By the method and the system, the DSCP value of the voice message sending priority is automatically improved according to the quality of the bearing transmission IP network, and the voice sending priority is automatically recalled according to the change condition of the quality of the bearing transmission IP network if the voice sending priority is not required to be improved. Therefore, the invention solves the problem of voice sending priority adjustment caused by the quality change of the bearer transport network through an automatic adjustment method, can conveniently detect the transmission quality of the current bearer transport network, replaces the original manual operation, can reflect the voice quality of the mobile communication network in real time, automatically adjusts the voice service sending priority, ensures the voice quality of the mobile communication network, detects and adjusts in advance, greatly improves the dynamic adjustment of the voice message sending priority, and improves the maintenance and operation of the mobile communication network.

Claims (14)

1. A method for automatically adjusting voice transmission parameters, comprising,
setting an automatic voice sending parameter adjusting parameter;
acquiring a DSCP value of a differentiated service code point of a mobile communication system, and carrying out quality detection on the acquired DSCP value according to the automatic voice sending parameter adjusting parameter;
determining the automatic promotion of the voice sending priority according to the quality detection result of the bearing transmission network;
wherein the automatic voice sending parameter adjustment parameters comprise: average time delay and packet loss rate;
the method for determining the automatic voice sending priority according to the detection result of the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value specifically comprises the following steps: if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, finding a DSCP value from the voice message DSCP values with normal voice quality as a current detection DSCP value, judging whether the current detection DSCP value is a default voice message DSCP value, if so, not needing to improve the DSCP value; if not, modifying the current voice message DSCP value to the current detection DSCP value; if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is abnormal, the current DSCP value is improved; judging whether the improved DSCP value is smaller than the maximum threshold value of the DSCP of the voice message, if so, detecting the voice quality of the improved DSCP value; if not, adopting the default voice message DSCP value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein setting automated voice transmission parameter adjustment parameters further comprises setting at least one of: voice quality detection parameters, voice sending priority adjustment parameters, timer parameters and switch parameters.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining the DSCP value of the mobile communication system and performing bearer transport network quality detection on the obtained DSCP value according to the automatic voice transmission parameter adjustment parameter specifically comprises:
acquiring a default voice message DSCP value and a current voice message DSCP value in a mobile communication system;
and detecting the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value according to the voice quality detection parameters.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the detecting the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is performed by:
and sending a current voice message DSCP value according to the voice quality detection parameter, calculating an average time delay and a packet loss rate according to the received response message, comparing the average time delay and the packet loss rate with the voice quality evaluation parameter, and if the calculated average time delay and the calculated packet loss rate are smaller than the average time delay and the packet loss rate of the voice quality evaluation parameter, judging that the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, otherwise, judging that the current voice message DSCP value is abnormal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: for automatically raising the voice sending priority, determining whether to automatically call back the voice sending priority according to the change condition of the bearer transport network, specifically comprising:
judging whether the current voice message DSCP value is the default voice message DSCP value or not, and if the current voice message DSCP value is the default voice message DSCP value, calling back is not needed;
if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is not the default voice message DSCP value, respectively detecting the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value and the voice quality of the default voice message DSCP value, and judging whether the voice quality of the default voice message DSCP value is normal or not, wherein if the voice quality of the default voice message DSCP value is normal, the DSCP does not need to be automatically promoted; if not, judging whether the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, if so, automatically promoting the DSCP to function, and not calling back the DSCP; if not, the DSCP calls back to the default voice message DSCP value.
6. A device for automatically adjusting voice sending parameters is characterized by comprising a parameter setting module, a DSCP value acquisition and modification notification module, a voice quality detection module and an automatic promotion processing module,
the parameter setting module is used for setting automatic voice sending parameter adjustment parameters;
the DSCP value obtaining and modifying notification module is used for obtaining a default voice message DSCP value and a current voice message DSCP value in a mobile communication system;
the voice quality detection module is used for detecting whether the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal or not according to the parameters of the parameter setting module;
the automatic lifting processing module determines the automatic lifting voice sending priority according to the result of the voice quality detection module;
wherein the automatic voice sending parameter adjustment parameters comprise: average time delay and packet loss rate;
wherein, the automatic lifting processing module is specifically configured to: if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, finding a DSCP value from the voice message DSCP values with normal voice quality as a current detection DSCP value, judging whether the current detection DSCP value is a default voice message DSCP value, if so, not needing to improve the DSCP value; if not, modifying the current voice message DSCP value to the current detection DSCP value; if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is abnormal, the current DSCP value is improved; judging whether the improved DSCP value is smaller than the maximum threshold value of the DSCP of the voice message, if so, detecting the voice quality of the improved DSCP value; if not, adopting the default voice message DSCP value.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the voice quality detection module is specifically configured to: and sending a current voice message DSCP value according to the voice quality detection parameters set by the parameter setting module, calculating an average time delay and a packet loss rate according to the received response message, comparing the average time delay and the packet loss rate with the voice quality evaluation parameters set by the parameter setting module, and if the calculated average time delay and the calculated packet loss rate are smaller than the voice quality evaluation parameters, judging that the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, otherwise, judging that the current voice message DSCP value is abnormal.

The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the auto-lift processing module is specifically configured to: and automatically promoting the voice sending priority according to the result of the voice quality detection module, detecting whether the DSCP value of the current voice message is proper or not, if not, finding a proper DSCP value in the bearing transmission network, sending the subsequent voice message by using the DSCP value priority, and if not, automatically promoting the voice sending priority to be invalid, and using a default DSCP value of the voice message.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising an automatic call-back processing module for determining an automatic call-back voice transmission priority for a mobile communication system having automatically raised voice transmission priority according to a change of a bearer transport network.

A kind of automatic voice sending parameter adjusting system, characterized by that, including automatic voice sending parameter adjusting device and mobile communication system, the said automatic voice sending parameter adjusting device, is used for promoting or recalling the voice sending parameter automatically, guarantee the voice quality of the said mobile communication system; wherein the automatic voice sending parameter adjustment parameters comprise: average time delay and packet loss rate; the device for automatically adjusting the voice sending parameters comprises an automatic lifting processing module, and the automatic lifting processing module is specifically used for: if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is normal, finding a DSCP value from the voice message DSCP values with normal voice quality as a current detection DSCP value, judging whether the current detection DSCP value is a default voice message DSCP value, if so, not needing to improve the DSCP value; if not, modifying the current voice message DSCP value to the current detection DSCP value; if the voice quality of the current voice message DSCP value is abnormal, the current DSCP value is improved; judging whether the improved DSCP value is smaller than the maximum threshold value of the DSCP of the voice message, if so, detecting the voice quality of the improved DSCP value; if not, adopting the default voice message DSCP value.
11. The system of claim 10, wherein said means for automatically adjusting voice transmission parameters comprises a parameter setting module, a DSCP value acquisition and modification notification module, a voice quality detection module,
the parameter setting module is used for setting automatic voice sending parameter adjustment parameters;
the DSCP value obtaining and modifying notification module is used for obtaining a default voice message DSCP value and a current voice message DSCP value in a mobile communication system;
