的要求也就越来越高。4)轮胎直径大,轮胎使用成本高。传统的大型矿用自卸车都会装配巨型轮胎,不但需要单独定制,而且运输、储存、更换很不方便。同时自救能力差,1个轮胎损坏,车辆将不得不停止工作,由其他运输车辆将其运输到车间维修,维修困难,需专门设备维护;5)轴荷大,制造成本高。较大的轴荷要车桥、减速机具有较大的承载能力和输出扭矩,对车桥和减速机的设计、制造提出了较高的要求,产品成本增加。6)采用后桥驱动,为提高地面附着力利用系数,增强车辆驱动力,后桥驱动的车辆要求后桥承载大于60%,后桥需要安装四个大型车轮,为防止车轮间夹持异物,两车轮间需要较大的双轮中心距,车辆转弯时,轮胎侧滑严重,轮胎磨损不均匀,后桥轮胎损坏较快,使用成本增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高安全性、通过性并降低使用和维护成本的矿用自卸车。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种多轴矿用自卸车,包括行驶系和转向系,所述行驶系包括车架和多个液压悬架,其中由每两个液压悬架组成一个轴线,所述行驶系至少包括两个轴线;所述车架为中间箱形梁结构,所述中间箱形梁向两侧伸出翼梁;所述液压悬架包括回转支承、旋转架、摆动臂、悬挂油缸、摆动轴、车轮;所述旋转架上端通过所述回转支承安装在车架翼梁下平面,所述旋转架上端与所述摆动臂活动销接,所述悬挂油缸一端铰接在所述旋转架下部,另一端铰接在摆动臂中部,摆动臂前端为圆柱形销轴;所述摆动轴套装在摆动臂前端的圆柱销上;所述车轮安装在所述摆动轴的两端。
所述转向系包括转向油缸、转向直拉杆、转向横拉杆,所述转向油缸一端与所述车架上的支座铰接,另一端与所述液压悬架旋转架上的转向臂铰接,所述转向横拉杆铰接在左右相邻的两个所述液压悬架的旋转架上,所述转向直拉杆铰接在前后相邻的两个所述液压悬架的旋转架上。
至少一个所述轴线上所述液压悬架的摆动轴上分别安装两个轮边电动机、两个轮边减速机,所述轮边电动机的输出端安装在所述减速机输入端面上,所述轮边减速机的外圈与所述摆动轴的桥壳连接,所述轮边减速机的输出端安装车轮。当然,两个轮边电动机也可使用两个液压马达代替,其功能和作用是一致的。
所述行驶系包括二至八个轴线。
由于该技术方案的转向系由前后组转向机构组成,车辆转向时,可前组转向也可前后组同时转向。前组转向可实现汽车转向模式,后组转向可实现八字转向模式,八字转向时,转弯半径可大为减小。本发明的有益效果是提高了矿用自卸车的安全性,同时还减小了车辆最小转弯半径,提高了矿用车的通过性、机动性和越野性能,降低了使用和维护成本。具体而言,有以下6大优势:
1)车辆重心降低,安全性提高。轮胎数量增加,使车辆在相同载重量的前提下车轮直径降低近一半,降低了车辆高度和重心,使车辆的抗倾翻能力大为提高,提高了行驶的稳定性和安全性。
2)轮载降低,接地比压减小,对地面的破坏能力降低,防止因轮胎过载,导致地面塌方,对车辆和路面造成危害。
3)转弯半径减小,提高了车辆的通过性。灵活的转向模式,可选择全轮转向及前轴转向两种驾驶模式,采用全轮八字转向,最大转弯半径减小,机动性明显提高。
4)可实现全轮驱动,车辆上轴线型式基本一致,所有轴线上的两个摆动轴均可安装驱动机构,可方便地实现全轮驱动,使车辆通过湿润路面、泥泞路面或不平路面的能力更好,提高了车辆的通过性、越野性和机动性。
5)轮胎受力改善,使用寿命延长。全轮驱动的实施,避免了传统双轴车辆的后桥负荷过重,需要安装四个双轮中心距较大的大型车轮而导致轮胎侧滑、磨损严重的现象,轮胎使用寿命延长;摆动轴的应用,车轮能够自适应的对地进行补偿,确保车轮接地良好,使车轮均匀受力,车辆的附着力得到最大限度的利用,延长轮胎使用寿命。,一个轴线上的四个轮胎可以以各自不同的速度旋转,既延长了轮胎的使用寿命,也可改善了在打滑状况下的驾驶性能。
6)故障自救能力强,维修性好。某一轮胎、某一电动轮或某一悬架损坏时,可人为将已损坏的部件所在悬架上的油缸提起,使该悬架上的轮胎脱离地面,车辆可自行行驶至维修地点进行维修护,而不需其它车辆牵引,提高了车辆的维修性,也降低了车辆的使用成本。

具体实施方式
一个四轴线、全轮驱动、全轮转向、承载220吨的矿用自卸车,如图1所示,由动力系2、行驶系、制动、转向、电力驱动、驾驶室1、货厢4及举升机构、车辆综合管理系统等组成。其行驶系和转向系介绍如下:
