[0002] —般洗衣机放在卫生间使用,周围空间潮气多,湿度大,另外,在梅雨季节的房间内,室内被子和衣物也会因为空气的湿度大而发霉、出现异味,甚至霉烂。随着生活水平的日益提高,人们越来越追求舒适的生活居住环境,空气湿度直接影响着人们的日常生活,湿度过大能使人感到潮湿气闷,长时间处于潮湿环境中也会损害人的身体健康,引起许多疾病,并使物品生锈、发霉和变质。
[0003]目前,市面上有关干衣和除湿的电器设备,其功能都是分开的;干衣机也仅仅只有电热干衣机。电热干衣机具操作方便、体积比较小、干衣速度比较快等优点。但电热干衣机的缺点也是很明显的:一是能耗大,因为电能产生的热量把空气加热,吹干衣物后,就直接排走,热空气中的大量热量没有被再次利用;二是电热干衣机产生的热湿空气直接排在室内,造成室内湿度增加;三是电热干衣机是通过电加热器把空气的温度升高来降低其相对湿度的,例如空气的温度为250C,相对湿度是80%,当加热到600C,空气的相对湿度下降到13%,所加热的空气温度偏高,一般达50度以上,这么高的温度将会损伤一些衣物,甚至可能使一些化纤衣物产生异味;四是采用高温进行干衣的安全性能不高,有着火的可能。由于上述诸多不利因素,电热干衣机无法在市面上大量推广。为了降低能耗,陆续开发出了热栗式干衣机,使用热栗系统,加强对热量的循环利用。
[0004]使用热栗系统干衣,一般都是通过风道将加热的空气由外筒后部送入内筒中与潮湿衣物热交换后,将潮湿降温的空气经冷凝去湿后再加热继续烘干衣物。申请号为200610153406.9的中国专利公开了一种能够使产生在干燥室与热栗之间循环的干衣空气的热栗实现稳定操作的衣物干燥装置。其中,由热栗中的加热器进行过加热的空气送入作为干燥室的盛水桶中,从盛水桶排出的空气穿过过滤器单元后回到热栗,由吸热器除湿之后再送至加热器,形成空气循环通道。过滤器单元中设有线肩过滤器,并且设有与空气排出口及空气导入口相连通的管道。
[0005]热栗烘干方式存在如下缺点:线肩过滤不充分,会导致热栗模块中的蒸发器铝片堵塞,导致烘干效率降低;功能都比较单一,仅仅作为干衣使用,而现有的冷冻除湿机并不适宜在居民住宅或宾馆里使用,只是使用在一些特殊场合,如实验室、精密仪器设备室等。
[0006]有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
[0007]本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,该洗衣干衣机提高了工作效率,扩大了使用范围。
[0008]为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,包括外筒、外筒内部同轴设置的内筒、热栗系统、外筒与热栗系统之间的烘干循环风路,烘干循环风路依次经过热栗出风口、外筒进风口、外筒内部、外筒出风口、热栗进风口、热栗系统再至热栗出风口,在烘干循环风路上,分别设有与外界相通的潮湿空气进风口和干燥空气出风口,由外界依次经潮湿空气进风口、热栗进风口、热栗系统、热栗出风口、干燥空气出风口再至外界形成一除湿循环风路,在烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路之间设有切换机构以实现衣物烘干与除湿功能的切换,烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路上设有同一双层线肩过滤器。
[0009]所述的外筒出风口设于外筒前部上方,双层线肩过滤器设于外筒出风口与热栗进风口之间的风道上,潮湿空气进风口设于外筒出风口与双层线肩过滤器之间。
[0010]所述的外筒进风口设于外筒后部,热栗出风口通过一个三通的管路,与外筒进风口、干燥空气出风口连通,一路通向外筒进风口执行烘干功能,另一路通向干燥空气出风口执行除湿功能。
[0011 ]所述的切换机构包括控制潮湿空气进风口和外筒出风口切换开闭的进风口挡片,控制干燥空气出风口和外筒进风口切换开闭的出风口挡片,及分别控制进风口挡片、出风口挡片工作的电机驱动系统,潮湿空气进风口与干燥空气出风口的打开或关闭是同步的。打开时,烘干循环风路关闭,开始执行除湿功能,关闭时,烘干循环风路开通,开始执行烘干功能。
