Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of beverages, and in particular relates to a beverage and a production method of the beverage.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the diet concept of people is also changing. The carbonated beverage is popular in the 80 th of the last century, the carbonated beverage basically has no nutritive value, and people are easy to get fat due to the fact that the carbonated beverage contains a lot of sugar; the fruit juice beverage which is popular in the beginning of 90 years can be added with a plurality of additives during production, and the nutrition value is not high; after the 21 st century, tea beverages are becoming popular, and although tea beverages have some health-care effects, the tea leaves as the raw materials thereof inevitably contain carcinogenic caffeine and other substances which can cause harm to human bodies; with the rise of mouth marks such as 'returning to nature and healthy beverage', the fruit and vegetable beverage gradually enters the visual field of people, contains a plurality of nutrient components, is less in chemical additives added during production, and is a healthy beverage. At present, various fruit and vegetable beverages are popular in the market, and are prepared by taking fruits and vegetables which are common in daily life as raw materials. Although the nutrient substances contained in the beverages are also beneficial to human bodies, the beverages only have the health-care and prevention effects and basically have no treatment capability. The houttuynia cordata is used as a medicine and vegetable dual-function plant, contains various nutrient components and has high nutritional value; in addition, the houttuynia cordata has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, eliminating carbuncle and expelling pus, inducing diuresis and treating stranguria and the like, can treat lung carbuncle and pus, phlegm heat and asthma, throat, hot dysentery, carbuncle and sore toxin, heat stranguria and other diseases, and has high medicinal value.

Detailed Description
In order to make the practical objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and more complete, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described below, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative efforts based on the specific embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
A beverage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000-2000 parts of water, 10-100 parts of houttuynia cordata; is prepared by extracting juice from herba Houttuyniae and adding water.
By using the houttuynia cordata as the raw material, the characteristic of the houttuynia cordata is fully utilized, so that the beverage has rich nutrition and the effect of treating diseases.
In the various embodiments of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the raw materials of the beverage preferably further comprise mint and sugar;
in specific implementation, the preferable adding amount by weight is as follows: 0.1-1 part of mint and 10-50 parts of sugar.
The mint beverage is fresh and delicious in taste and more suitable for the taste of the public, meanwhile, the mint has the efficacy of clearing heat of expect, can treat symptoms such as pain in the head and throat and the like, and has a better treatment effect after being added.
In each embodiment of the invention, as a preferable scheme, the raw materials of the beverage further comprise liquorice and/or honeysuckle;
in specific implementation, the preferable adding amount by weight is as follows: 1-10 parts of liquorice;
and/or
1-10 parts of honeysuckle.
Therefore, the beverage has better taste and more treatment effects.
In addition, the invention also provides a method for producing the beverage, which comprises the following steps as shown in figure 1:
a) putting 1000-2000 parts by weight of water and 10-100 parts by weight of houttuynia cordata into a container, mixing and boiling, and then continuously boiling for 10-30 min (minutes);
b) filtering the mixed solution;
c) and filling the filtrate.
The beverage can be prepared from herba Houttuyniae as raw material by the above method.
In various embodiments of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the following steps are further included between the step a) and the step b):
f) and adding 0.1-1 part by weight of mint and 10-50 parts by weight of sugar into the container, boiling the mixture together with the boiling mixed liquid again, and then continuously boiling for 10-30 min.
The beverage thus produced is fresh and delicious, is more suitable for the taste of the public and can enhance the treatment effect.
In each embodiment of the present invention, preferably, step a) further comprises putting 1-10 parts by weight of licorice and/or 1-10 parts by weight of honeysuckle in a container together with water and houttuynia cordata.
The beverage produced in this way has more therapeutic effects and better taste.
In various embodiments of the present invention, preferably, the four plants of houttuynia cordata, mint, licorice and honeysuckle are subjected to the following steps before being placed in the container:
d) cleaning the plants to be placed in the container, and removing impurities and residual pesticides;
and/or
e) And crushing the plant to be placed in the container into small particles.
The two steps are the early treatment processes, impurities and residual pesticides attached to plants can be removed through cleaning, and the quality of the beverage is improved; the inner fiber of the plant can be exposed by crushing, so that the juice and other nutrient substances of the plant can be released more easily during the preparation.
In each embodiment of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, as shown in fig. 2, the step d) is preferably divided into the following steps:
d1) preliminarily cleaning the plants to be placed in the container by using clear water;
d2) soaking the cleaned plants in a starch solution with the mass fraction of 10% for 20-40 min;
d3) and thoroughly cleaning the soaked plants by using warm water at the temperature of 30-40 ℃.
Through the specific three-step cleaning, the plants can be thoroughly cleaned, and the quality of the product cannot be influenced by residual impurities or pesticides.
In each embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the plant is cut into pieces having a length of 1 to 5mm in step e).
Within the range, the juice in the plant body can be fully released, and the difficulty of subsequent filtration caused by too small particle size can be avoided.
In various embodiments of the present invention, step b) preferably comprises the following steps:
b1) filtering by adopting a centrifugal filter and a filter screen with 100-400 meshes;
b2) and filtering the filtrate for the second time by using a filter pump, wherein the particle size of particles in the filtrate after the second filtration is not more than 1 micron.
The secondary filtration can make the particle size of the particles in the filtrate smaller, and the transparency of the beverage product higher, and simultaneously reduce the difficulty in filtration.
In each embodiment of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the step c) is specifically to fill the filtered filtrate at normal temperature; after the step c) is finished, putting the filled product into water with the temperature of 90-100 ℃ for soaking for 10-30 min for sterilization and disinfection.
Therefore, bacteria and viruses on the surface of the beverage package can be effectively killed, and meanwhile, a certain disinfection effect can be achieved on products inside the package.
In various embodiments of the present invention, as a preferable scheme, the following steps are further included between the step b) and the step c):
g) heating the filtered filtrate to boiling for sterilization and disinfection;
or
h) Sterilizing and disinfecting the filtered filtrate by an ultrahigh-temperature instant sterilization method;
when the ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization method is used, the sterilization temperature is preferably 110-130 ℃, the sterilization pressure is preferably 0.2-0.5 Mpa, and the sterilization time is preferably 4-10 s.
Both methods can ensure that the product reaches the sterilization standard before filling, the bacteria in the filled beverage are less, and the production efficiency is higher.
In order to better explain the invention, specific examples of different formulations and corresponding production methods are provided below for illustration.
