技术领域

背景技术
通常,为了形成管接头的目的,要被连接的管的外端部首先设置有典型地称为铜焊或焊接定位桩的圆柱形套管,该圆柱形套管可以被锚固在管的端部上(通常通过铜焊或焊接)。重要的是,套管在管上的锚固不应当引起减小强度的线或区域的形成,特别在管是小壁厚的情况下。
其它连接包括其中管首先被扩口的配件。在被扩口之前,管端部穿过凸形螺纹部分被插入。带有螺纹的部分将扩口端部压在协作的表面上以形成密封。
该技术的代表是SAE国际标准J1290(2002年10月修订),该标准公开了在液压制动系统中用来将扩口管连接到螺纹端口的一种凸形管螺母。

具体实施方式
图1是现有技术的剖视图。该技术领域(A)中已知的37°“JIC”(接头工程协会)联接被示出为连接到管或联接器(C)。带螺纹的螺母(B)接合JIC连接器(A)上的协作的螺纹(E)。在(D)处的管(C)和连接器(A)之间的协作的表面设置成相对于连接器中心线A-A成近似37°的支座角度(θ)。带螺纹的部分(E)具有凸形构造以便接合凹形螺母(B)。
现有技术连接器需要管(F)独立地连接到连接器(A)的插口端部(G)。该连接通常通过铜焊或焊接而完成以实现不泄露连接。管(F)不接触并且也不以其它方式接合管或联接器(C)。该连接通过JIC连接器(A)和管或联接器(C)之间的接触被密封。
图2是使用厚壁管的改进的联接的剖视图。
连接器100包括凸形连接器部分10、凹形螺母部分20、管30和管40。该连接器的目的是在管30和管40之间形成高压连接。
部分10在外表面上包括螺纹11,该螺纹协作地接合凹形螺母部分20的内表面上的螺纹21。部分10的内直径(ID1)略微大于管30的外直径(OD1),导致间隙14,该间隙产生部分10和管30之间的滑动配合。在螺母20和管40之间设置有径向间隙23,在管40被带到管30上时,该径向间隙允许螺母20在安装在凸形部分10上期间旋转。
可选地,管30可以使用该领域中已知的方法在部分10内机械地膨胀,因此在螺母20的扭紧期间防止部分10相对于管30旋转。可选地,部分10可以倾斜或压在管30上以提供相同的结果。其它紧固方法包括铜焊、焊接、软焊、胶合或过盈配合。
管30的端部31包括扩口表面32。表面32设置成相对于连接器中心线A-A成近似37°到39°的支座角度(θ)。
管或联接器40的端部43被扩口或机加工。肩部42的外直径(OD42)超过管40的外直径(OD40),见图3。管40的表面41包括近似37°到39°的支座角度(θ)以协作地接收且接合表面32。在组成连接器时,螺母20的肩部22机械地接合管40的肩部42。
在可选实施例中,表面32和表面41包括在近似45°到47°的范围中的支座角度(θ)。
端部43也可以包括均在该领域中已知的SAE双角度设计或SAE通用设计。
表面41、32是密封表面,用于连接器的不透流体的密封。螺母20被螺纹接合到部分10上,由此肩部22挤压肩部42。肩部15通过表面13压端部31并且通过表面32压在表面41和肩部42上,因此产生加压不渗透的密封。
为了优化该密封,表面41的角度通过在近似+0°到+1°的范围中略微大于表面32的角度而不匹配。换句话说,用于表面41的角度可以在以下范围中:
(θ′)=(θ+x)°
其中x=+0°到1°
此外,在该连接被完全扭紧时,端部31和端部43具有一些有限的柔性,该柔性允许连接器在一定程度上缓解密封表面41,32中的制造缺陷以及它们相对彼此的定向。这通过减小对控制公差的需要而有助于减小制造连接器的成本。
表面13和表面33被示出为沿大体上垂直于A-A的径向方向延伸,然而,在可选实施例中,表面33和表面13可以以近似30°到50°的范围中的角度延伸。
螺母20包括六边形形状(当在垂直于A-A的横截面中观察时)以便接合扳手。六边形端部12也可以与扳手一起使用以上紧连接器。
在这个实施例中,凹口34是微小的或不存在的。这是由于厚壁管的相对厚度(T)并且是扩口工艺的加工产物。在扩口端部31的形成期间,厚壁管中的肩部35的材料被略微压缩,这足以避免形成明显的凹口34。“厚壁”管指的是对于2”的管子具有达到0.5”的壁厚(T)的管子。
图3是使用薄壁管的改进的联接的剖视图。“薄壁”管指的是对于2”管子具有达到0.2”的壁厚度(T2)的管子。
在这个可选实施例中,除了如下方面外,该连接器与图2中描述的相同。对于薄壁管来说,厚度T2是典型的,即T2<T。在端部31扩口或轧制时,形成凹口34。扩口部分310包括与管的非扩口部分大体上相同的厚度T2。
由于其较薄的横截面,端部310是略微柔性的,从而在扭紧连接器时使得端部310通过向着A-A向内弯曲而略微变形。表面320接合表面41的力也随端部310的刚度而变。刚度随端部310的厚度T2和悬臂性质以及表面41和表面320之间的接触而变。如在图3中注意到的,在连接器被完全扭紧时,端部310和端部43具有一些有限的柔性,该柔性允许连接器在一定程度上缓解密封表面41、320中的制造缺陷和/或它们相对彼此的定向。这帮助减小制造连接器的成本。
在图2和图3中的两个实施例中,管30分别在表面32(或320)和表面41处直接接触管40以便形成压力边界。这允许快速连接器避免使用铜焊而以其它方式将管30连接到连接器10的插口端部,例如见图1的(F)、(G)和(A)。进而,需要紧密制造公差以便适当密封的表面限于表面32(或320)、41,并且因此限于角度(θ)。部分10和管30,和部分20和管40之间的接合仅仅需要是适于螺纹连接的松的间隙配合。这种简化的构造减小制造时间和成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种管连接器,所述管连接器包括:
凸形部分(10),所述凸形部分在外表面上具有凸形部分螺纹(11);
第一管(30),所述第一管具有第一管表面(32),所述第一管表面布置成相对于管连接器中心线(A-A)成近似37°的支座角度(θ);
所述凸形部分具有与所述第一管的间隙接合;
螺母(20),所述螺母具有与第二管(40)的间隙接合,所述螺母能与所述凸形部分螺纹接合;
所述第二管具有第二管表面(41),所述第二管表面以如下范围中的支座角度(θ′)被设置
(θ′)=(θ+x)°,其中x=+0°到1°;并且

所述凸形部分具有与所述第一管的间隙接合;

所述第二管具有第二管表面(41),所述第二管表面以如下范围中的支座角度(θ′)被设置,
