Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED警灯,包括警灯本体、直形灯组及弧形灯组;直形灯组固定于警灯本体的直形周边,弧形灯组固定于两个相邻直形周边的连接处;弧形灯组包括多个弧形灯单体,弧形灯单体包括灯板、反光板、散热板及灯罩,反光板、灯板和散热板依次连接;灯板设有LED灯,反光板位于LED灯一侧,反光板由多个相互连接的反光单元构成。本发明在不增加光源强度的前提下,能够有效增加LED警灯的光照范围、降低光线损失,并能有效降低警灯厚度。

Description

一种LED警灯
技术领域
本发明涉及警示灯技术领域,特别是涉及一种反光式超薄LED警灯。
背景技术
现在使用的长排警灯是一种采用LED作为光源的警灯,一般包括警灯本体、设在警灯本体前边和后边上的多个LED灯组、与LED灯组对应的透镜,以及连接在警灯本体底面用于与车辆连接的支撑脚;所述警灯本体的左右两边个连接有一个灯组座;所述灯组座上连接有端盖和多个LED灯组。但是,上述长排警灯的边角部分不具有发光能力,造成警灯的光照范围有限;另外,光源经过透镜形成的光斑,亮度仍然有限,在折射的过程中会散失掉一部分光线,造成光能的浪费;另外由于连接需要,采用螺钉进行连接使得长排警灯无法进一步缩小厚度。
发明内容
本发明为解决警灯光照范围有限、光线散失以及长排警灯厚度受限的问题,公开了一种以反光板代替透镜、以胶水粘合取代部分螺钉连接的LED警灯,以克服现有技术中警灯光照范围有限、光线散失及厚度受限的缺陷。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种LED警灯,包括警灯本体、直形灯组及弧形灯组;直形灯组固定于警灯本体的直形周边,弧形灯组固定于两个相邻直形周边的连接处;弧形灯组包括多个弧形灯单体,弧形灯单体包括灯板、反光板、散热板及灯罩,反光板、灯板和散热板依次连接;灯板设有LED灯,反光板位于LED灯一侧,灯罩的透光面垂直于灯板并位于反光板的对面;反光板由多个相互连接的反光单元构成,LED灯发出的光线经反光板反射后垂直于灯罩的透光面射出。
其中,直形灯组包括多个直行灯单体,直行灯单体具有反光板。
其中,直行灯单体具有散热罩和面罩,散热罩与面罩连接构成一个密封空间,反光板与灯板位于该空间内部,面罩垂直于灯板;LED灯发出的光线经反光板反射后垂直于面罩射出;面罩是透明的。
其中,反光板背向LED灯的一面为光滑的曲面。
其中,反光板包括30个相互连接的反光单元。
其中,LED警灯包括4个弧形灯组。
其中,弧形灯单体的弧度为四分之一圆周。
其中,警灯本体厚度为31-32毫米。
其中,灯罩是透明的。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:在不增加光源强度的前提下,有效增加LED警灯的光照范围、降低光线损失,采用胶水代替部分螺钉,进一步减小警灯的厚度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明LED警灯实施例的整体结构示意图如附图1所示,包括警灯本体1、直形灯组2及弧形灯组3;直形灯组2固定于警灯本体1的直形周边,弧形灯组3固定于两个相邻直形周边的连接处;在本实施例中,LED警灯为长排警灯,警灯本体1具有两个长边和两个短边,直形灯组2的数量为偶数个,可以根据需要增加或者减少成对的直形灯组2来配合不同的车型,也即,本实施例中需要4个弧形灯组3来连接上述直形灯组2,且该弧形灯组3的弧度为四分之一圆周,也就是90°;当然如果有需要,警灯本体1并不限于四边形,可以为其他多边形,本领域普通技术人员也当然很容易想到,当警灯本体1为多边形时,相应的弧形灯组3的弧度也相应调整,例如六边形时,弧形灯组3的弧度调整为六分之一圆周,即60°,等等,当然弧形灯组3的弧度并不是任意的,理论上应当小于等于二分之一圆周,即小于等于180度;但在实际应用中,弧度过小的弧形灯组并不具有工业实用性。
本实施例中,如附图2所示,弧形灯组3包括多个弧形灯单体31,弧形灯单体31包括灯板310、反光板320、散热板330及灯罩340,其中灯罩340是透明的,故未体现于附图2中;
