[0009] 如图1所示,本实施例由干燥箱体1、烟气换热排管2、循环风机3、辅助加热器4、 箱内温度传感器5、烟气温度传感器6、混气室7、送风机8、烟气入口调节阀9、空气入口调节阀10组成。连接方式为:在干燥箱体1内的两侧各装有一组烟气换热排管2,在干燥箱体1 内的顶部中央安装循环风机3,辅助加热器4分两组安装于循环风机3的两旁,箱内温度传感器5安装于后墙中央,烟气温度传感器6安装于箱体下方的混气室7内,在烟气入口处装有送风机8和烟气入口调节阀9,空气入口调节阀10置于送风机8的进风管上。
[0010] 本实施例所应用的烟气不直接进入干燥箱内,而是通过烟气换热排管与箱内空气进行热交换。所以,箱内用于干燥物品的热空气是洁净的。
[0011] 本实施例工作时,通过烟气入口调节阀9进入的高温烟气和通过空气入口调节阀 10进入的空气,在混气室7均勻混合后,再流经烟气换热排管2与干燥箱内的空气进行热交换。混气室7内的混合烟气温度受烟气温度传感器6的检测和烟气入口调节阀9的调节控制,高温烟气的温度被限制在设定温度以下,使干燥的物料不会造成过烧。同时,箱内温度传感器5的功能还可实现超温报警,确保干燥过程的安全。当烟气温度低于设定温度时,箱内温度传感器5会自动将低温信号送给辅助加热器4的控制器,辅助加热器电源自动开启, 使箱内温度始终保持在设定温度范围内,从而实现对废弃烟气的有效利用,降低生产成本, 促进节能减排。
