Abstract

本发明涉及一种调节阀,特别涉及一种平衡式多级调节阀。一种平衡式多级调节阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接通道、阀杆、阀芯及驱动阀杆的驱动件,阀芯为柱状体,其上均设有若干沿阀芯周向开设的环槽及各环槽之间的封堵体;连接通道内位于与介质流出通道导通的一侧设有使连接通道与介质流出通道导通的进入道及输出道,进入道与输出道之间设有若干通道,通道与阀芯上环槽组成压差调节通道;阀芯与阀座贴合时,阀芯上的环槽与通道错位且封堵体封闭通道;阀芯与阀座分离时,阀芯上的环槽与通道连通构成压差调节通道的导通。采用上述技术方案,提供了一种开启省力、压差调节精度高的平衡多级调节阀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节阀,特别涉及一种平衡式多级调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀为一种用于调节介质的流量、压力或液位。根据调节部位信号,控制阀门的开度,从而达到介质流量、压力或液位的调节。其可用于石油、化工、冶金及电站等行业。
目前,市场及资料上出现的调节阀主要由阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质通道与介质流出通道的连接通道、阀杆、处于阀体连接通道处并与阀杆联动的阀芯组成,阀芯受介质压力移动,构成由介质进入通道进入介质流出通道介质流量的调节。在使用过程中,由于介质的流阻系数较小,能够较为轻易的将阀芯顶起,压差的调节精度不够,无法保证精确流量的调节。并且压差不稳定,操作人员在开启时不够省力。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种开启省力、压差调节精度高的平衡多级调节阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种平衡式多级调节阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接通道、阀杆、处于阀体连接通道处并与阀杆联动的阀芯、处于连接通道处并与阀芯呈密封配合的阀座及驱动阀杆的驱动件,其特征在于:所述的阀芯为柱状体,其上均设有若干沿阀芯周向开设的环槽及各环槽之间的封堵体;所述的连接通道内位于与介质流出通道导通的一侧设有使连接通道与介质流出通道导通的进入道及输出道,进入道与输出道之间设有若干通道,通道与阀芯上环槽组成压差调节通道;所述的阀芯与阀座贴合时,阀芯上的环槽与通道错位且封堵体封闭通道;所述的阀芯与阀座分离时,阀芯上的环槽与通道连通构成压差调节通道的导通。
采用上述技术方案,阀芯通过驱动件提升(即阀芯与阀座解除密封)时,进入道与介质进入通道导通,并且阀芯上的环槽与通道导通形成压差调节通道,由进入道进入的介质经过若干压差调节通道一级级的由输出道进入到介质流出通道,介质在进入流出通道时,其压差已在压差调节通道已调节完毕。而阀芯在提升过程中有一个渐变的调节,阀芯慢慢脱离阀座,进入道则会慢慢解除受到阀芯上封堵体的封堵,在此过程中,压差调节通道也处于微开状态,此时,调节的流量较小,而当进入道完全开启(即完全脱离了阀芯上封堵体的封堵时),调节的流量变大。由于压差调节通道设有多个,使介质的流阻系数变大,通过多级的调节后,便起到了调节压差的作用,相对现有的调节阀而言,具有压差调节精度高、开启方便的特点。
本发明进一步设置为:连接通道内设有与阀芯邻贴密封的阀套,阀套包括有与阀芯邻贴的内套及套设于内套上的外套,外套的外壁与阀体内壁之间设有与一端与介质流出通道连通,另一端与输出道连通的连接道,所述的通道包括有设于内套与外套之间的流道及开设与内套上的流入口,流道由若干段隔板隔开,且隔板延伸至流入口内将流入口分成上流入口及下流入口。
其中,隔板相对于延伸至流入口内一端的另一端与外套连接,且连接处设有密封圈。
采用上述技术方案,将通道、进入口及输出口设于安装于阀体内的阀套上,这样设置方便加工,无需在阀体内壁上实施加工,装配方便;而流道上隔板的设置即可将各压差调节通道进行分离,同时也增加了流阻系数;隔板与外套之间密封圈的设置是为了保持密封,使压差的调节更为精准。
本发明更进一步设置为:阀芯上与阀座密封的封堵体的密封端开设有锥面,锥面上套设有密封圈,阀座上设有与阀芯封堵体上锥面适配的倒角槽,倒角槽内设有密封件。
采用上述技术方案,这样设置使阀芯与阀座之间的密封性能更好,有效的防止阀体出现泄漏。

