Abstract
本发明的目的是根据中医对不寐一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨25-35、龙齿25-35、枣仁25-35、丹参15-25、五味子10-20、柏子仁25-35、合欢皮25-35、黄连2-6、夜交藤25-35、云苓25-35、半夏9-15、陈皮10-20、竹茹5-15、甘草5-15。该中药组合物具有滋阴养血、补中益气、逐饮祛湿之效，对治疗不寐一症具有较好的疗效，经30余例患者临床验证，起有效率达92%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗不寐的中药组合物。
背景技术
不寐一症是指睡眠时经常不易入眠，或睡眠短浅易醒，甚至整夜不能入眠。西医认为不寐主要是由于神经衰弱引起，对此症的治疗尚无好的疗法，治疗主要采用服用安眠药等镇静类药物。中医则认为不寐分为虚症、实症，虚症多因阴血亏损、中气不足或心脾两虚所致。实证不寐，有外感时邪和内邪滞逆之不同。外感时邪者，有表热不得卧、里热不得卧、半表半里热不得卧、血热不得卧、气热不得卧、余热不得卧、虚烦不得卧等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据中医对不寐一症的认识机理，提供一种治疗不寐的中药组合物。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨25-35、龙齿25-35、枣仁25-35、丹参15-25、五味子10-20、柏子仁25-35、合欢皮25-35、黄连2-6、夜交藤25-35、云苓25-35、半夏9-15、陈皮10-20、竹茹5-15、甘草5-15。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法是按照传统煎制中药的方法取上述中药组合物药汁，每副取药汁250-350ml，每日早晚两次服用。
上述中药组合物中，龙骨镇惊安神、敛汗固精；龙齿清热除烦；枣仁养心、安神、敛汗；丹参活血调经、清心除烦、养血安神；五味子收敛固涩、益气生津；柏子仁养心安神、润肠通便；合欢皮解郁、宁心；黄连清热燥湿、泻火解毒；夜交藤养心、安神；云苓利水渗湿、宁心安神；半夏行水湿、降逆气，善祛脾胃湿痰；陈皮理气开胃、燥湿化痰；竹茹清热化痰、除烦止呕；甘草清热解毒、祛痰止咳。上述诸药合用共奏滋阴养血、补中益气、逐饮祛湿之效，对治疗不寐一症具有较好的疗效，经30余例患者临床验证，起有效率达92%以上。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨30g、龙齿30g、枣仁30g、丹参20g、五味子15g、柏子仁30g、合欢皮30g、黄连5g、夜交藤30g、云苓30g、半夏12g、陈皮15g、竹茹12g、甘草10g。
实施例2
一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨25g、龙齿35g、枣仁25g、丹参25g、五味子10g、柏子仁35g、合欢皮25g、黄连6g、夜交藤25g、云苓35g、半夏9g、陈皮20g、竹茹5g、甘草15g。

一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨35g、龙齿25g、枣仁35g、丹参15g、五味子20g、柏子仁25g、合欢皮35g、黄连2g、夜交藤35g、云苓25g、半夏15g、陈皮10g、竹茹15g、甘草5g。

一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨28g、龙齿32g、枣仁28g、丹参22g、五味子12g、柏子仁32g、合欢皮28g、黄连5g、夜交藤28g、云苓32g、半夏10g、陈皮18g、竹茹8g、甘草12g。
实施例5
一种治疗不寐的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：龙骨32g、龙齿28g、枣仁32g、丹参18g、五味子18g、柏子仁28g、合欢皮32g、黄连3g、夜交藤32g、云苓28g、半夏12g、陈皮12g、竹茹12g、甘草8g。
下面通过该中药组合物的临床试验对其疗效做进一步说明。
一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例18例，其中男6例，女12例，年龄20～50岁。
二、用法用量：临床应用时，组合物中的组分、用量根据患者的体重、年龄及症状酌情增减。一日一副，水煎两遍取汁约250-350ml，分早、晚两次服用。
三、疗效标准：
(1)痊愈：症状和体征消失或基本消失；
(2)显效：症状和体征大部分好转；
(3)无效；症状和体征均无明显改善，症状如前。
四、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-15天，痊愈15例，显效2例，无效1例。
五、典型病例：
病例1：
女，42岁，入睡困难，少睡即醒，醒后不能再寐，严重时可彻夜不眠。询问得知该病人长期不孕，近一年多方治疗仍未怀孕。诊断为情志所伤，气血失和导致阴虚不能纳阳造成不寐一症。
服用本发明的中药组合物7天后，睡眠时间加长，入睡较以前有明显进步，继续服药至15天停药，睡眠恢复正常。
病例2：
男，45岁，症状：入睡困难，睡而易醒，并伴有头痛头昏、健忘、神疲乏力。
服用本发明提供中药组合物10天，症状消失，睡眠恢复正常。