反光板320、灯板310和散热板330依次连接;灯板310设有LED灯311,反光板320位于LED灯311一侧,如附图所示,反光板320由多个相互连接的反光单元326构成;如附图5所示,在本实施例中,每个反光板320包括30个相互连接的反光单元326;如附图3所示,反光板320背向LED灯311的一面为光滑的曲面。本发明用反光板取代了以往的透镜,减少了光线在折射过程中的损失,同时减少了漫反射造成的光线损失。在附图6中,可以看出,灯罩340的透光面垂直于灯板310并位于反光板320的对面,光线A及A’从LED灯311射出后,经不同的反光单元326反射至灯罩340的透光面,并均垂直于灯罩340的透光面射出,最大程度减少了折射造成的光线损失。
如附图4所示,直形灯组2具有与弧形灯组3相同的反光单元31’,与弧形灯组3的不同之处在于,直形灯组2的反光单元31’沿直线连续排列,而弧形灯组3的反光单元31沿曲线连续排列,二者沿警灯本体1的周边连接后构成长排警灯的发光面,但每个反光板320均对应一盏LED灯311,光线均以附图6的方式射出。相邻的直形灯组2间还设有隔离块。
本实施例LED警灯的配光模拟报告显示,当光源采用亿光Shuen seriesBlue ELSH-E61BX 350mA/13lm x9 x4组,适用法规/标准为ECE R65Category T by Day/Blue(TB1)时,
配光值:
垂直      0°/360°全周:~>210cd(法规>120cd)
垂直-4°~4°/360°全周:~>90cd  (法规>60cd)
可以看出,采用本发明的实施方式,LED灯的光强显著高于法规标准;反射面反射率为70%,在感观上的光斑亮度较以往透镜提升20%左右。
在本实施例中,警灯本体1的厚度为31.32毫米,约为1英寸。为达到31-32毫米的厚度,需要同时采用附图4所示的直形灯组以及附图2所示的弧形灯组。另外,灯罩340与灯板310之间以胶水粘合取代螺钉连接,节省了螺钉连接必须预留出的厚度空间,从而降低长排警灯的厚度,而这也使得今后的维修工作更加简单方便。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出多个改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED警灯,其特征在于,所述LED警灯包括警灯本体、直形灯组及弧形灯组;所述直形灯组固定于所述警灯本体的直形周边,所述弧形灯组固定于两个所述相邻直形周边的连接处;所述弧形灯组包括多个弧形灯单体,所述弧形灯单体包括灯板、反光板、散热板及灯罩,所述反光板、灯板和散热板依次连接;所述灯板设有LED灯,所述反光板位于所述LED灯一侧,所述灯罩的透光面垂直于所述灯板并位于所述反光板的对面;所述反光板由多个相互连接的反光单元构成,所述LED灯发出的光线经所述反光板反射后垂直于所述灯罩的透光面射出。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述直形灯组包括多个直行灯单体,所述直行灯单体具有所述反光板。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述直行灯单体具有散热罩和面罩,所述散热罩与所述面罩连接构成一个密封空间,所述反光板与所述灯板位于所述空间内部,所述面罩垂直于所述灯板;所述LED灯发出的光线经所述反光板反射后垂直于所述面罩射出;所述面罩是透明的。
4.如权利要求3所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述反光板背向LED灯的一面为光滑的曲面。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述反光板包括30个相互连接的反光单元。
6.如权利要求5所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述LED警灯包括4个所述弧形灯组。
7.如权利要求6所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述弧形灯单体的弧度为四分之一圆周。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述警灯本体厚度为31-32毫米。
9.如权利要求3-7任一项所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩及面罩与所述灯板之间均以胶水粘合。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED警灯,其特征在于,所述灯罩是透明的。
