Abstract

一种风力发电机的风轮,属于用于转换风能,克服现有的风轮存在的风能转换效率低、叶片运行阻力大等不足。包括轮毂和叶片,叶片和轮毂间的变桨轴承,所作的改进是叶片由在风轮迎风方向上的前翼片和后翼片组成,前翼片和后翼片通过变桨轴承座、相互间的支柱及钢丝绳连接成整体,形成刚性框架结构的双翼叶片。本发明的有益效果是:与现有的悬臂叶片风轮相比,风能利用系数可达大于47%,运行阻力至少减小20~40%。桁架连接结构提高了叶片系统的刚性强度,叶片的使用寿命长。

一种风力发电机的风轮
技术领域
本发明专利属于风力发电领域,具体涉及风力发电机的风轮。
背景技术
现有的风力发电机的风轮由轮毂和三个一端安装在轮毂上的悬臂式叶片组成。传统风轮叶片是一个等强度悬臂梁,其从叶尖到叶根的相对厚度从12%增加到40%。叶根为圆柱型,随着叶片相对厚度的增加,其阻力必然岁着增加。另外,为获得大面积的风能,商品化的风力发电机的风轮的直径都较大,即叶片都比较长,目前我国投入建设和使用的1.5MW三叶片风力发电机的叶片长为34.5米,其风能转换效率仅为32~38%。为了提高风能转换利用效率,已陆续将叶片加长到37.4米和40.3米。由于叶片的加长加重,不仅提高了叶片及整机的制造成本,也给运输、安装增加了困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种风力发电机的风轮,用于转换风能,提高风能利用率,延长叶片的使用寿命,降低风力发电机的建造成本,克服现有的风轮存在的上述不足。
本发明的风轮包括轮毂和叶片,叶片和轮毂间的变桨轴承,所作的改进是叶片由在风轮迎风方向上的前翼片和后翼片组成,前翼片和后翼片设计成从根部到梢部大升阻比的翼型,前翼片和后翼片通过变桨轴承座、相互间的支柱及钢丝绳连接成整体,形成刚性桁架结构的双翼叶片。
本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明的双翼叶片,在长度与现有的悬臂叶片同样为34.5米时,风能利用系数可达大于47%,风能利用率提高显著。另一方面,前、后翼的相对厚度从翼尖的10%到翼根的12%。与以往的叶片相比,其运行阻力至少减小20~40%。双翼叶片前、后翼间采用的刚性的桁架连接结构,使叶片系统有较高刚性强度高,叶片的使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2,采用现有的风力发电机风轮的轮毂1和叶片与轮毂间的变桨轴承2,设计大升阻比的截面形状及从翼根到翼尖相应扭转角度的翼片,用支柱3和钢丝绳4将两片翼片连接成整体,形成在迎风方向上有前翼片5和后翼片6的刚性框架结构的双翼叶片。将三个双翼叶片通过变桨轴承2安装在轮毂上,即组成本发明的风力发电机风轮。

1.一种风力发电机风轮,包括轮毂、叶片、叶片和轮毂间的变桨轴承,其特征是:叶片由在风轮迎风方向上的前翼片和后翼片组成,前翼片和后翼片设计成从根部到梢部大升阻比的翼型,前翼片和后翼片通过变桨轴承座、相互间的支柱及钢丝绳连接成整体,形成刚性桁架结构的双翼叶片。
