技术领域
本技术属于聚胺酯工业,用作发泡的高性能催化剂。
技术背景
目前,该技术产品有美国气体公司生产,其代号为A-1。随着我国聚胺酯工业的发展,高性能催化剂的需求已供不应求,国内虽有小批量生产,但技术落后,成本高,没有竟争力。
发明内容
本技术是以二甲基乙醇胺为原料,经氯化,缩合,精馏而得。工艺简单,操作方便,生产周期短,设备投入小,产品质量高。
实施方按
1.在反应器内投入二甲基乙醇胺和金属钠,使其成醇钠。
2.在反应器内投入氯化亚砜,低温下滴加二甲基乙醇胺,使其成氯化物。
3.在缩合反应器内醇钠和氯花物生成对称二甲胺基乙基醚粗品,经精馏而得。
