背景技术
芦荟是公认的具有杀菌消炎、清热解毒功能的绿色植物,已广泛应用于保健品、化妆品,对人体有很好的保健作用及美容养颜效果;胡萝卜肉质细密,质地脆嫩,有特殊的甜味,并含有丰富的胡萝卜素,维生素C和B族维生素,如果将芦荟和胡萝卜做成饮料将会有很好的推广前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种解渴去暑、清热解毒、美容养颜、营养丰富的一种芦荟胡萝卜复合饮料,满足人们的饮用需求。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种芦荟胡萝卜复合饮料,含有下列重量份的原料:芦荟汁10%~25%、胡萝卜汁10%~30%、菊糖苷0.5%~2%、柠檬酸0.4%~0.8%、稳定剂0.1%~1%,余量为水。
本发明的制备方法为:将芦荟鲜叶洗净、去皮放入打浆机中,按1:1的比例加入纯净水粉碎、搅拌、过滤、提取芦荟汁;将嫩胡萝卜洗净放入压榨机中压榨取汁;按比例称取芦荟汁和胡萝卜汁倒入容器中混合,加热至60℃~95℃保持预热2分钟,然后冷却至常温待用;将芦荟-胡萝卜混合液倒入搅拌容器内,按比例加入菊糖苷、柠檬酸、稳定剂和纯净水混合搅拌均匀;高压100~130Mpa灭菌60秒,即成芦荟胡萝卜复合饮料。
本发明的有益效果是:一种芦荟胡萝卜复合饮料香味独特、口感顺滑、不仅有解渴的作用,还具有解渴去暑、清热解毒、美容养颜功的功效。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
将芦荟鲜叶洗净、去皮放入打浆机中,按1:1的比例加入纯净水粉碎、搅拌、过滤、提取芦荟汁;将嫩胡萝卜洗净放入压榨机中压榨取汁;按比例取芦荟汁20%和胡萝卜汁25%倒入容器中混合,加热至60℃~95℃保持预热2分钟,然后冷却至常温待用;将芦荟-胡萝卜混合液倒入搅拌容器内,按比例加入菊糖苷1%、柠檬酸0.5%、稳定剂0.8%和适量的纯净水混合搅拌均匀;高压100~130Mpa灭菌30~60秒,即成芦荟胡萝卜复合饮料。