1)行驶系
如图2和图3所示,行驶系包括车架5和八个液压悬架3,其中由每两个悬架组成一个轴线,本行驶系共有四个轴线,车架5为中间箱形梁结构,中间箱形梁向两侧伸出翼梁19,液压悬架3包括回转支承6、旋转架7、摆动臂9、悬挂油缸8、摆动轴10、车轮14;旋转架7上端通过回转支承6安装在车架5的翼梁19下平面,旋转架7上端与摆动臂9活动销接,悬挂油缸8一端铰接在旋转架7下部,另一端铰接在摆动臂9中部,摆动臂9前端为圆柱形销轴。
如图4所示,摆动轴10套装通过中间的销孔11套装在摆动臂9前端的圆柱销上;摆动轴10可在圆柱销上转动,同时摆动臂9可以上下摆动,使摆动轴上左右两个车轮自适应地与地面完全接触。摆动轴10内部装有轮边驱动电机12、轮边减速机13等。轮边驱动电机12的输出端安装在减速机13的输入端面上,其外圈与摆动轴10的桥壳连接,减速机13的输出端安装车轮14。
本发明一个轴线上有两个悬架3,无论是上坡、下坡,还是行驶在颠簸路面,或者是出现单向、双向横坡或不平坦路面时,摆动轴都能自适应地对车轮进行补偿,使车轮均匀受力,减小磨损,车辆的附着力得到最大限度的利用,提高了车辆的通过性与平顺性。
本实施例中,车辆重心相对同吨位的矿用自卸车下降约600mm。
2)转向
如图2所示,转向机构由转向油缸15、转向直拉杆17、转向横拉杆18等组成,为配合车辆轴数的增加,每个悬架上均带有转向臂16,每个车轴均为转向轴。转向油缸15一端与车架5上的支座铰接,一端与旋转架上的转向臂16铰接。转向系由前后组转向机构组成,实施例中前两个轴线为一组,后两个轴线为一组,每组各有2个转向油缸,共4件转向油缸15,即该实施例可前组转向也可前后组同时转向。以前组转向为例说明转向机构的工作过程,转向油缸15通过转向臂16推(或拉)动悬架3的旋转架7转动,同时该旋转架带动与之铰接的转向横拉杆18推动与横拉杆18铰接的另一个同轴线上的旋转架转动,该轴线旋转架转动时,通过与旋转架铰接的两个转向直拉杆17同时带动后一轴线上的两个旋转架转动,则该组转向机构作用的旋转架在转向油缸的带动下,均按要求进行转动,即可带动车轮按需要摆动实现车辆的转向。
本发明的转向系由前后组转向机构组成,可以进行八字转向及汽车转向两种转向模式,并具有自动对中调整功能。如图2所示,根据需要,当前后两组转向机构仅一组投入使用时,则称为汽车转向模式,与普通汽车的转向方式一致;当前后两组机构均投入使用时,则为八字转向模式,前后两组转向机构的运动模式相反,前后车轮转向时呈八字形,使车辆转弯半径达到最小。本转向机构的转向动力来自转向油缸的带动,即为液压控制,所以当车辆长时间八字转向后,出现前后车轮转角绝对值不相等现象时,可通过反馈由转向控制系统操控油缸的动作,实现车轮的自动回正,即实现自动对中功能。

1.一种多轴矿用自卸车,包括行驶系和转向系,其特征在于,所述行驶系包括车架和多个液压悬架,其中由每两个液压悬架组成一个轴线,所述行驶系至少包括两个轴线;所述车架为中间箱形梁结构,所述中间箱形梁向两侧伸出翼梁;所述液压悬架包括回转支承、旋转架、摆动臂、悬挂油缸、摆动轴、车轮;所述旋转架上端通过所述回转支承安装在车架翼梁下平面,所述旋转架上端与所述摆动臂活动销接,所述悬挂油缸一端铰接在所述旋转架下部,另一端铰接在摆动臂中部,摆动臂前端为圆柱形销轴;所述摆动轴套装在摆动臂前端的圆柱销上;所述车轮安装在所述摆动轴的两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述矿用自卸车,其特征在于,所述转向系包括转向油缸、转向直拉杆、转向横拉杆,所述转向油缸一端与所述车架上的支座铰接,另一端与所述液压悬架旋转架上的转向臂铰接,所述转向横拉杆铰接在左右相邻的两个所述液压悬架的旋转架上,所述转向直拉杆铰接在前后相邻的两个所述液压悬架的旋转架上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的矿用自卸车,其特征在于,至少一个所述轴线上所述液压悬架的摆动轴上分别安装两个轮边电动机、两个轮边减速机,所述轮边电动机的输出端安装在所述减速机输入端面上,所述轮边减速机的外圈与所述摆动轴的桥壳连接,所述轮边减速机的输出端安装车轮。
