Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,设置顶面及底面敞口的立方体钢板箱,所述钢板箱的上端口及下端口边缘设有外翻边,所述钢板箱的上端口密封覆盖有透明盖板,钢板箱的下端口密封骑跨罩于所述钢制箱罐底板焊缝上,在钢板箱的两侧部分别设有进气管道及抽气管道,所述抽气管道与真空泵连接。通过本发明的检测装置,可以方便、快捷、准确地检测出钢制箱罐底板焊缝是否存在渗漏。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置。 背景技术:
[0002] 现代大型火力发电厂的公用部分均配置有大小不一的各种金属箱罐,用以盛放各类液体。在较大直径的箱罐底板制作与安装过程中,底板焊缝仅能焊接向上的一面,且焊缝的检查,只能凭借眼睛的外观检查,从而存在无法判断焊缝内在质量的难题。特别是油罐的底板焊缝质量非常重要,因为一旦设备投入使用后即使发现底板渗漏也无法进行常规处理。
发明内容:
[0003] 为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,可以方便准确地检测金属箱罐的焊缝是否存在渗漏问题。
[0004] 本发明解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
[0005] 钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,设置顶面及底面敞口的立方体钢板箱,所述钢板箱的上端口及下端口边缘设有外翻边,所述钢板箱的上端口密封覆盖有透明盖板,钢板箱的下端口密封骑跨罩于所述钢制箱罐底板焊缝上,在钢板箱的两侧部分别设有进气管道及抽气管道,所述抽气管道与真空泵连接。
[0006] 所述透明盖板为有机玻璃盖板,所述钢板箱上端口的外翻边上开设有螺栓孔,所述透明盖板与钢板箱上端口的外翻边之间设有橡胶密封垫片,并在透明盖板顶面边缘设有夹板,所述透明盖板通过紧固螺栓密封固定于所述钢板箱的上端口上。

[0012] 实施例:参见图1,本实施例的钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,包括顶面及底面敞口的立方体钢板箱1,钢板箱的上端口及下端口边缘设有外翻边2,在钢板箱的上端口密封覆盖有透明盖板3,在钢板箱1的两侧部分别设有进气管道4及抽气管道5,进气管道及抽气管道上分别设有阀门,并使抽气管道5与真空泵连接。[0013] 具体设置中,透明盖板3采用有机玻璃盖板,并在钢板箱上端口的外翻边2上开设有螺栓孔6,使用中,将钢板箱1罩于钢制箱罐底板焊缝上,接触处用油泥8密封,在透明盖板3与钢板箱上端口的外翻边之间设置橡胶密封垫片,并在透明盖板3顶面边缘设有宽度与外翻边相同的夹板,用紧固螺栓7将透明盖板3密封固定于钢板箱的上端口上。
[0014] 检验步骤:先将要检测的部位焊口清理干净,确保焊口无浮锈、焊渣和其它杂物。
[0015] 用刷子将肥皂水均勻涂刷在箱罐底板焊缝处,然后将油泥搓成长条状,使钢板箱内部形成密闭状态。
[0016] 将抽气管道5连接在真空泵上,开启真空泵,真空表应勻速下降,当下降到-0. 053Mpa时真空泵停止运行,关闭阀门,保持40秒钟,如真空表不动,即认为所检验焊逢不渗漏。
[0017] 在真空泵开启初期,有可能出现真空表不动的情况,这种现象应该属于正常的,稍等片刻真空表即会正常下降。如仍旧不动或极慢(相对于钢板箱大小而言,钢板箱大真空表下降的就慢些),应检查钢板箱在油泥处是否有渗漏,如有,添加油漆泥堵漏;如不漏,应通过透明盖板查看焊缝处是否有肥皂泡,如有,则判定焊缝不合格。对不合格焊逢应进行处理,然后继续检查。
[0018] 注意检验结束后,开启进气管道阀门时应缓慢进行,以防有机玻璃产生振动,损伤有机玻璃。

1.钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,其特征是设置顶面及底面敞口的立方体钢板箱(1), 所述钢板箱的上端口及下端口边缘设有外翻边(¾,所述钢板箱的上端口密封覆盖有透明盖板(3),钢板箱的下端口密封罩于所述钢制箱罐底板焊缝上,在钢板箱(1)的两侧部分别设有进气管道(4)及抽气管道(5),所述抽气管道(¾与真空泵连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢制箱罐底板焊缝检测装置,其特征在于,所述透明盖板(3) 为有机玻璃盖板,所述钢板箱上端口的外翻边(¾上开设有螺栓孔(6),所述透明盖板(3) 与钢板箱上端口的外翻边之间设有橡胶密封垫片,并在透明盖板C3)顶面边缘设有夹板, 所述透明盖板通过紧固螺栓(7)密封固定于所述钢板箱的上端口上。
