[0002] 袋式除尘器可以去除超细颗粒物,净化效率高,被广泛应用于烟气除尘净化。袋式除尘器的工作原理是粉尘通过滤料时因为产生的筛分、惯性、黏附、扩散和静电作用而被捕集,从而达到分离含尘气体中的粉尘。这种装置对超细粒子具有较高的净化效率,但由于燃煤锅炉、窑炉、垃圾焚烧的烟气温度较高、烟气量大、成份复杂、含尘浓度较高,对袋式除尘器提出了更高的要求。

[0016] 与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明对较大浓度、较高温度的含尘烟气及有害气体净化效率高,设备阻力低,布袋使用寿命长;集除尘、脱硫、脱硝、脱汞于一体,占地面积小,运行费用低,尤其适用于锅炉、窑炉、垃圾焚烧等烟气净化领域。

具体实施方式
[0025] 一种烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,如图1所示,其结构主要包括导流板1、外筒2、初处理室3、内筒4、布袋5、进气口 6、雾化喷嘴7、脉冲喷吹系统8、抽屉式活性炭墙9、花板10、净气室11、排气口 12、灰斗13、卸灰阀14组成。如图2所示,所述进气口 6与外筒2相切,初处理室3上部设有雾化喷嘴7,如图3所示,所述内筒4塔体下部设有导流板1、内筒4中部装有布袋5,布袋5固定在内筒4上部的花板10上,所述导流板I与内筒4轴线之间的夹角优选为30°。如图4所示,所述净气室11在内筒4顶部,净气室11内装有脉冲喷吹系统8中的喷吹主管81和喷吹短管82。如图5所示,该脉冲喷吹系统由喷吹主管81、喷吹短管82、气压包83和脉冲阀84组成,其中所述喷吹主管81与多根喷吹短管82连通,该喷吹主管81 —端与气压包83连通,在喷吹主管81和气压包83之间设有脉冲阀84,所述喷吹主管81与多根喷吹短管82的下部设有多个与滤袋相对应的喷吹口。净气室11四周由抽屉式活性炭墙9组成,排气口 12与净气室11相通,布袋5积灰后通过脉冲喷吹系统8清灰,灰尘掉落到灰斗13后,通过卸灰阀14把灰卸掉,运送至灰场再资源化。
[0026] 具体工作过程是:含有粉尘、二氧化硫和氮氧化物等有害气体的烟气,由进气口 6切向旋转进入外筒2和内筒4间的初处理室3。脱硫吸收液由雾化喷嘴7以雾化形式喷入初处理室3,烟气增湿、降温,粉尘通过离心力和惯性碰撞等作用,初步实现除尘,二氧化硫和氮氧化物增湿后部分吸附粘在粉尘颗粒上并向颗粒内部扩散,可去除部分二氧化硫及氮氧化物的有害气体。初步净化的烟气和水汽继续保持气化状态,以特定的角度经过导流板I的绕流,使超细颗粒间的碰撞进一步加大,有利于细粒子的进一步凝聚增大而脱除;同时使得进入内筒4的布袋5下部的气流均匀化,进一步强化超细颗粒的去除和脱硫、脱硝作用。在导流板的导流作用下,烟气进入内筒4中部的布袋5,过滤净化后通过内筒4中布袋5上部的花板10进入内筒4上部的净气室11。净气室11以抽屉式活性炭墙9为壁面,使得经布袋净化后的烟气中的硫氧化物、氮氧化物及汞等有害气体进一步得到深度净化。净化后的烟气通过与净气室11相联的排气口 12,经引风机、烟囱排入大气。当布袋5积尘一定时,打开脉冲喷吹系统8进行清灰。粉尘沿导流板I的缝隙向下掉落入灰斗13,再经卸灰阀14卸灰后,输送至灰场。粉尘可作为建材行业的原材料,可以得化资源化。抽屉式活性炭墙9内的活性炭饱和后可进行再生更换。

1.一种烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,包括外筒(2)和下部置于外筒(2)内的内筒(4),脉冲喷吹系统(8);其特征是,所述外筒(2)的下端与一灰斗(13)对接连通,所述内筒(4)内设有布袋(5),所述内筒(4)底端设有导流板(I);所述外筒(2)、内筒(4)和灰斗(13)之间形成初处理室(3),所述外筒(2)的顶部设有向初处理室(3)内喷洒液体的雾化喷嘴(7 );在外筒(2 )的一侧设有进气口( 6 ),所述内筒(4 )上部设有净气室(11),该净气室(11)与排气口(12)连通;所述净气室(11)的四周由抽屉式活性炭墙(9)组成;所述脉冲喷吹系统(8)中的喷吹主管(81)和喷吹短管(82)位于所述净气室(11)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,其特征是,所述布袋(5)固定在内筒(4)上部的花板(10)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,其特征是,所述进气口(6)与外筒(2)相切。
4.根据权利要求1所述的烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,其特征是,所述内筒(4)内设有龙骨,龙骨上设有膨胀筋,所述布袋(5)固定在龙骨上,该布袋(5)的顶部设有脉冲喷吹系统(8)中的喷吹主管(81)和喷吹短管(82)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,其特征是,所述导流板(I)与内筒(4)轴线呈15°〜45°夹角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的烟气增湿复合型除尘、协同脱硫脱硝装置,其特征是,所述灰斗(13)呈倒锥状,该灰斗(13)的底部设有卸灰阀(14)。
