[0003] 气升式内循环生物反应器是一种以气体为动力使液体充分混合并在反应器内部循环流动的生物反应器,具有结构简单、传质传热性能好、能耗低、对细胞损伤小等优点,在生物化工和废水处理领域广泛应用,具有作为脱氮除磷反应器的潜能。
[0004] 生物脱氮过程一般分为两个阶段,即好氧硝化阶段和厌氧反硝化阶段。在硝化阶段,废水中的NH4-N由微生物转化为N02_和N03_ ;在反硝化阶段,废水中的N02_和N03_由微生物转化为队。生物除磷过程一般分为两个阶段,即好氧超量吸磷阶段和厌氧释磷阶段。通过排放富磷污泥达到除磷目的。

本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:1)反应器由布水布气区、内循环反应区和三相分离区三个单元组成,相邻单元的功能互补,结构紧凑,占地面积小;2)微孔曝气管和环形气液分离管的独特结构设置,使反应器外周环形升流管处于好氧状态,中央降流管处于厌氧状态,可实现同步脱氮除磷;3)漏斗形升流导流管、漏斗形降流导流管和锥形集气罩的合理设置,降低了气体与水流对反应器沉淀区扰动,三相分离效果好;4)环形升流管置于中央降流管外围,增大了好氧与厌氧阶段水力停留时间之比,有利于提高废水生物脱氮除磷效果。

Claims (7)
1. 一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:反应器从下到上依次设有布水布气区(I)、内循环反应区(II)和三相分离区(III),布水布气区(I)下部设有锥形布水导流器(3),锥形布水导流器(3)中心设有进水口(1),进水口(1)的一端伸入锥形布水导流器(3),进水口(1)的另一端伸出反应器,锥形布水导流器(3)底部设有环隙出水口(2), 沿锥形布水导流器(3 )四周均布有微孔曝气管定位装置(4 ),曝气微管定位装置(4 )上部设有微孔曝气管(5);布水布气区(I)通过法兰(6)与内循环反应区(II)相连,内循环反应区(II)由外周环形升流管(8)和中央降流管(9)组成,外周环形升流管(8)上部设有漏斗形升流导流管(11),中央降流管(9)上部设有漏斗形降流导流管(10),外周环形升流管(8)下部设有进气口(7),漏斗形升流导流管(11)下部设有排泥口(19);内循环反应区(II)通过漏斗形升流导流管(11)和漏斗形降流导流管(10)与三相分离区(III)贯通,三相分离区(III)从外到内顺次设有环形气液分离管(13)、沉淀区(15),沉淀区(15)下部中心设有锥形集气罩(14),锥形集气罩(14)上部中心设有出气口(16),环形气液分离管(13)中部设有锥形挡泥板(12),沉淀区(15)上部设有溢流堰(17)和出水口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的微孔曝气管(5)位于外周环形升流管(8)中心下部,高于锥形布水导流器(3)的环隙出水口(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的外周环形升流管(8)与中央降流管(9)截面积比为2. (Γ3.0 : l.(T2.0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的环形气液分离管(13)位于漏斗形升流导流管(11)上部,环形气液分离管(13)与外周环形升流管(8)截面积之比为3.0 : 1.0;环形气液分离管(13)中部设有的锥形挡泥板(12) 的锥角δ为45°,锥高为环形气液分离管(13)环隙宽度的1/2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的锥形集气罩(14)的锥角β为50°,锥形集气罩(14)的底部、沉淀区(15)的底部和中央降流管(9)截面积之比为2. 8〜2. 4 : 1.3〜1.6 : 1.0ο
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的溢流堰(17)起始于沉淀区上部,横跨气液分离管(13)与外壁相连。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种气升式内循环脱氮除磷生物反应器,其特征在于:所述的锥形布水导流器(3)的锥角α为45°,漏斗形降流导流管(10)和漏斗形升流导流管 (11)的锥角Ύ均为50°。
