Abstract
优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,依次包括以下步骤:1)原料油入厂、2)沉降除水杂、3)真空脱水、4)离心脱杂、5)白土吸附过滤、6)润滑油调配、7)成品油入库,本发明生产的再生润滑油,通过脱水-除杂-活性白土吸附-过滤-调配的再生工艺,得到的再生润滑油其理化指标符合国家标准。在常温条件下操作,工艺简单,操作费用低,安全可靠。

优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于废润滑油精制再生领域;特别是涉及一种以优质废润滑油(红褐色)为原料精制再生润滑油的再生方法。
背景技术
[0002] 许多润滑油在使用过程中会因呼吸作用或其他原因而进水。也会侵入环境中的尘埃。机器磨损下来的金属粉末及铁金属锈蚀产生的铁锈,都会留在使用着的润滑油中,这些东西不仅增加摩擦,影响油的润滑功能,而且还会加速润滑油的氧化及对金属的腐蚀。所以润滑油使用过后,如果品质尚可,就可以进行再精制,除去水及机械杂质后再进行化学处理或物理化学处理,除去溶解在废油中的氧化产物或外来污染物,从而得到质量合格的再生润滑油。通常的做法是在废油中通过添加助剂吸附、化学脱金属等工艺进行废润滑油的精制再生处理,中国专利文献90215577中公开了一种废润滑油的精制再生方法,该方法包括:预处理,粗滤,真空脱水,白土吸附,静电净化,高静度机械式过滤。其中粗滤器为采用两层柴滤纸中间夹一层无纺布组成的复合滤纸的滤芯滤油的机械式滤油装置,真空脱水器为双体并联式。该方法可使废润滑油经处理后达到或接近新油指标。或广泛用于电厂、钢铁企业,矿山等单位的旧油(废油)处理。但存在着以下一些问题:1)生产成本高,由于采用静电净化,造成生产成本加大。
[0003] 2)设备装置不合理,由于采用高度集成模式,造成设备维护困难。 发明内容
[0004] 针对以上存在的不足,本发明的目在于提供一种优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,是以优质红褐色的废润滑油为原料,精制再生润滑油的方法,具有投资少,成本低,质量稳定,适应性强,良好可操作性的,替代现有的土法再生润滑油技术;减少能源浪费和环境污染。
[0005] 本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,依次包括以下步骤:1)原料油入厂、2)沉降除水杂、3)真空脱水、4)离心脱杂、5)白土吸附过滤、6)润滑油调配、7)成品油入库,其特征在于:
1)、原料油入厂:将含水量不大于5%的优质红褐色的废润滑油经检测后由油罐车上转卸入原料储罐中。
[0006] 2)、沉降除水杂:将储罐中的原料经过72h以上的沉降。
[0007] 3)、真空脱水:原料由沉降罐经放油口放入真空脱水器中,在一 0. 095 - 0. 090mpa 压力下加温到80°C脱水,当脱水口无水液流出时停止加热。
[0008] 4)、离心脱杂:将脱水后的原料进入三足沉降离心机内除去颗粒杂质和存在的水分。
[0009] 5)、白土吸附过滤:将离心脱杂后的油液用油泵打入板式密闭过滤器的加热搅拌槽中,根据油液颜色加入占油料总质量5-8%的的白土后,充分搅拌加热到80°C,后经过板式密闭过滤器过滤后得到合格的基础油,注入基础油储罐中。
[0010] 所述的白土吸附过滤系统包括:白土搅拌槽1、搅拌电机2、板式密闭过滤机3、油泵4、进料口 5、出料口 6、取样口 7、白土卸料口 8。
[0011] 6)、润滑油调配:将基础油注入到润滑油调配槽中,根据要求添加各类添加剂(抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改善剂、极压添加剂、清净剂、分散剂、泡沫抑制剂、防腐防锈剂、流点改善剂、粘度指数增进剂中的一种或多种),使得油品性能符合要求,得到再生润滑油。
[0012] 7)、成品油入库:合格的再生润滑油入库。
[0013] 本发明生产的再生润滑油,通过脱水一除杂一活性白土吸附一过滤-调配的再生工艺,得到的再生润滑油其理化指标符合国家标准。

