[0002] 无间隙原子钢(简称IF钢),即在超低碳钢中加入强碳、氮化合物形成元素Nb、 Ti,使钢中间隙C、N原子以碳、氮化物形式存在,因而具有低屈强比、高延伸率、高应变硬化指数(η值)和高塑性应变比(r值)等优异性能,广泛应用于汽车工业。按照合金元素的不同,IF钢被分为3种:即单一添加Ti,单一添加Nb和同时添加Ti和Nb。含Ti元素IF 钢是较为广泛生产的一种IF钢,与铝镇静钢相比,Ti-IF钢具有良好的冲压成型性,不存在钢板的时效问题。IF钢热加工生产工艺主要包括热轧、冷轧、退火等工序。其中退火是保证钢带最终性能均勻性的关键工序,罩式退火和连续退火是较为传统的两种退火方式,然而对于含有一定量Ti的IF钢而言,由于含Ti的IF钢的沉淀物(MnS、A1N、NbC)比含Nb和 Ti的IF钢中的沉淀物粗大,这种粗大的析出物会有利于促使退火后{111}织构的形成,含 Ti的IF钢的再结晶温度比含Nb和Ti的IF钢的再结晶温度低,在一个给定较低的退火温度下,含Ti的IF钢比含Nb和Ti的IF钢具有更高的成型性。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是公开一种含钛IF钢及退火工艺,其化学成分及重量百分比含量应符合:C 彡 0. 008%, Si 0. 01 〜0. 0143%, Mn ^ 0. 15%, P ^ 0. 01 %, S ^ 0. 01%, Ti 0. 041-0. 06%, Nb 0.001-0. 003%,其余为!^和无法检测的微量杂质。退火处理工艺制度一:加热速率6°C /分钟,退火温度为650-700°C,保温时间为1-10小时,随炉冷却至 4000C _450°C出炉空冷。退火处理工艺制度二 :退火温度为800-840°C,到温入炉,保温2-10 分钟出炉空冷。
[0004] 通过上述工艺处理之后的IF钢试样中晶粒形核前孕育时间充分,{111}织构组分增强,第二相析出呈弥散分布。由上述两种工艺处理后的IF钢试样均具有优异的深冲性能和良好的成型性能。通过工艺制度一处理的含钛IF钢其抗拉强度达到290-310MPa, 屈服强度100-155MPa,应变硬化指数„ ^0. 245,平面各向异性度ΔΓ彡0. 35 ;通过工艺制度二处理的含钛IF钢其抗拉强度达到290-310MPa,屈服强度115_160MPa,应变硬化指数 n^O. 26,平面各向异性度ΔΓ彡0. 40。

2.如权利要求1所述特征的含钛IF钢的退火处理工艺,其特征在于退火处理工艺制度一为:加热速率6V /分钟,退火温度660-700°C,保温时间为1-10小时,随炉冷却至 4000C _450°C出炉空冷;退火处理工艺制度二为:退火温度800-840°C,到温入炉,保温2-10 分钟出炉空冷。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含钛IF钢的退火处理工艺,其特征在于退火工艺制度一采用连续式加热,保温后随炉冷却到一定温度出炉空冷,退火工艺制度二采用到温入炉,短时保温后出炉空冷。
