技术领域:
[0001] 本发明涉及太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚,特别是涉及太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统。
背景技术:
[0002] 目前,虽然我国日光温湿已进入巩固、完善、提高、再发展的较成熟阶段,但是由于我国日光温湿发展较晚,大多数是在参考借鉴国外技术的基础上自行研发的,在设备配套能力、机械化和自动化控制程度及管理等方面的科技含量与技术水平还存在一定的差距, 难以最大限度地发挥日光温湿的技术特点,也无法实现日光温湿生产的经济效益最大化。 随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,我国日光温室的发展将向着节能化、专业化方向发展, 形成高科技、机械化、自动化、智能化、规模化、产业化的工厂型农业,为社会提供更加丰富的无污染、安全、优质的绿色健康食品。
[0003] 在现有技术中,日光温室用电普遍采用电网供电,而对于缺乏煤、电能源的偏远地区,日光温室的用电已成为最大问题;日光温室的保温被大多采用人工进行卷、放作业,虽然也有前置下推式和后置上拉式卷帘机专利,但是也存在很大的缺限与不足,前置下推式卷帘机缺点是在停电时,手动卷放保温被非常困难,且卷帘重量比较轻,后置上拉式卷帘机缺陷是卷帘绳较多,且卷帘绳排列比较凌乱,安全性较差;日光温湿加温、通风、灌溉等过程的能耗大,造成运行成本偏高;环境调控水平相对落后,结构与设备比较简陋,对光、温、湿、 气等的调控能力差,从而影响作物的品质与产量;日光温湿防盗性差,也缺乏与我国北方相适应的日光温湿优化监控软件。
发明内容:
[0004] 本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的缺陷和不足,开发了一种太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统,并对监控网络系统的多任务调度机制和数据通信的安全性作了较详细的研究;实现了用户对太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控作业的集中管理和对各个太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚分散控制,从而有效克服了背景技术所述存在的一系列问题。

[0006] 所述的监控机(1)为PC机或工控机。通讯模块(2)型号为EM 277,通讯模块(2) 为单个或多个,每个通讯模块(¾通过RS-485数据通讯线与一个PLC模块C3)对应相连接,设置在控制箱(5)内。PLC模块C3)型号为S7-200,PLC模块(¾为单个或多个,设置在控制箱(5)内。卷帘机(4)包括电动机(4-1),电动机与第二级摆线针轮减速装置 (4-2)相连,第二级摆线针轮减速装置(4-¾的动力输出轴与第三级蜗轮蜗杆机构(4-3)相连,在第二级的蜗轮和第三级的蜗杆之间加有双滑环牙嵌电磁离合器G-4),第三级蜗轮蜗杆机构(4-¾通过调节螺杆(4-¾与主动轴(4-6)相连,主动轴(4-6)通过钢丝绳(4-7) 与从动轴(4-8)相连,辅助开关(4-9)与第三级蜗轮蜗杆机构(4-3)相连。控制箱(5)由不锈钢板制成,包括断路器(5-1)、交流接触器(5-2)、中间继电器(5-3)、电阻(5-4)、加热器(5-5)、旋转按钮(5-6)、按钮(5-7)、辅助开关(5-8)、接线端子(5_9)、手柄(5_10)、钥匙 (5-11)。太阳能光伏电源系统⑶包括多晶硅太阳能电池组件(8-1)、铅酸蓄电池(8-2)、并联型充电控制器(8-3)、正弦波逆变器(8-4),铅酸蓄电池(8-2)、并联型充电控制器(8-3)、 正弦波逆变器(8-4)分别安装在太阳能光伏电源机箱(8-5)内。红外线感应开关(9)、(10) 分别设置在日光温湿大棚屋面一侧的顶部和底部。温湿度传感器(11)为集温度和湿度检测为一体的数字式传感器,设置在日光温湿大棚的内墙壁上。加热器(1¾设置在日光温湿大棚的内两侧墙壁上。通风机(1¾设置在日光温湿大棚的内两侧墙壁窗上。水泵(14)设置在日光温湿大棚附近的水井里,以供日光温湿大棚用水,LED灯(1¾设置在日光温湿大棚内横梁上,与太阳能发电系统⑶相连。
[0007] 本发明与背景技术相比,具有的有益效果是:所述的太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统,其改变了日光温湿大棚传统以来电网供电的模式,改用太阳能光伏电源供电; 卷帘机的电动机为整流子电动机,机械减速系统包括摆线针轮、蜗杆、蜗轮及输出转轴由电气控制系统控制电动机,电动机首先通过摆线针轮传递给第二和第三级蜗轮蜗杆减速。在第二级的蜗轮和第三级的蜗杆之间加有双滑环牙嵌电磁离合器,从而解决了由电机惯性引起的保温被卷轴过位问题。第三级减速蜗杆端部装手动摇柄进行手动操作,手动摇柄插入机构时,切断电源,保证安全;监控机、温湿度传感器、加热器、通风机、大棚图像摄影仪等设备及监控软件解决了日光温湿对光、温、湿、气等的有效调控,也增加了日光温湿的安全性, 使日光温室向着节能化、专业化、高科化、机械化、自动化、智能化、规模化、产业化的工厂型农业发展。

[0015] 所述的太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统,在实施时,太阳能光伏电源系统提供给日光温湿大棚所有用电,包括监控机电源、棚内照明、棚内加热与通风、大棚灌溉、保温被的卷放作业、控制箱操作等用电。一台监控机可以监控32个日光湿湿大棚,日光温湿大棚的保温被靠卷帘机白天卷起,晚上放下,如果太阳能光伏电源系统无法正常为大棚提供电源,或控制箱出现异常情况,则大棚的保湿被通过手柄人工操作进行卷、放作业。棚内的温湿度由温湿度传感器来检测,然后传给PLC,再由PLC上传给监控机,根据棚内的温湿度由PLC自动控制通风机或加热器。太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统是基于日光温湿整个操作过程开发的一个系统,其每个日光温湿大棚的各种信息,如:卷帘机的位置、日光温湿内部温湿度状态、作业大棚号获取、日光温湿大棚顶部及周边状态、卷帘机到位状态等信息,都可以在监控机中明确的位置上表示出来。上位机监控系统通过对要操作的大棚号、相应大棚的卷帘机位置、相关作业申请指令及棚顶图像采集的信息,确认判断是否满足操作条件,如果现场作业情况满足操作条件时,上位机监控系统发出相关作业指令,PLC控制卷帘机对保温被进行卷放作业和其他作业。

1.太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统,其特征在于:所述太阳能光伏电源日光温湿大棚监控系统包括监控机(1)、通讯模块O)、PLC模块(3)、卷帘机0)、控制箱(5)、大棚图像摄影仪(6)、视频采集卡(7)、太阳能光伏电源系统(8)、红外线感应开关(9)、(10), 监控机⑴通过现场总线与通讯模块⑵相连,通讯模块⑵与PLC模块(3)相连,卷帘机 (4)与PLC模块(3)相连,大棚图像摄影仪(6)通过视频采集卡(7)与监控机⑴相连,太阳能光伏电源系统⑶与控制箱(5)、监控机(1)、卷帘机⑷相连,红外线感应开关(9)、 (10)与PLC模块(3)相连,温湿度传感器(11)、加热器(12)、通风机(13)、水泵(14)设置于日光温湿大棚内,与PLC模块C3)相连,LED灯(1¾设置在日光温湿大棚内部与太阳能发电系统⑶相连。