[0012]所述的双层线肩过滤器包括进风段和出风段,进风段上设有过滤网取放口,进风段和出风段连通的风路弯折处设有上下双层线肩过滤网,至少一上层过滤网可拆卸,所述的过滤网为L形结构。
[0013]所述的过滤网取放口设置在上方,从上到下向进风段和出风段连接方向倾斜设置,以方便取放过滤网和设置过滤网增大过滤面积。
[0014]所述的热栗系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流装置及蒸发器,由制冷剂循环管道依次将压缩机、冷凝器、节流装置、蒸发器再至压缩机连接组成循环系统,热栗系统通过上、下盖板整合为一体模块结构,热栗进风口和热栗出风口之间依次设有导风板、蒸发器、冷凝器和送风风机形成风路,所述的蒸发器上方设有与蒸发器对应的喷水盒,蒸发器下部设有积水盘。
[0015]所述的喷水盒上方设有进水口,喷水盒底部设有多个洒水孔,进水口对应的喷水盒内部设有一分散水流以增加洒水均匀度的的分水冲击斜面,进水口的水进入喷水盒内与分水冲击斜面产生冲击,水花四溅到周围的空隙中,由洒水孔洒出,效果均匀,进水口与外部自来水连通或通过一循环水栗与下部积水盘连通循环利用。
[0016]所述的积水盘设有水位控制装置、一排水口和过滤结构,排水口通过一水栗与主排水管路相通,之间安装有防止洗衣时洗涤排水逆流进入积水盘的单向阀。
[0017]所述蒸发器的翅片间距大于冷凝器的翅片间距以使得进风通过翅片之间空隙时交错形成紊流,差值为0.1-0.5mm。
[0018]平行于翅片的蒸发器和冷凝器两端分别设有一侧板将蒸发器和冷凝器固定为一体,且两侧板与上、下盖板配合组成一段风路,潮湿空气穿过蒸发器的两两翅片之间的间隙后降温除湿,再穿过冷凝器的两两翅片之间加热为干燥的热空气。
[0019]所述的外筒进风口由后向前倾斜设置,满足:外筒进风口的中心线延伸到内筒口依次经过内筒中心和内筒前法兰下边缘。对于外筒进风口的倾斜设计,延长了热风在内筒中的路线,也相对增加了热风与衣物热交换的面积和时间,提高了热交换效率。
[0020]采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
[0021]本发明所述的洗衣干衣机功能多,既可以干衣,又可以在潮湿季节或环境空气较湿时对房间进行除湿干燥;通过增加的双层线肩过滤网使得无论在外界空气加热时还是内部烘干衣物时,都能充分过滤空气,又利用蒸发器上方的喷水盒分水冲击斜面利用清水的冲击作用,清除附着在蒸发器表面的线肩,提高蒸发器的冷凝效;利用蒸发器和冷凝器翅片间距的交错形成紊流风以起到更佳的传热效果;同时将热栗系统模块化,既能节省能源,又能缩短烘干时间,大大的提高了热栗系统的寿命。

具体实施方式
[0031]如图1至图11所示,本发明所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,包括外筒1、外筒内部同轴设置的内筒2、热栗系统、外筒与热栗系统之间的烘干循环风路,烘干循环风路依次经过热栗出风口 4、外筒进风口 5、外筒内部、外筒出风口 6、热栗进风口 7、热栗系统再至热栗出风口 4,在烘干循环风路上,分别设有与外界相通的潮湿空气进风口 8和干燥空气出风口9,由外界依次经潮湿空气进风口8、热栗进风口7、热栗系统、热栗出风口4、干燥空气出风口 9再至外界形成一除湿循环风路,在烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路之间设有切换机构以实现衣物烘干与除湿功能的切换,烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路上设有同一双层线肩过滤器3。
[0032]本发明洗衣干衣机其烘干方式为循环加热,由外筒后部进风,前上部出风。所述的外筒出风口 6设于外筒I前部上方,双层线肩过滤器3设于外筒出风口 6与热栗进风口 7之间的风道10上,潮湿空气进风口8设于外筒出风口6与双层线肩过滤器3之间,风道10由外筒出风口 6开始向外筒后部设计,在外筒后部与洗衣干衣机外壳之间的空隙处向下与热栗进风口 7连通,双层线肩过滤器3设置在上部由外筒出风口 6向外筒后部连通的一段上,本发明外筒出风口6设于外筒I前部上方与现有技术中从下部窗垫出风的结构相比,避免了由于小件衣物吸到窗垫上盖住出风口,将风路堵塞,造成整机的故障。
