自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机，涉及面粉处理加工中所用的加湿搅拌设备。它的电机（2）、链传动装置（3）、箱体(4)安装于机架(1)上，箱体(4)顶部安装有进料斗(6)，箱体(4)右端安装有出料口(7)；在箱体（4）内水平设置有叶片轴（5），叶片轴（5）连接链传动装置（3），链传动装置（3）连接电机（2）的转轴；箱体(4)内有若干喷水嘴（8），喷水嘴(8)连接送水管路(9)，送水管路(9)连接供水水箱(10)；叶片轴(5)周边距离箱体(4)内壁的间隙M为6-7mm。由于叶片轴周边距离箱体内壁的保持一定的间隙，因此整机运转阻力大幅度减小，整机工作顺畅，彻底杜绝了闷机、堵机现象，提高工作效率。

本发明涉及食品加工机械，具体涉及面粉处理加工中所用的加湿搅拌设备。
背景技术
目前食品加工中，需要将面粉加湿搅拌，现在所用的面粉处理加湿搅拌设备运转阻力大，工作时会出现闷机、堵转现象，造成停机清理时间长，工作效率低。       
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机，本发明解决了现有的面粉加工设备存在的运转阻力大，工作时会出现闷机、堵转现象，造成停机清理时间长，工作效率低问题。
本发明的自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机由电机2、链传动装置3、箱体4、喷水嘴8、送水管路9、供水水箱10构成；电机2、链传动装置3、箱体4安装于机架1上，箱体4顶部安装有进料斗6，箱体4右端安装有出料口7；在箱体4内水平设置有叶片轴5，叶片轴5连接链传动装置3，链传动装置3连接电机2的转轴；箱体4内有若干喷水嘴8，喷水嘴8连接送水管路9，送水管路9连接供水水箱10；叶片轴5周边距离箱体4内壁的间隙M为6-7mm。
本发明的自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机，由于叶片轴周边距离箱体内壁的保持一定的间隙，因此整机运转阻力大幅度减小，整机工作顺畅，彻底杜绝了闷机、堵机现象，减少停机清理时间，提高工作效率。
本发明的自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机可适用食品加工中使用。

参阅图1，自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机，由电机2、链传动装置3、箱体4、喷水嘴8、送水管路9、供水水箱10构成；电机2、链传动装置3、箱体4安装于机架1上，箱体4顶部安装有进料斗6，箱体4右端安装有出料口7；在箱体4内水平设置有叶片轴5，叶片轴5连接链传动装置3，链传动装置3连接电机2的转轴；箱体4内有若干喷水嘴8，喷水嘴8连接送水管路9，送水管路9连接供水水箱10。叶片轴5周边距离箱体4内壁的间隙M为6.5mm。

1.自动给料的面粉加湿搅拌机，其特征在于，由电机（2）、链传动装置（3）、箱体（4）、喷水嘴（8）、送水管路（9）、供水水箱（10）构成；电机（2）、链传动装置（3）、箱体(4)安装于机架(1)上，箱体(4)顶部安装有进料斗(6)，箱体(4)右端安装有出料口(7)；在箱体（4）内水平设置有叶片轴（5），叶片轴（5）连接链传动装置（3），链传动装置（3）连接电机（2）的转轴；箱体(4)内有若干喷水嘴（8），喷水嘴(8)连接送水管路(9)，送水管路(9)连接供水水箱(10)；叶片轴(5)周边距离箱体(4)内壁的间隙M为6-7mm。
