Abstract

背景技术
钢长丝和钢丝帘线作为用于充气车辆轮胎钢的增强层中的增强物是已知的。增强层的组件的一个例子是充气车辆轮胎的缓冲带束层。形成了汽车充气车辆轮胎中的带束层组件的支撑帘布层通常是由作为增强物的钢丝帘线来增强的。当今结合在充气小汽车轮胎中的许多支撑帘布层由结构2×0.30mm的钢丝帘线组成、这些钢丝帘线被包埋橡胶混合物中并且彼此平行延伸。该2×0.30mm帘线构造的意思是0.30mm直径的两个长丝被扭绞在一起以便形成一根帘线,并且这样该帘线具有约0.60mm的直径。有时候,还使用了帘线构造,其中帘线由一种螺旋包绕物包围。

轮胎的发展一直在不断努力着以便实现轮胎重量的进一步的减小以及轮胎的滚动阻力的进一步的减小。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种充气车辆轮胎,它的重量被进一步减小了并且滚动阻力也被进一步减小了。
该目的通过在此增强层中的长丝实现,这些长丝具有小于0.24mm的直径并且在所有的情况下将最多两根长丝扭绞以便形成一个帘线。
增强物直径的减小实现了以下效果:要求一个更小体积的橡胶用于将增强物包埋在该增强层之内,由此来减小轮胎的滚动阻力。增强物直径的减小和橡胶的更小体积还具有以下效果:节省了轮胎的重量,由此其滚动阻力也被减小了。例如2×0.22mm的帘线构造具有约0.44mm的帘线直径。此减小的帘线直径具有以下效果,即,该增强层是更薄的并且这样更小体积的橡胶是必要的用于将钢丝帘线包埋在这个层之内。如果需要的话,通过使用减小的增强物直径而引起的该增强层的减小的强度可以在该充气车辆轮胎上通过本领域的普通技术人员已知的措施进行补偿。
这些帘线由钢构成。可以使用极限抗拉强度等级NT、HT、ST或UHT的钢,其中例如,以下是关于0.20mm的长丝直径的特征
-NT<3400MPa
-HT>=3400MPa
-ST>=3650MPa
-UHT>=4000MPa。
在一个优选实施方案中,这些长丝具有的直径为0.1mm-0.24mm、特别优选直径为0.175mm。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于充气车辆轮胎的缓冲带束层的增强层,其中,这些增强物是由钢制成的长丝或者帘线,这些长丝或者帘线被基本上彼此平行并且间隔开地安排在该增强层之内并且被包埋橡胶材料中,其特征在于,在这个增强层中的所有的长丝具有的直径为小于0.24mm,并且在所有的情况下最多两根长丝被扭绞以便形成一根帘线。
2.如权利要求1所述的增强层,其特征在于,所有的这些长丝具有的直径为0.1mm-0.24mm、优选为0.15mm-0.2mm。
3.如以上权利要求中的至少一项所述的增强层,其特征在于,每个增强物是一根单丝(即,包括一根单一长丝)。
4.如以上权利要求中的至少一项所述的增强层,其特征在于,每个增强物包含至少一根预成型的长丝。