[0033]所述的外筒进风口 5设于外筒后部,热栗出风口4通过一个三通的管路11,与外筒进风口 5、干燥空气出风口 9连通,三通的管路11一路通向外筒进风口 5执行烘干功能,另一路通向干燥空气出风口 9执行除湿功能。外筒出风口 6与潮湿空气进风口 8之间、外筒进风口5与干燥空气出风口 9之间均通过切换机构在烘干和除湿功能之间切换。所述的外筒进风口5由后向前倾斜设置,满足:外筒进风口的中心线延K伸到内筒口依次经过内筒中心O和内筒前法兰26下边缘。对于外筒进风口的倾斜设计,延长了热风在内筒中的路线,也相对增加了热风与衣物热交换的面积和时间,提高了热交换效率。
[0034]如图4至图7所示,所述的切换机构包括控制潮湿空气进风口 8和外筒出风口 6切换开闭的进风口挡片12,控制干燥空气出风口 9和外筒进风口 5切换开闭的出风口挡片13,及分别控制进风口挡片、出风口挡片工作的电机驱动系统(图中未示出),出风口挡片13设在三通的管路11内,潮湿空气进风口与干燥空气出风口的打开或关闭是同步的。打开时,烘干循环风路关闭,开始执行除湿功能,关闭时,烘干循环风路开通,开始执行烘干功能。
[0035]如图3所示,所述的双层线肩过滤器3包括进风段31和出风段32,进风段上设有过滤网取放口 30,进风段和出风段连通的风路弯折处设有上下双层线肩过滤网33,至少一上层过滤网可拆卸,所述的过滤网33为L形结构。所述的过滤网取放口 30设置在进风段31上方,从上到下向进风段和出风段连接方向倾斜设置,以方便取放过滤网和设置过滤网增大过滤面积。或者,过滤网取放口从上到下垂直设置在进风段和出风段连通的风路弯折处。
[0036]如图1所示,所述的热栗系统包括压缩机14、冷凝器15、节流装置及蒸发器16,由制冷剂循环管道依次将压缩机14、冷凝器15、节流装置、蒸发器16再至压缩机14连接组成循环系统,热栗系统通过上盖板17、下盖板18整合为一体模块结构,热栗进风口 7和热栗出风口 4之间依次设有导风板、蒸发器16、冷凝器15和送风风机19形成风路,所述的蒸发器16上方设有与蒸发器对应的喷水盒20(参阅图9),蒸发器下部设有积水盘(图中未示出)。
[0037]如图9所示,所述的喷水盒20上方设有进水口 21,喷水盒底部设有多个洒水孔22,进水口对应的喷水盒内部设有一分散水流以增加洒水均匀度的的分水冲击斜面23,进水口的水进入喷水盒内与分水冲击斜面产生冲击,水花四溅到周围的空隙中,由洒水孔洒出,效果均匀,进水口与外部自来水连通或通过一循环水栗与下部积水盘连通循环利用;所述的积水盘设有水位控制装置、一排水口和过滤结构,排水口通过一水栗24与主排水管路相通,之间安装有防止洗衣时洗涤排水逆流进入积水盘的单向阀。
[0038]如图8所示,本发明所述蒸发器16的翅片间距D大于冷凝器15的翅片间距d以使得进风通过翅片之间空隙时交错形成紊流,差值D-d为0.1-0.5mm。平行于翅片的蒸发器16和冷凝器15两端分别设有一侧板25将蒸发器16和冷凝器15固定为一体,且两侧板与上、下盖板配合组成一段风路,潮湿空气穿过蒸发器的两两翅片之间的间隙后降温除湿,再穿过冷凝器的两两翅片之间加热为干燥的热空气。
[0039]烘干循环风路如下(参阅图10):在送风风机19的带动下,潮湿的热气体从外筒前部的外筒出风口6向上排出,向后经过双层线肩过滤器3,再向下通过热栗进风口7进入洗衣机底部的热栗系统模块,经过蒸发器16后冷凝为水,冷凝水流到下部的积水盘内,再由水栗排到外部,经过冷凝后的空气再经过冷凝器15,通过冷凝器15散出的热量将气体加热后,由送风风机19高速运转吸出,加热后的高温气体由热栗出风口4排出向上,从外筒I后部冲进外筒内部,外筒内部有内筒,高温气体由内筒后部的透气孔进入内筒内,对内筒中的潮湿衣物进行加热烘干,内筒的筒体上有很多透气孔,随着热栗模块风机的高速运转,内筒中的潮气从内筒体上的孔穿出后,再从外筒前部的外筒出风口 6排出。
