Abstract
本发明公开了一种三板式高速级进冲压模具,包括:上板、中板、下板、多个等高结构、多个弹簧预压结构以及多个滚珠导柱,下板与中板之间设置有压料板、下模板与下垫板,上板与中板之间设置有上固定板与上垫板,上板、中板与下板通过滚珠导柱连接。由于中板与滚珠导柱的使用,本发明能够提高冲压出来的工件的精度。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及冲压模具领域,特别是涉及一种三板式高速级进冲压模具。 背景技术
[0002] 在电子、汽车、电机、电器、仪器、仪表、家电、和通信等领域的产品中,多数零部件都要依靠模具成形,故模具已成为工业生产的重要设备。在金属冷冲压行业中,高速级进冲压模具的生产效率高,产品精度高,便于实现自动化和机械化,适宜大批量生产需求,因而得到广泛应用。
[0003] 然而传统的高速级进冲压模具一般采用下模座与上模座的两板式结构。此两板式模具适用于加工精度要求不高,已经机械强度不高的工件。对于精度要求高,机械强度高的工件,采用两板式模具时,由于模具本身的机械强度不够,在冲压过程中模具会出现轻微的变形,从而导致加工出来的工件精度达不到要求。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种三板式高速级进冲压模具,采用所述模具来冲压工件,能够提高工件的精度。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种三板式高速级进冲压模具,包括:上板、中板、下板、多个等高结构、多个弹簧预压结构以及多个滚珠导柱,所述多个等高结构用于连接上板与中板,所述多个弹簧预压结构用于支撑上板,所述上板、中板与下板通过滚珠导柱连接;所述下板与中板之间设置有压料板、下模板与下垫板,所述上板与中板之间设置有上固定板与上垫板,所述压料板固定于中板上,所述下模板与下垫板固定于下板上,所述上垫板与上固定板固定于上板上。
[0006] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述上板与中板通过弹簧预压结构与等高结构相连接。
[0007] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述三板式高速级进冲压模具包括四个滚珠导柱。
[0008] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述四个滚珠导柱分别设置于诉述三板式高速级进冲压模具的四个角附近。
[0009] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述滚珠导柱包括导柱、滚珠和导套,所述导柱、滚珠与导套之间为滚动过盈配合,没有间隙。
[0010] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明的三板式高速级进冲压模具能够提高所加工出来的工件的精度,满足工件高精度的要求。

[0013] 请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括一种三板式高速级进冲压模具,所述三板式高速级进冲压模具包括:上板1、中板2、下板3、等高结构5、弹簧预压结构4以及滚珠导柱6,所述上板1与中板2通过等高结构5相连接,所述多个弹簧预压结构4用于支撑上板,以便于组装。所述上板1、中板2与下板3通过滚珠导柱6连接。所述下板3与中板2之间设置有压料板9、下模板10与下垫板11,所述上板1与中板2之间设置有上固定板8与上垫板7,所述下模板10与下垫板11固定于下板3上,所述上垫板7与上固定板8固定于上板1上。
[0014] 本发明的三板式高速级进冲压模具相对于传统的模具增加了一个中板2,中板2 通过滚珠导柱6、等高结构5及弹簧预压结构4与上板1与中板3相连接。中板2用来增加模具的机械强度,并与滚珠导柱6相配合完成冲压过程。由于模具的机械强度提高了,所以在工件的冲压过程中,模具就不易变形,工件的精度就能提高。滚珠导柱6的采用可以进一步提高工件的精度。
[0015] 另外,所述上板1与中板2通过弹簧预压结构4与等高结构5相连接。弹簧预压结构4与等高结构5配合用来调节上板1与中板2之间的距离。等高结构5还用来调节上板1与中板2各位置的距离相同。当模具不工作时,上板1与中板2相分离,模具不再受弹簧预压结构4的作用力,从而延长模具的寿命。
[0016] 请同时参阅图1与图2,该三板式高速级进冲压模具可以具有四个滚珠导柱6,所述四个滚珠导柱6位于模具的四个角附近。所述滚珠导柱包括导柱16、滚珠15和导套17, 导柱16、滚珠15与导套17之间为滚动过盈配合,没有间隙,使所述三板式高速级进冲压模具的导向精度得到提高。在模具的进料方向两侧各具有四个等高结构5,用来调节上板1与中板2之间各位置的距离相同,即调整上板与中板各处间距相等以使模具各处受力均衡。 该三板式高速级进冲压模具上还分布有多个弹簧预压结构4,弹簧预压结构4的数量根据需要来调整。料带14按图示的进料方向进入所述三板式高速级进冲压模具内,经过冲头12 的冲孔,以及切片,弯折等工步之后,可得到成形的工件13。
[0017] 本发明的三板式高速级进冲压模具采用上板、中板与下板,并配合多个滚珠导柱来提高冲压出来的工件的精度,达到高精度的要求。同时,本发明的三板式高速级进冲压模具的弹簧预压结构与等高结构在模具不工作时弹簧不会对模具产生作用力,模具的寿命得到延长。

1. 一种三板式高速级进冲压模具,其特征在于,包括:上板、中板、下板、多个等高结构、多个弹簧预压结构以及多个滚珠导柱,所述多个等高结构用于连接上板与中板,所述上板、中板与下板通过滚珠导柱连接;所述下板与中板之间设置有压料板、下模板与下垫板,所述上板与中板之间设置有上固定板与上垫板,所述压料板固定于中板上,所述下模板与下垫板固定于下板上,所述上垫板与上固定板固定于上板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三板式高速级进冲压模具,其特征在于,所述三板式高速级进冲压模具还包括多个弹簧预压结构,所述多个弹簧预压结构用于支撑上板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三板式高速级进冲压模具,其特征在于,所述三板式高速级进冲压模具包括四个滚珠导柱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的三板式高速级进冲压模具,其特征在于,所述四个滚珠导柱分别设置于诉述三板式高速级进冲压模具的四个角附近。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三板式高速级进冲压模具,其特征在于,所述滚珠导柱包括导柱、滚珠和导套,所述导柱、滚珠与导套之间为滚动过盈配合,没有间隙。
