[0002]目前,在连接电线的过程中,经常用的方法是用钳子将电线扭在一起,然后用绝缘胶布包裹。这种方法不仅工作效率低,而且绝缘胶布容易老化漏电,特别是人站在高处接线时,更是麻烦。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有难题,本发明的目的是提供一种快捷电线接线卡,使人们无需使用钳子和绝缘胶布也能连接电线的接线卡。
[0004] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:快捷电线接线卡,包括线卡本体、第一固定螺杆和第二固定螺杆,均由绝缘塑料制成,所述线卡本体为长方体形,线卡本体靠近上下侧面处分别设置有圆形上接线孔和下接线孔,上接线孔内分别固定连接有W形导电金属片和瓦形导电金属片,W形导电金属片只有中间一段与上接线孔固定连接,两端与上接线孔接触但可向下移动,W形导电金属片和瓦形导电金属片的端点均在第一固定螺杆和第二固定螺杆之间,上接线孔的上侧面设置有两个第一固定螺杆和两个第二固定螺杆,所述下接线孔与上接线孔镜像对称。使用时,剥去两段电线的一端的绝缘层,分别从上接线孔(或下接线孔)的两端插入并保证剥去绝缘层的金属芯能被第二固定螺杆锁紧,旋紧第一固定螺杆和第二固定螺杆,电线的金属芯被第二固定螺杆锁紧并与W形导电金属片和瓦形导电金属片紧密接触,与剥去绝缘层的金属芯邻近的电线也被第一固定螺杆锁紧,两段电线即被连接起来。

[0009] 如图1所示,本发明快捷电线接线卡,包括线卡本体1、第一固定螺杆3和第二固定螺杆4,均由绝缘塑料制成,所述线卡本体I为长方体形,线卡本体I靠近上下侧面处分别设置有圆形上接线孔2和下接线孔9,上接线孔2内分别固定连接有W形导电金属片5和瓦形导电金属片6,W形导电金属片只有中间一段与上接线孔2固定连接,两端与上接线孔2接触但可向下移动,W形导电金属片5和瓦形导电金属片6的端点均在第一固定螺杆3和第二固定螺杆4之间,上接线孔2的上侧面设置有两个第一固定螺杆3和两个第二固定螺杆4,所述下接线孔9与上接线孔2镜像对称。使用时,剥去两段电线8的一端的绝缘层,分别从上接线孔2 (或下接线孔9)的两端插入并保证剥去绝缘层的金属芯能被第二固定螺杆4锁紧,旋紧第一固定螺杆3和第二固定螺杆4,电线8的金属芯被第二固定螺杆4锁紧并与W形导电金属片5和瓦形导电金属片6紧密接触,与剥去绝缘层的金属芯邻近的电线也被第一固定螺杆3锁紧,两段电线8即被连接起来。

1.一种快捷电线接线卡,包括线卡本体、第一固定螺杆和第二固定螺杆,其特征在于:所述线卡本体为长方体形,线卡本体靠近上下侧面处分别设置有圆形上接线孔和下接线孔,上接线孔内分别固定连接有W形导电金属片和瓦形导电金属片,W形导电金属片只有中间一段与上接线孔固定连接,两端与上接线孔接触但可向下移动,W形导电金属片和瓦形导电金属片的端点均在第一固定螺杆和第二固定螺杆之间,上接线孔的上侧面设置有两个第一固定螺杆和两个第二固定螺杆,所述下接线孔与上接线孔镜像对称。
