一种窗帘用双蜂巢结构及其制程,其中的窗帘用双蜂巢结构的制程,包括:制成一双蜂巢单元的基材,其中该基材包括相互结合的第一片材与第二片材,且该基材的二相对侧端皆形成有第一、第二折缝;依据窗帘的宽度由该基材裁切数个双蜂巢单元;及将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合,从而形成双蜂巢结构。此外,本发明亦提供窗帘用的双蜂巢结构。

窗帘用双蜂巢结构及其制程
【技术领域】
本发明有关于一种窗帘,特别是关于一种窗帘用的双蜂巢结构及其制程。
【背景技术】
一种双蜂巢型窗帘的主要架构,包含蜂巢结构、顶轨、底轨、及穿设于帘片的调整绳,其中该蜂巢结构上下堆叠、且前后相互连结的二个蜂巢,调整绳的一端部组接顶轨而另一端部则穿设蜂巢结构并与底轨连接。使用者可透过操作底轨去折叠或展开蜂巢结构,藉以调整光线射入室内的量。
就蜂巢结构的材质价格来说,不透光性材质的价格远高于透光性材质的价格,故选择采用不透光性材质制造蜂巢结构,势必提高窗帘的制造成本,但仍必须顾及窗帘整体的透光效果,而不能改用透光性材质,故产生两难的局面。
有鉴于此,本发明为一种能改善上述缺失,提供同时兼顾制造成本及整体美感考量的双蜂巢型窗帘。
【发明内容】
本发明一目的在于提供一种窗帘用双蜂巢结构及其制程,提供了更多元的使用方式,也可同时兼顾制造成本及整体美感的考量。
依据本发明一实施例,该窗帘用双蜂巢结构的制程包括:制成一双蜂巢单元的基材,其中该基材包括相互结合的第一片材与第二片材,且该基材的二相对侧端皆形成有第一、第二折缝;依据窗帘的宽度由该基材裁切数个双蜂巢单元;及将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合,从而形成双蜂巢结构。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述制成该基材的步骤包括:
将该第一片材的相对两侧加以折叠,从而在该第一片材中形成该第一折缝、该第二折缝、一基部、及二侧端部,其中该二侧端部朝向该基部的同一侧折叠并分别在该第一、第二折缝处与该基部的相对侧连接,且该第一片材的该基部上位于该二侧端部之间的部分内侧暴露出一区域。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述制成该基材的步骤还包括:
在该区域上涂一粘胶条;
置放该第二片材在该区域上;及
将该第二片材的一第一末端固定至该区域。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合的步骤包括:
将该第一片材的该二侧端部及该第二片材的一第二末端固定至另一相邻双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面。
所述的制程,其特征在于:该第一片材与该第二片材由不同材质制成。
所述的制程,其特征在于:该第一片材与该第二片材由不织布制成。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述制成该基材的步骤包括:
将该第一片材加以折叠,从而在该第一片材中形成该第一折缝、一第一基部、及一第一侧端部,其中该第一侧端部朝向该第一基部的内侧折叠;及
将该第二片材加以折叠,从而在该第二片材中形成该第二折缝、一第二基部、及一第二侧端部,其中该第二侧端部朝向该第二基部的内侧折叠。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述制成该基材的步骤还包括:
在该第一基部的内侧面上涂一粘胶条;
在该第一基部上置放该第二片材,使该第一基部与该第二基部相重叠;及
将该第二基部的外侧面固定至该第一基部的内侧面。
所述的制程,其特征在于:所述将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合的步骤包括:
将该第一侧端部的外侧面固定至另一邻近双蜂巢单元中另一第一片材的外侧面;
将该第二基部的内侧面固定至该另一邻近双蜂巢单元中该另一第一片材的外侧面;及
将该第二侧端部的外侧面固定至该另一邻近双蜂巢单元中的另一第二片材的外侧面。
此外,本发明一实施例提供一种窗帘用双蜂巢结构,包括数个具有相同结构的双蜂巢单元,其中各该双蜂巢单元包括:一第一片材,其在对应窗帘的前后侧处分别形成有二折缝,从而界定一基部及二侧端部;及一第二片材,具有一第一末端与一第二末端,其中该第一末端与该基部固定,该第二末端与该二侧端部的末端则与另一邻近双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面固定。
所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该二侧端部分别在该二折缝处与该基部相接并朝向该基部的内侧折叠,而该第二片材的该第一末端与该基部的内侧面固定。
所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该第二片材整体位于该二侧端部之间。
所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:各该第二片材为隔开各该双蜂巢单元内相邻的第一蜂巢与第二蜂巢,且各该第二片材完全位于各该双蜂巢单元内。
所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该第一、第二蜂巢具有四边形,其中该第一蜂巢的至少二侧边及该第二蜂巢的至少三侧边由该第一片材所形成。

本发明还提供一种窗帘用双蜂巢结构,包括数个具有相同结构的双蜂巢单元,该数个双蜂巢单元上下堆叠并形成数个前后相邻的第一、第二蜂巢,其中各该双蜂巢单元包括:
一第一片材,其形成有一第一折缝,且界定一第一基部及一第一侧端部;及
一第二片材,其形成有一第二折缝,且界定一第二基部及一第二侧端部;
其中,该第一、第二片材相互固定,且该第一侧端部的末端与该第二基部的末端固定至另一双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面;
其中,由该双蜂巢结构的一第一外侧仅可见相连接的各该第一片材,该双蜂巢结构在相对于该第一外侧的一第二外侧则仅可见相连接的各该第二片材。
所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:各该双蜂巢单元所形成的相邻蜂巢包括具四边形的第一、第二蜂巢,其中该第一蜂巢的三侧边由该第一片材形成,该第一蜂巢的另一侧边则由部分该第二片材所形成,该第二蜂巢的三侧边由该第二片材所形成,该第二蜂巢的另一侧边则由另一邻近双蜂巢单元中部分另一第一片材所形成。

