Abstract
本发明公开一种驻极体医用敷料,主要针对现用纱布敷料的不足而设计。本发明将氟塑料加工细化制成海绵膨体材料,采用驻极体电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理,将氟塑料驻极体海绵膨体材料制成不同规格不同形状的驻极体医用敷料。驻极体医用敷料具有抗抑菌、消炎止痛、防尘防水、透气性能好的特性,不使用药物可达到消炎防感染促使创伤愈合的功效。而且还具有耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、不受腐蚀、不溶于水和酒精等溶剂,性能稳定、无毒无害,是一种新型医疗用品,特别适用于战场急救、野外急救、抢险救灾情况下使用。

技术领域
本发明公开一种具有抗菌抑菌的医用敷料,具体说是一种氟塑料驻极体材料的医用敷料,属于医疗用品领域。
背景技术
目前医疗创伤一般使用灭菌的纱布敷料,敷在创面上再用绷带包扎,但灭菌的纱布敷料主要起到对创伤的保护和护理,本身并不具有消炎灭菌的功效,只是依靠药物对创伤护理和防感染。
发明内容
本发明公开一种具有抗菌抑菌、消炎止痛功能效,防尘防水、透气性好的氟塑料驻极体医用敷料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是,将氟塑料加工细化制成吸附剂载体,所述的吸附剂载体为海绵膨体材料,采用驻极电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理,加工制成驻极体医用敷料。
所述的驻极体是对一些特殊性能的材料,在强外电场等因素的作用下极化并能长期存储电荷的电介质材料。在驻极体材料中存在静电场电荷,材料的孔隙类似无数个无源集尘电极,当空气中的带电微粒尤其是亚微米粒子通过这些孔隙时,在电场力的作用下被阻挡或捕获,气流中的中性微粒子因感应或极化而成为偶极子也被有效的捕获,因此,驻极体材料对粉尘有突出的阻挡能力,可阻挡粉尘携带的细菌感染创面。
细菌和病毒具有天然驻极态(带负电)通常依附在空气中的粉尘上,随气流散布传播,当它们通过驻极体材料的孔隙时,由于驻极体产生的强静电场和微电流会刺激细菌使蛋白质变异,损伤细菌的细胞质及细胞膜,破坏细菌的表面结构导致细菌死亡。驻极体形成的电场对各类细菌的繁殖具有明显的抑制功效。
所述的氟塑料驻极体为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)等材料或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)的复合材料,加工细化制成吸附剂载体,将吸附剂载体进行驻极技术处理,使其成为驻极体。所述的吸附剂载体为上述氟塑料制成的海绵膨体材料。
所述的氟塑料驻极体海绵膨体材料,具有优良的透气、防水性能,当海绵膨体材料的孔径选择在0.1-0.5μm时,该直径是水滴直径的1/2000-1/5000,是水蒸气分子的700倍,因此,外面的水分不能渗入,而身体的汗蒸气可畅通透出,不聚积在皮肤与海绵膨体材料之间。
本发明的有益效果是,驻极体医用敷料具有透气性好、防湿、消炎、抗菌抑菌的特性,其性能和治疗护理效果远优于现用药浸纱布敷料,而且不会因纱布与创伤结痂,给患者造成痛苦给治疗带来不便。本发明还具有抗菌抑菌的功效,不使用药物也可达到消炎止痛,防感染的效果。本发明还具有优异的防水性,即使在潮湿的环境中水分也不会渗入侵害创伤面或伤口,而且驻极体医用敷料具有耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、不受腐蚀、不溶于水和酒精等溶液,性能稳定,无毒无害、安全可靠,是一种具有物理治疗功能的新型治疗用品,特别适用战场急救、野外急救、抢险救灾情况下使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,将氟塑料加工细化制成海绵膨体材料,采用驻极体电晕法或击穿法等驻极技术处理,使其成为驻极体,将驻极体海绵膨体材料加工成不同规格不同形状的医用敷料。
本发明中所述的氟塑料驻极体医用敷料,解决了现用的医用敷料存在的不足,利用其抗菌抑菌和防尘防水、透气性好的性能,实现了不使用药物防止创伤感染进行创伤治疗和护理效果,与药物配合可取得更好的疗效。驻极体医用敷料还具有耐酸、耐碱、耐高温、不受腐蚀、不溶于水和酒精等溶液,性能稳定,无毒无害、安全可靠,是一种具有物理治疗功能的新型治疗用品,特别适用战场急救、野外急救、抢险救灾情况下使用。

Claims (4)
1.一种氟塑料驻极体医用敷料,其特征在于,由氟塑料驻极体海绵膨体材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体医用敷料,其特征在于,将氟塑料加工细化制成海绵膨体材料,驻极化后将其加工成不同规格不同形状的医用敷料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体医用敷料,其特征在于,所述的氟塑料驻极体材料为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和全氟代乙丙烯(FEP)的复合材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驻极体医用敷料,其特征在于,所述的驻极技术处理采用电晕法或击穿法。
