[0005] 本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种工业粉尘及恶臭气体的一体化净化装置,包括中部具有空腔的壳体、孔板过滤器、导流器、筛网过滤器、紫外线净化器和设置于壳体下端的水箱,所述空腔由进气腔和位于进气腔上方的安装腔构成,所述壳体设置有与所述进气腔连通的进气口,所述水箱与所述进气腔连通,所述孔板过滤器、所述导流器、所述筛网过滤器、所述紫外线净化器从下到上依次设置于所述安装腔内,所述壳体上端部设置有与所述安装腔连通的风机安装位,所述风机安装位安装有抽风机机构,所述孔板过滤器与所述导流器之间设置有分布管机构,所述水箱设置有水泵,所述分布管机构通过输水管与所述水泵连接。

[0017] 如图1-图3所示,一种工业粉尘及恶臭气体的一体化净化装置,包括中部具有空腔的壳体、孔板过滤器4、导流器5、筛网过滤器6、紫外线净化器7和设置于壳体下端的水箱1,空腔由进气腔14和位于进气腔14上方的安装腔构成,壳体设置有与进气腔14连通的进气口 15,水箱1与进气腔14连通,孔板过滤器4、导流器5、筛网过滤器6、紫外线净化器 7从下到上依次设置于安装腔内,壳体上端部设置有与安装腔连通的风机安装位,风机安装位安装有抽风机机构2,孔板过滤器4与导流器5之间设置有分布管机构,水箱1设置有水泵3,分布管机构通过输水管与水泵3连接。

[0019] 工作时,水泵3将净化液通过分布管机构输送至孔板过滤器4,净化液向下流动, 在流动过程中,净化液在孔板过滤器4的每一层过滤孔板上形成水膜层,而后净化液滴经过进气腔14进入水箱1内。工业粉尘、恶臭气体由进气口 15进入进气腔14内后,由下向上运动,净化液滴从上往下运动,工业粉尘、恶臭气体在进气腔14内部与净化液水滴进行第一级净化。孔板过滤器4的主要作用是过滤物料,可以按照孔径大小分级过滤不同大小的颗粒状粉尘物。相邻过滤孔板的过滤通孔交错设置,有利于净化液形成紊流,增加净化液与污染气体的反应时间和反应效率。污染气体通过每一层水膜层时,根据气液传质理论,污染气体与净化液进行化学反应,形成第三级净化。根据污染气体的特征和净化处理的需要, 对通孔的孔径的大小、过滤孔板的层数、净化液的种类进行选择,以达到最佳净化效果。污染气体继续向上运动,进入导流器5内,污染气体在导流器5内部与导流板发生多次碰撞, 形成第四级净化。污染气体与净化液的气液混合状态强化碰撞时的净化效果。后污染气体由筛网过滤器6进行第五级净化,筛网过滤器6除净化作用外,还起到气液分离的作用。最后气体进入紫外线净化腔13中,进行第六级紫外光解净化。紫外线净化器7可以发出波长为150〜190nm(峰值为184. 9nm)的光波和波长为253〜255nm(峰值为253. 7nm)的光波。波长为253〜255nm的光波能破坏有机挥发物和臭味气体,使其裂解成小分子。波长为150〜190nm的光波能够被空气中的氧气分子吸收,促使氧气分子分解成臭氧和原子氧。臭氧和原子氧能够与碳氢化合物结合使其分解成二氧化碳和水,从而彻底清洁污染气体中剩余的有机挥发物和臭味气体。