具体实施方式
如图1—图6所示的一种平衡式多级调节阀,包括有阀体1、阀盖2、设于阀体1上的介质进入通道11、介质流出通道12、连接介质进入通道11与介质流出通道12的连接通道13、阀杆3、处于阀体1连接通道13处并与阀杆3联动的阀芯4、处于连接通道13处并与阀芯4呈密封配合的阀座5及驱动阀杆3的驱动件10,该驱动件10可为手轮,也可为电机,都是可行的。
本发明实施例中的阀芯4为柱状体,其上均设有若干沿阀芯4周向开设的环槽41及各环槽41之间的封堵体42,具体为三个环槽41及四个封堵体42,可完成四级的调节;阀体1的连接通道13内位于与介质流出通道12导通的一侧设有使连接通道13与介质流出通道12导通的进入道131及输出道132,进入道131与输出道132之间设有若干通道6,通道6与阀芯4上环槽41组成压差调节通道7;当阀芯4与阀座5贴合(即阀芯4与阀座5形成密封,阀体1上的介质进入通道11与介质流出通道12为封闭状态)时,阀芯4上的环槽41与通道6错位且封堵体42封闭通道6;当阀芯4受到驱动件6驱动阀杆3带动阀芯4与阀座5分离时(阀芯4上的封堵体42与阀座5脱离,解除了密封),阀芯4上的环槽41与通道6连通构成了压差调节通道7的导通。上述方案中,阀芯4通过驱动件6提升(即阀芯4与阀座5解除密封)时,进入道131与介质进入通道11导通,并且阀芯4上的环槽41与通道6形成了压差调节通道7,压差调节通道7对经过的介质的压差实施调节,由进入道131进入的介质经过若干压差调节通道一级级的由输出道132进入到介质流出通道12,介质在进入过介质流出通道12时,其压差已在压差调节通道7已调节完毕。而阀芯4在提升过程中有一个渐变的调节,阀芯4慢慢脱离阀座5,进入道132则会慢慢解除受到阀芯4上封堵体42的封堵,在此过程中,压差调节通道7也处于微开状态,此时,调节的流量较小,而当进入道131完全开启(即完全脱离了阀芯4上封堵体42的封堵时),调节的流量变大。由于压差调节通道7设有多个,使介质的流阻系数变大,通过多级的调节后,便起到了调节压差的作用,相对现有的调节阀而言,具有压差调节精度高、开启方便的特点。
在本发明实施例中,为了方便加工及装配。连接通道13内设有与阀芯4邻贴密封的阀套8,阀套8包括有与阀芯4邻贴的内套81及套设于内套81上的外套82,阀套8的轴向两端分别得到定位,其轴向的上端与阀盖2抵触,轴向下端与阀座5抵触密封;外套82的外壁与阀体1内壁之间设有一端与介质流出通道12连通,另一端与输出道132连接的连接道821;上述的通道6包括有设于内套81与外套82之间的流道61及开设与内套81上的流入口62,流道61由若干段隔板63隔开,且隔板63延伸至流入口62内将流入口62分成上流入口621及下流入口622。隔板63相对于延伸至流入口62内一端的另一端与外套82连接,且连接处设有密封圈64。介质在经过压差调节通道7的过程中,首先由下流出口622进入并流入到阀芯4的环槽41内,然后由阀芯4的环槽41进入到上流出口621处,此时完成了一级调节,经上流出口621流出的介质再流入到下一个压差调节通道7内进行二级调节,依此顺序,介质经过三级及四级的压差调节,当然,如若需要,也可进行五级、六级以及更多级的调节,只需多设置几个压差调节通道7既可。
在本发明实施例中,为了保证阀芯4与阀座5之间的密封,阀芯4上与阀座5密封的封堵体42的密封端开设有锥面43,锥面43上套设有密封圈44,阀座5上设有与阀芯4封堵体42上锥面43适配的倒角槽51,倒角槽51内设有密封件52。

Claims (4)

1.一种平衡式多级调节阀,包括有阀体、阀盖、设于阀体上的介质进入通道、介质流出通道、连接介质进入通道与介质流出通道的连接通道、阀杆、处于阀体连接通道处并与阀杆联动的阀芯、处于连接通道处并与阀芯呈密封配合的阀座及驱动阀杆的驱动件,其特征在于:所述的阀芯为柱状体,其上均设有若干沿阀芯周向开设的环槽及各环槽之间的封堵体;所述的连接通道内位于与介质流出通道导通的一侧设有使连接通道与介质流出通道导通的进入道及输出道,进入道与输出道之间设有若干通道,通道与阀芯上环槽组成压差调节通道;所述的阀芯与阀座贴合时,阀芯上的环槽与通道错位且封堵体封闭通道;所述的阀芯与阀座分离时,阀芯上的环槽与通道连通构成压差调节通道的导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡式多级调节阀,其特征在于:所述的连接通道内设有与阀芯邻贴密封的阀套,阀套包括有与阀芯邻贴的内套及套设于内套上的外套,外套的外壁与阀体内壁之间设有与一端与介质流出通道连通,另一端与输出道连通的连接道,所述的通道包括有设于内套与外套之间的流道及开设与内套上的流入口,流道由若干段隔板隔开,且隔板延伸至流入口内将流入口分成上流入口及下流入口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的平衡式多级调节阀,其特征在于:所述的隔板相对于延伸至流入口内一端的另一端与外套连接,且连接处设有密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的平衡多级调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯上与阀座密封的封堵体的密封端开设有锥面,锥面上套设有密封圈,阀座上设有与阀芯封堵体上锥面适配的倒角槽,倒角槽内设有密封件。
