本发明公开了一种自动切割机，它包括：固定座、刀架、伺服电机、滚珠丝杆、导轨、刀座、导杆、压板、割刀、弹性连接件；固定座为左右两个：左侧固定座和右侧固定座；所述刀架通过导杆固定于左侧固定座和右侧固定座之间；滚珠丝杆连接伺服电机并穿过固定座与刀架，滚珠丝杆与固定座、刀架之间为螺纹连接；压板通过弹性连接件连接在刀架下方；导轨位于刀架侧面；刀座安装于导轨上；割刀位于刀座下端。本发明能够在切割柔软、轻薄材质时不滑动，实现了机械切割的精确化，大大提高了成品率，同时也将工作效率提高了5倍以上。

本发明涉及机械领域，具体为一种能实现自动切割的切割机。
背景技术
现代工厂中经常需要对柔软、轻薄，且厚薄不均匀的材质进行切割，而这些材质在切割时容易造成扭曲导致切割尺寸错误，误差极大，特别是需要将这些材质切割成5mmx5mm左右的小块时，这些材质切割时极易移动，无法精确切割，造成次品率高，成品率低；为了提高成品率，生产中往往只能采取手工切割的方法，但是采取手工的方法切割橡胶模，速度慢，工作效率低，劳动力成本高。
发明内容
发明目的：为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种采用机械手段完成自动切割的切割机。
技术方案：为了实现上述目的，本发明所述的一种自动切割机，它包括：固定座、刀架、伺服电机、滚珠丝杆、导轨、刀座、导杆、压板、割刀、弹性连接件。
本发明中所述固定座为左右两个：左侧固定座和右侧固定座；所述刀架通过导杆固定于左侧固定座和右侧固定座之间；滚珠丝杆连接伺服电机并穿过固定座与刀架，滚珠丝杆与固定座、刀架之间为螺纹连接；压板通过弹性连接件连接在刀架下方；导轨位于刀架侧面；刀座安装于导轨上；割刀位于刀座下端。
本发明所述自动切割机还包括挡块，所述挡块连接在刀架上并位于导轨的后端。
有益效果：本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明能够在切割柔软、轻薄材质时不滑动，实现了机械切割的精确化，大大提高了成品率，同时也将工作效率提高了5倍以上。

实施例
如图1所示的一种自动切割机，它包括：固定座1、刀架2、伺服电机3、滚珠丝杆4、导轨5、刀座6、导杆7、压板8、割刀9、弹性连接件10和挡块11；所述固定座1为左右两个：左侧固定座和右侧固定座；刀架2通过导杆7固定于左侧固定座和右侧固定座之间；滚珠丝杆4连接伺服电机3并穿过固定座1与刀架2，滚珠丝杆4与固定座1、刀架2之间为螺纹连接；压板8通过弹性连接件10连接在刀架2下方；导轨5位于刀架2侧面；刀座6安装于导轨5上；割刀9位于刀座6下端。
本实施例的工作过程如下：
工作时，伺服电机3驱动滚珠丝杆4转动，滚珠丝杆4将刀架2移到切割起始位置；切割时压板8将需要切割的料压住；刀座6在导轨5上运动带动割刀9进行切割。

1.一种自动切割机，其特征在于，它包括：固定座（1）、刀架（2）、伺服电机（3）、滚珠丝杆（4）、导轨（5）、刀座（6）、导杆（7）、压板（8）、割刀（9）、弹性连接件（10）；
所述固定座（1）为左右两个：左侧固定座和右侧固定座；所述刀架（2）通过导杆（7）固定于左侧固定座和右侧固定座之间；滚珠丝杆（4）连接伺服电机（3）并穿过固定座（1）与刀架（2），滚珠丝杆（4）与固定座（1）、刀架（2）之间为螺纹连接；压板（8）通过弹性连接件（10）连接在刀架（2）下方；导轨（5）位于刀架（2）侧面；刀座（6）安装于导轨（5）上；割刀（9）位于刀座（6）下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切割机，其特征在于，所述自动切割机还包括挡块（11），所述挡块（11）连接在刀架（2）上并位于导轨（5）的后端。