[0040]除湿循环风路如下(参阅图11):在烘干循环风路上,增加一个潮湿空气进风口 8和一个干燥空气出风口 9,潮湿空气进风口 8处进入的是洗衣干衣机外部环境的潮湿气体,干燥空气出风口 9处出的是除湿后干燥的气体,潮湿空气进风口 8位于双层线肩过滤器3前部,潮湿空气进风口8内设有切换机构,可打开或关闭。打开时,烘干循环风路关闭,开始执行除湿功能(参阅图4);关闭时,烘干循环风路开通,开始执行烘干功能(参阅图5)。执行除湿时,加热后的热空气也由热栗出风口 4排出,热栗出风口 4通过一个三通的管路11,与外筒进风口 5、干燥空气出风口9连通,三通的管路11 一路通向外筒进风口 5执行烘干功能,另一路通向干燥空气出风口9执行除湿功能。三通的管路11内也设有切换机构,可打开或关闭,打开时执行除湿功能(参阅图6),关闭时执行烘干功能(参阅图7),两处切换机构的打开或关闭是同步的。

Claims (9)
1.一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,包括外筒、外筒内部同轴设置的内筒、热栗系统、外筒与热栗系统之间的烘干循环风路,烘干循环风路依次经过热栗出风口、外筒进风口、外筒内部、外筒出风口、热栗进风口、热栗系统再至热栗出风口,其特征在于:在烘干循环风路上,分别设有与外界相通的潮湿空气进风口和干燥空气出风口,由外界依次经潮湿空气进风口、热栗进风口、热栗系统、热栗出风口、干燥空气出风口再至外界形成一除湿循环风路,在烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路之间设有切换机构以实现衣物烘干与除湿功能的切换,烘干循环风路与除湿循环风路上设有同一双层线肩过滤器,所述的双层线肩过滤器包括进风段和出风段,进风段上设有过滤网取放口,进风段和出风段连通的风路弯折处设有上下双层线肩过滤网,至少一上层过滤网可拆卸,所述的双层线肩过滤网为L形结构,所述的过滤网取放口设置在进风段上方,从上到下向进风段和出风段连接方向倾斜设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的外筒出风口设于外筒前部上方,双层线肩过滤器设于外筒出风口与热栗进风口之间的风道上,潮湿空气进风口设于外筒出风口与双层线肩过滤器之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的外筒进风口设于外筒后部,热栗出风口通过一个三通的管路,与外筒进风口、干燥空气出风口连通,一路通向外筒进风口执行烘干功能,另一路通向干燥空气出风口执行除湿功能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的切换机构包括控制潮湿空气进风口和外筒出风口切换开闭的进风口挡片,控制干燥空气出风口和外筒进风口切换开闭的出风口挡片,及分别控制进风口挡片、出风口挡片工作的电机驱动系统,潮湿空气进风口与干燥空气出风口的打开或关闭是同步的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的热栗系统包括压缩机、冷凝器、节流装置及蒸发器,由制冷剂循环管道依次将压缩机、冷凝器、节流装置、蒸发器再至压缩机连接组成循环系统,热栗系统通过上、下盖板整合为一体模块结构,热栗进风口和热栗出风口之间依次设有导风板、蒸发器、冷凝器和送风风机形成风路,所述的蒸发器上方设有与蒸发器对应的喷水盒,蒸发器下部设有积水盘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的喷水盒上方设有进水口,喷水盒底部设有多个洒水孔,进水口对应的喷水盒内部设有一分散水流以增加洒水均匀度的的分水冲击斜面,进水口与外部自来水连通或通过一循环水栗与下部积水盘连通循环利用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的积水盘设有水位控制装置、一排水口和过滤结构,排水口通过一水栗与主排水管路相通,之间安装有防止洗衣时洗涤排水逆流进入积水盘的单向阀。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述蒸发器的翅片间距大于冷凝器的翅片间距以使得进风通过翅片之间空隙时交错形成紊流,蒸发器的翅片间距与冷凝器的翅片间距的差值为0.1-0.5mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种带热栗烘干和除湿功能的洗衣干衣机,其特征在于:所述的外筒进风口由后向前倾斜设置,满足:外筒进风口的中心线延伸到内筒口依次经过内筒中心和内筒前法兰下边缘。
