技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹套管件,尤其涉及一种材料主要是不锈钢和碳钢、主要应用于工业管道的伴热系统的夹套管件。
背景技术
目前,夹套管件由内套管和外套管组成;主要应用于需从外部补偿管内介质热损失,以维持被输送介质温度的管道系统,其中内管用来输送工作介质,外套管与内管间的空腔用来传输蒸汽或热水。
在实际使用过程中,按照目前我国SH/T 3040-2002《石油化工管道伴管和夹套管设计规范》生产的夹套管件存在较大的安装问题,安装时,先将内管套入套管内,再焊内管两端的内直管,最后再焊套管两端的外套直管,也就是说内管焊接端口必须外露于外套管端口,以便于安装及对焊缝进行无损检测,但现有的夹套管件的内套管两端口位于外套管两端口内部,造成现场安装时夹套直管的内套管与夹套管件的时内套管无法进行焊接。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种内套管两端口位于外套管两端口外部和现场安装时方便内套管焊接的夹套管件。
本发明的技术内容为,一种夹套管件,包括内套管和外套管,其特征是在内套管的两端各带有一直管,直管外露于外套管端口。
本发明所具有的优点是:内套管两端口通过直管位于外套管两端口外部和现场安装时方便内套管焊接。

如图1所示,一种夹套管件,包括内套管1和外套管2,其特征是在内套管1的两端各带有一直管3,直管3外露于外套管2端口。
