The natural wake-up apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a voice-controlled backlight module, wherein the voice-controlled backlight module is connected to the main control module; the voice control backlight module is used for acquiring an external sound signal and sending the received external sound signal to the main control module, the main control module compares the received external sound signal with a set sound threshold value, and when the external sound signal exceeds the sound threshold value, the main control module controls the backlight lamp to be turned on for a fourth preset time.
3. The natural wake-up device according to claim 1, wherein the key module comprises an automatic light-off key for setting automatic light-off time, and the key module sends the acquired information of the automatic light-off key to the main control module to set the automatic light-off time; and the main control module counts down according to the set automatic light-off time, and controls the LED lamp group to be turned off when the counting down is finished.

The natural wake-up device according to claim 1, wherein the light control module comprises a touch dimming control unit, a dimming control circuit and a touch dimming switch contact point, the touch dimming control unit is connected with the main control module and the LED lamp set, and the touch dimming switch contact point is connected with the dimming control circuit; the touch switch contact point obtains an external touch signal and sends the touch signal to the touch dimming control unit through the dimming control circuit, and the touch dimming control unit sends the brightness of the LED lamp group according to the received signal.
5. The natural wake-up apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the dimming control circuit is connected to a selection switch, and when the selection switch is connected to the positive pole of the power supply or is idle:
if the time for touching the touch dimming switch contact point is less than the first contact time, the touch dimming control unit controls the LED lamp group to be turned on or turned off; if the touch dimming switch is touched for a time longer than the first contact time and shorter than the second contact time, the touch dimming control unit controls the LED lamp set to gradually brighten or gradually dim on the basis of the current brightness, and when the touch dimming control unit controls the LED lamp set to reach the maximum brightness or the maximum darkness when the touch time reaches the second contact time; when the touch signal is suddenly interrupted or disappears, the touch dimming control unit controls the LED lamp group to keep at the current brightness;
when the selection switch is grounded, the touch dimming control unit controls the LED lamp set to be sequentially changed from slight-on, small-on, medium-on, full-on and off when the touch dimming switch contact point is touched.
6. The natural wake-up device according to claim 1, wherein the key module further comprises an automatic demonstration key for demonstrating a natural wake-up process, the main control module receives key information of the automatic demonstration key, the main control module sends a demonstration instruction to the light control module, the light control module controls the LED light set to be gradually turned on, and after the first preset time is reached, the main control module sends a ring instruction to the voice module to control the voice module to play the wake-up ring from low to high; after the fifth preset time is reached, the main control module sends a stop instruction to the voice module to control the voice module to stop sounding; and in the playing process, when the main control module receives the key information of the automatic demonstration key again, the main control module immediately sends playing stopping information to the voice module to control the voice module to stop sounding.
7. A natural wake-up method based on the natural wake-up device of claim 1, comprising the following steps:
A. judging a week awakening mode;
B. when the weekly wake-up mode is the five-day mode, the six-day mode or the seven-day mode, the weekly wake-up mode flag is set to be valid;
C. when the week awakening mode is the 'off mode', the week awakening mode identifier is set to be invalid;
D. when the week awakening mode identification is invalid, closing the natural awakening function;
E. when the week awakening mode identifier is valid, judging whether the current time is the first preset time before the awakening time;
F. when the week awakening mode identification is valid and the first preset time is reached, starting the LED lamp set to gradually brighten;
G. judging whether the awakening time is reached;
H. when the awakening time is up, starting the voice module, and playing the awakening ring with gradually increased volume by the voice module;
I. judging whether the ringing time, namely the second preset time, is reached;
J. when the second preset time is not reached, judging whether a snooze control signal exists or not;
K. when the second preset time is not reached and a snooze control signal exists, the voice module is turned off, the voice module stops sounding, the LED lamp group is turned off at the same time, and the LED lamp group is turned off and enters a snooze mode;
l, when second preset time is reached and no snooze control signal exists, the voice module is turned off, the voice module stops sounding, meanwhile, the LED lamp group is turned off, and the LED lamp group is turned off and enters a snooze mode;
m, judging whether a preset awakening frequency is reached;
n, when the set awakening times are not reached, entering waiting time, namely third preset time;
o, when the set awakening times are not reached and the third preset time is reached, repeating the step F and the steps H-N;
and P, when the set awakening times are reached, exiting the awakening program, ending the awakening and entering a normal time display state.
