OMPa以上的高中压下,气体穿越填料床,在高速离心力作用下,溶液穿越填料床,实现气液在填料中逆向接触吸收,该工艺技术适用于干净气体和高中压下操作。当进行焦炉煤气净化时,溶液从旋转的填料床上或内侧喷淋,在离心力作用下,很容易穿越填料床,由于焦化煤气净化系统压力低于0. 05Mpa,属于低气压力,焦化煤气很难逆向穿越填料与溶液形成逆流,只能与溶液并流沿离心力方向穿越填料床,这种低压并流吸收与高压逆流吸收相比,传质效果相差很大。不能够满足使用需求。

[0003] 发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种旋流双超重力机,以使煤气在旋流双超重力机内,经过旋流雾化液洗涤吸收脱硫和离心力场的重力混合脱硫,克服气液简单并流接触的洗涤吸收缺点,达到雾化液与煤气预混合脱硫的作用,提高常压下脱硫效果。

一种旋流双超重力机,包括壳体,在壳体内设有相通的旋流重力雾化段和离心重力场段;在所述的旋流重力雾化段内设有导流板,在所述的导流板上设有漏液孔;在导流板的下方设有由雾化网、固定叶轮、旋流叶轮和底板组成的圆筒形旋流重力雾化器,所述的固定叶轮和旋流叶轮包裹在雾化网内形成,底板设在旋流叶轮底部;在壳体的顶部设有洗脱液进口和气体进口,所述的导流板通过密封口圈与壳体的顶部密封后形成腔体,洗脱液进口与该腔体相通,气体进口通过管路连接穿过腔体与筒体相通;在所述的离心重力场段设有离心重力器,在离心重力器的上方设有环形隔板,在环形隔板中间留有汽液通孔,在环形隔板上留有筛孔;在壳体内设有中轴,所述的中轴与旋流叶轮片和离心重力器均相连。

[0020] 本发明的旋流双超重力旋流机兼容喷雾反应段和填料反应段的双重性能。喷雾吸收是依靠水力旋流产生的旋转、撞击、分割、雾化作用,使吸收液充分分散增加吸收表面积, 同时在旋转的搅动下使气体与液体之间接触表面不断更新。旋流是由固定叶轮4和旋转叶轮5在相互作用下产生旋流,在离心力的作用下,冲击下上叶片,割裂在下叶片的作用力下重新生成2倍个螺旋旋流并在旋流叶轮5的作用下冲向雾化网3,进行脱气运作过程,不断补给新洗脱液,穿越雾化网3后撞向壳体1内壁又一次雾化传质反应。经由重力旋流雾化反应后的气液混合物用环形隔板13分离,未雾化液集合到环形隔板13淋洒入填料层,而雾化液和气体混合进入离心重力机中央,并且在离心力作用下穿越填料床与垂直淋洒的溶液错流接触吸收硫化物。
[0021] 本发明的旋流双超重力机可根据处理气体的操作压力条件调整气液的进出口位置,因此适用于高中压气液反应工艺也适用于低压或常压反应工艺。
