Abstract
温络舒筋胶囊，本发明以独活、羌活、狗脊、巴戟天、续断、黄芪、当归、白芍、桂枝、川芎、伸筋草、秦艽、威灵仙、海风藤、甘草14味药为原料药，经煎煮、过滤、浓缩、搅拌、干燥、粉碎过筛等常规工艺制得；本发明为治疗风寒湿痹的良方，具有祛风寒湿邪、强筋健骨、补益肝肾、温经通络、活血化瘀、内外兼治、标本兼顾之功效，对于风寒湿邪引发的腰膝疼痛，关节屈伸不利，肢体麻木不仁等风湿和类风湿性关节炎有着显著的治疗效果。

技术领域
本发明属于中药，涉及一种应用于中医骨科、具有祛风散寒，补益肝肾、温经通络、活血化瘀之功效的中药制剂。
背景技术
痹症是由风、寒、湿邪等引起的以肢体关节及肌肉酸痛、麻木、重着、屈伸不利，甚或关节肿大等为主症的一类病症。主要病机是气血痹阻不通，筋脉关节失于濡养所致。属于西医范畴的风湿、类风湿证。近年来，其患病人数不断增加，并呈逐年上升的迅猛趋势，从而严重威胁着众多患者的生命健康和生活质量，同时在一定程度上给患者的家庭甚至整个社会都带来了沉重的压力和负担。西医治疗风湿、类风湿症往往具有疗程短、显效快的优势，但是也存在着复发率高，治标不治本的弊端。而目前现有中药大多都是从表征入手，而没有从根本上解决病因，更达不到标本兼治之功，治疗周期长，效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的具有祛风散寒，补益肝肾，温经通络，活血化瘀功效的药物，本发明技术方案的特征在于它是以下述重量份配比的原料，按常规制剂工艺制备而成：
本发明最佳重量份配比为：
发明主治因肝肾不足，气血两亏，风寒湿邪侵入筋骨、关节、经络日久所致风湿和类风湿性关节炎。肝主筋，风寒湿邪存于关节，致屈伸不利或麻木不仁。肾为腰之府，主骨，而腰膝疼痛，风寒湿痹交结筋骨之间，疼痛难忍，举步难行。正气已虚，邪气深伏，治宜祛风湿、止痹痛、益肝肾、补气血。故本发明的配方是以辛温药为主，祛风寒湿邪，强筋健骨，补益肝肾，温经通络，活血化瘀，内外兼治，标本兼顾，诸症得以缓解治疗。方中独活、羌活为君药。独活，辛、苦，微温，归肾、膀胱经，长于祛风除湿，通痹止痛。羌活，辛、苦，温，归膀胱、肾经，长于散寒，祛风，除湿，止痛。故用独活、羌活，辛温发散来解一表一里，一上一下之风，以达祛除周身风寒湿邪，宣痹止痛之功。方中狗脊、巴戟天、续断、黄芪、当归、白芍、桂枝、川芎为臣药。狗脊，苦、甘，温，归肝、肾经，补肝肾，强筋骨，祛风湿。巴戟天，甘、辛，微温，归肾、肝经，补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。续断，苦、辛，微温，归肝、肾经，续断能补肝肾，强筋骨，续折伤。黄芪，甘、温，归肺、脾经，功能补气固表，为补气药之王。当归，甘、辛，温，归肝、心、脾经，功能补血活血，为活血补血之尊。白芍，酸、苦，微寒，归肝、脾经，平肝止痛，养血调经。桂枝，辛、甘，温，归心、肺、膀胱经，发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气。川芎，辛、温，归肝、胆、心包经，活血行气，祛风止痛。故共为臣药，用以气推动血的运行，而血行风自灭的原理，以达祛风除湿，活血行气，温通经脉之功。方中伸筋草、秦艽、威灵仙、海风藤为佐药。伸筋草，微苦、辛，温，归肝、脾、肾经，祛风除湿，舒筋活络。秦艽，辛、苦，平，归胃、肝、胆经，祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛。威灵仙，辛、成，温，归膀胱经，祛风除湿，通络止痛。海风藤，辛、苦，微温，归肝经，祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛。故共为佐药，用以加强祛风除湿，舒筋活络，通痹止痛，温补肝肾之功。故伸筋草、秦艽、威灵仙、海风藤能助君药加强祛风除湿之功力，又都兼以温补肝肾为佐药。方中甘草为使药，甘，平，归心、肺、脾、胃经，益气补中，清热解毒，缓解止痛，调和药性。故本方为治疗风寒湿痹的良方，具有祛风寒湿邪、强筋健骨、补益肝肾、温经通络、活血化瘀、内外兼治、标本兼顾之功效，对于风寒湿邪引发的腰膝疼痛，关节屈伸不利，肢体麻木不仁等风湿和类风湿性关节炎有着显著的治疗效果。
以下给出临床数据，以说明本发明之效果。共500例，其中男性患者223例，女性患者277例，年龄22～80岁之间，病程2个月～7年。服用方法：每天3次，每次6粒，10天为一个疗程，观察3个疗程。

疗效标准
具体实施方式
一、以上十五味，取独活100g粉碎成细粉，剩余独活100g及羌活150g、狗脊80g、巴戟天50g、续断50g、黄芪150g、当归80g、白芍40g、桂枝40g、川芎80g、伸筋草140g、秦艽100g、威灵仙80g、海风藤40g、甘草40g等其余14味加8倍水煎煮两次，第一次3小时，第二次2小时，合并滤液，放置，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加入上述细粉，搅拌均匀，60℃干燥，80目粉碎过筛，装入胶囊，制成850粒，即得。
二、以上十五味，取独活550g粉碎成细粉，剩余独活550g及羌活1000g、狗脊600g、巴戟天500g、续断500g、黄芪1000g、当归600g、白芍300g、桂枝300g、川芎500g、伸筋草800g、秦艽750g、威灵仙500g、海风藤300g、甘草300g等其余14味加8倍水煎煮两次，第一次3小时，第二次2小时，合并滤液，放置，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加入上述细粉，搅拌均匀，60℃干燥，80目粉碎过筛，装入胶囊，制成5400粒，即得。
三、以上十五味，取独活1200g粉碎成细粉，剩余独活1200g及羌活2500g、狗脊1600g、巴戟天1500g、续断1500g、黄芪2500g、当归1600g、白芍800g、桂枝800g、川芎1200g、伸筋草1800g、秦艽2000g、威灵仙1200g、海风藤800g、甘草800g等其余14味加8倍水煎煮两次，第一次3小时，第二次2小时，合并滤液，放置，取上清液浓缩成稠膏，加入上述细粉，搅拌均匀，60℃干燥，80目粉碎过筛，装入胶囊，制成13500粒，即得。