具体实施方式
[0017] 由图1知,优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,依次包括以下步骤:
1、原料油入厂:将含水量不大于5%的优质红褐色的废润滑油由油罐车上转卸入原料储罐中。
[0018] 2、沉降除水杂:原料储罐兼做沉降罐。7吨原料油加入后经过72h的时间沉降后可以由放油口放出后进行下道工序。沉降槽用钢板焊接而成,立式平顶圆柱锥底槽,锥底 60°,锥尖设排污阀;顶盖及罐壁保温材料包裹。
[0019] 3、真空脱水:废油由沉降罐经放油口放入真空脱水器中脱水,在一 0.097 —一 0. 095mpa压力下脱水,终点为70°C,当脱水口无水液流出时可停止加热。真空脱水器罐体体为常压加热釜,材质为sus304钢,特种加热,真空泵抽真空其工作压力:一 0.095 —一 0.090mpa。
[0020] 4、离心脱杂:由真空脱水炉中放出的油进入三足沉降离心机内除去颗粒杂质和可能存在的水分。
[0021] 离心机采用三足沉降离心机,是一种三足式、刮刀上部卸料、间歇操作的沉降设备。转鼓无孔,在离心力场作用下,较重的固体杂质及水积在转鼓壁形成沉渣层,油液形成内层液环,澄清后的内层油液可翻过拦液板溢流出转鼓,固体杂质则降速后用刮料器刮落从离心机上部卸出。
[0022] 5、白土吸附过滤:将离心脱杂后的油液经过白土吸附过滤系统,离心脱杂后的油液用油泵打入板式密闭过滤器的加热搅拌槽中,加入占油料总质量6%的白土后,充分搅拌加热到80°C,后经过板式密闭过滤器过滤后既得合格基础油,注入基础油储罐中。本工艺采用板式密闭过滤器,设备内采用过滤网板,无需滤纸滤布,全密闭过滤作业无污染,无油料损耗,振动落渣,自动阀门排渣。
[0023] 由图2知,本工艺的装置为:白土搅拌槽1、搅拌电机2、板式密闭过滤机3、油泵4、进料口 5、出料口 6、取样口 7、白土卸料口 8。用油泵4将油液打入板式密闭过滤器2的白土搅拌槽中1,加入占油料总质量6%的白土后,充分搅拌加热到80°C,经进料口 5到过板式密闭过滤机3的过滤后从出料口 6得到合格基础油,注入基础油储罐中。
[0024] 6、润滑油调配:将基础油注入到润滑油调配槽中,根据需方要求添加抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、清净分散剂、粘度指数增进剂,使得油品性能符合要求,得到再生润滑油。
[0025] 7、成品油入库:
经过精制后废润滑油(红褐色)即成为可再次使用的润滑油。由于净化再生工艺条件得当,本工艺能把用过的废润滑油(红褐色)再生成为质量接近或达到新油标准且性能良好的润滑油。

1.优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,依次包括以下步骤:1)原料油入厂、2)沉降除水杂、3)真空脱水、4)离心脱杂、5)白土吸附过滤、6)润滑油调配、7)成品油入库,其特征在于:1)、原料油入厂:将含水量不大于5%的优质红褐色的废润滑油经检测后由油罐车上转卸入原料储罐中;2)、沉降除水杂:将储罐中的原料经过72h以上的沉降;3)、真空脱水:原料由沉降罐经放油口放入真空脱水器中,在一 0. 095 - 0. 090mpa压力下加温到80°C脱水,当脱水口无水液流出时停止加热;4)、离心脱杂:将脱水后的原料进入三足沉降离心机内除去颗粒杂质和存在的水分;5)、白土吸附过滤:将离心脱杂后的油液用油泵打入板式密闭过滤器的加热搅拌槽中, 根据油液颜色加入占油料总质量5-8%的的白土后,充分搅拌加热到80°C,后经过板式密闭过滤器过滤后得到合格的基础油,注入基础油储罐中;6)、润滑油调配:将基础油注入到润滑油调配槽中,根据要求添加各类添加剂,使得油品性能符合要求,得到再生润滑油;7)、成品油入库:合格的再生润滑油入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤5)中的白土吸附过滤系统包括:白土搅拌槽(1)、搅拌电机(2)、板式密闭过滤机(3)、 油泵(4)、进料口(5)、出料口(6)、取样口(7)和白土卸料口(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的优质红褐色的废润滑油精制再生方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤6)中的添加剂为抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改善剂、极压添加剂、清净剂、分散剂、泡沫抑制剂、防腐防锈剂、流点改善剂、粘度指数增进剂中的一种或多种。
