[0003] 在深层开采时,采空区处于“水一岩石一采空区一岩石一水”的中间位置,在重力和应力作用下,容易产生裂隙和断移,地下水乘虚而入,通过裂隙向采空区渗漏,这又加速了覆岩的破坏,引起岩层和地表移动,最终形成了采空塌陷区,对井下安全造成极大威胁。
[0004] 为了杜绝以上事故的发生,必须对采空区进行填充,填充后虽然可暂时杜绝了以上事故的发生,但经过长年累月的搁置,填充区变形仍可导致地表塌陷,地下水渗透,对人民的生命及财产造成威胁因此,对采空区进行填充后,必须对填充区进行实时监测以检测填充效果。在检测填充效果,对采空区受力情况进行分析时,专业领域需要求出弹性模量, 弹性模量公式为:

公式中,弹性模量必须有应力和移近量相比得出,因此,必须研究一种测量填充体下沉距离的设备,即测量公式(1)中移近量的设备。

本发明为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种填充体位移传感器,其能在采空区内测量顶板下沉距离,准确的检测填充效果,环境适应性强。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种填充体位移传感器,包括集成电路模块,其特征在于:包括活塞杆,活塞杆与液压支柱滑动连接,液压支柱的底部设置在支架盖上,支架盖上还设置有弹簧导向杆支架,弹簧导向杆设置在弹簧导向杆支架上,弹簧导向杆包括滑动连接的内弹簧导向杆和外弹簧导向杆,内弹簧导向杆上设置有弹簧导向杆内上盖,与弹簧导向杆内上盖固定连接的弹簧环绕设置于弹簧导向杆的杆体外周,弹簧导向杆的杆体内设置有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端与弹簧导向杆内上盖固定连接,另一端与设置在弹簧导向杆支架内的电位器连接,电位器与集成电路模块连接。
[0007] 上述液压支柱上设置有出线头,出线头上设置有橡胶套。

3与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:
1.支架式的结构设计,使传感器可适应恶劣的安装使用环境;
2.可进行远程传输,通过电缆线将采集到的位移数据传输至地面主机,配套的数据处理软件可对数据进行分析处理。

本发明提供一种填充体位移传感器,其能在采空区内测量顶板下沉距离,即公式(1)中的移近量,并通过通讯线将数据传输至地面计算机,工作人员结合应力对其进行计算分析处理,准确的检测填充效果。
[0013] 参照图1、图2和图3,包括活塞杆1,活塞杆1与液压支柱2滑动连接,液压支柱2 上设置有出线头,出线头上设置有橡胶套10。液压支柱2的底部设置在支架盖3上,支架盖3上还设置有弹簧导向杆支架7,弹簧导向杆设置在弹簧导向杆支架7上,弹簧导向杆包括滑动连接的内弹簧导向杆5和外弹簧导向杆6,内弹簧导向杆5上设置有弹簧导向杆内上盖8,与弹簧导向杆内上盖8固定连接的弹簧4环绕设置于弹簧导向杆的杆体外周,弹簧导向杆的杆体内设置有钢丝绳9,钢丝绳9 一端与弹簧导向杆内上盖8固定连接,另一端与设置在弹簧导向杆支架7内的电位器连接,电位器与集成电路模块连接,集成电路模块与上位机连接,集成电路模块的型号为MSP430F149。填充体位移传感器在采空区内受到顶板挤压时,受到支架盖3的支撑,活塞杆1顺着液压支柱2向下滑动,推动弹簧导向杆内上盖 8向下移动,弹簧4受到挤压收缩,内弹簧导向杆5顺着外弹簧导向杆6向下滑动,钢丝绳 9随即长度缩短,弹簧导向杆支架7内的电位器转动,通用的集成电路模块对其进行计算处理,得出钢丝绳9的伸缩距离即移近量,通过出线口将数据传输至地面的上位机,上位机对其进行计算分析处理。填充体位移传感器平均分布安装在采空区填充体内,对采空区的填充效果进行实时测量。
[0014] 参见图4,在采空区12进行填充时,将填充体应力传感器15和填充体位移传感器 14均放置于填充体内,利用填充体位移传感器14测量出公式(1)中所需的移近量。
[0015] 参见图5,填充体位移传感器由数据采集和数据传输两部分组成。数据传输线将主体筒采集到的位移数据传输至地面主机,主机安装的通用配套软件对其进行分析处理,工作人员通过所测数据来检测填充效果。

1. 一种填充体位移传感器,包括集成电路模块,其特征在于:包括活塞杆(1),活塞杆 (1)与液压支柱(2)滑动连接,液压支柱(2)的底部设置在支架盖C3)上,支架盖(3)上还设置有弹簧导向杆支架(7),弹簧导向杆设置在弹簧导向杆支架(7)上,弹簧导向杆包括滑动连接的内弹簧导向杆(5)和外弹簧导向杆(6),内弹簧导向杆(5)上设置有弹簧导向杆内上盖(8),与弹簧导向杆内上盖(8)固定连接的弹簧(4)环绕设置于弹簧导向杆的杆体外周,弹簧导向杆的杆体内设置有钢丝绳(9),钢丝绳(9) 一端与弹簧导向杆内上盖(8)固定连接,另一端与设置在弹簧导向杆支架(7)内的电位器连接,电位器与集成电路模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的填充体位移传感器,其特征在于:液压支柱(2)上设置有出线头,出线头上设置有橡胶套(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的填充体位移传感器,其特征在于:集成电路模块与上位机连接。