藉由前述的结构设计及制程,可以使用二片材制作双蜂巢单元的基材,并由基材制成双蜂巢结构,制程简易,且在双蜂巢结构的外表面无形成任何接合缝,有利于蜂巢结构的整体美感。

图1及图2为分别绘示本发明一实施例所提供的双蜂巢型窗帘100于展开及折叠状态的侧面示意图。如图1及图2所示,窗帘100包括顶轨HR、底轨BR、一双蜂巢结构101、及连接在顶轨HR与底轨BR之间的调整绳103。双蜂巢结构101包括数个上下堆叠的双蜂巢单元102。各双蜂巢单元102具有相同结构,包含前后相邻连接的第一、第二蜂巢102A、102B。第一、第二蜂巢102A、102B为相邻空腔,并以至少二个片材以上相接而组成。尤其,各双蜂巢单元102包括至少一第一片材104及一第二片材106。第一片材104形成有至少第一折缝108A及第二折缝108B,从而界定第一片材104的基部104A、及二侧端部104B、104C,其中第一折缝108A及第二折缝108B分别位于双蜂巢结构101上对应窗帘100的前后侧,基部104A位于第一折缝108A及第二折缝108B之间,侧端部104B与基部104A在第一折缝108A处相接,侧端部104C与基部104A则在第二折缝108B处相接。至于第二片材106则完全位于二侧端部104B、104C之间作为第一、第二蜂巢102A、102B的边界,第二片材106的第一末端透过粘胶条110固定至基部104A的内侧面,第二片材106的第二末端及第一片材104侧端部104B、104C的末端则分别透过粘胶条112、114、116固定至另一邻近双蜂巢单元102中另同一第一片材104的基部104A外侧面,其中第二片材106的第二末端与第一片材104的侧端部104C末端为分别透过粘胶条112、116在相邻近处固定至另同一第一片材104的基部104A外侧面。此双蜂巢结构易于制成,其中所形成的各蜂巢具有四边形,第一蜂巢102A的至少二侧边由同一第一片材104所形成,第一蜂巢102A的另二侧边则由第二片材106及另一相邻双蜂巢单元102中的另一第一片材104的基部104A所形成。第二蜂巢102B的至少三侧边由同一第一片材104形成,第二蜂巢102B的另一侧边则由第二片材106所形成。如此,前后相接的第一蜂巢102A与第二蜂巢102B可完全由三个片材形成,且窗帘100的外侧仅可见相连接的各第一片材104,第二片材106则隐藏于双蜂巢结构内。
值得一提,本发明不限于前述粘胶的方法,亦可采用其它结合方式(例如焊接、超音焊接等等)结合各第一、第二片材104、106。此外,第一、第二片材104、106可由不同材质组成,例如第一片材104的透光率高于第二片材106的透光率,或是第一片材104的透光率低于第二片材106的透光率。如此一来当阳光照射到窗帘100时,会展现出不同的明暗层次,呈现出独特的美感。然而,本发明不限于此,亦可使用相同材质制成第一、第二片材104、106。依据一实施例,第一、第二片材104、106各可由水针不织布(spunlace non-woven fabric)、点粘合不织布(point bondednon-woven fabric)等材质。
至于调整绳103则穿设各双蜂巢单元102并与窗帘100的顶轨HR及底轨BR连接。使用者可透过升起或降下底轨BR去折叠(图2)或展开(图1)双蜂巢结构101。
图3至图7为绘示双蜂巢结构101的制作步骤示意图。如图3所示,首先提供第一片材104,并将第一片材104的相对两侧加以折叠,从而形成第一片材104的第一、第二折缝108A、108B、基部104A、及二侧端部104B、104C。其中,侧端部104B、104C皆比基部104A短并朝向基部104A的同一侧(即基部104A的内侧面)折叠,且第一片材104的基部104A上位于侧端部104B、104C之间的部分内侧暴露出区域R。依据此实施例,区域R的宽度至少等于或大于第二片材106的宽度。
随后参照图4,将粘胶条110涂在基部104A内侧面上暴露于二侧端部104B、104C之间的区域R。
接着参照图5,在基部104A内侧面的区域R上置放第二片材106,并将第二片材106的末端内侧面透过粘胶条110与第一片材104在基部104A内侧面的区域R相固定,从而形成双蜂巢单元102的基材120。藉此形成的基材120呈长形片,其由第一、第二片材104、106形成,其中第二片材106的整体位于二侧端部104B、104C之间,且基材120的二相对侧端皆形成有折缝108A、108B。依据一实施例,此基材120可以卷收成卷筒状,以便后续制程。
随后参照图6,依据窗帘的宽度自基材120裁切出双蜂巢单元102并涂上粘胶条112、114、116,其中粘胶条112涂在第二片材106上位于粘胶条110相对侧的末端外侧面,粘胶条114、116则分别涂在侧端部104B、104C的末端外侧面。
最后参照图7,将涂有粘胶条112、114、116的双蜂巢单元102加以层层堆叠而相互结合,使双蜂巢单元102中第二片材106的末端外侧面、及第一片材104的侧端部104B、104C的末端外侧面分别透过粘胶条112、114、116固定至另一邻近双蜂巢单元102中另同一第一片材104的基部104A外侧面,其中第二片材106的第二末端与第一片材104的侧端部104C末端为分别透过粘胶条112、116在相邻近处固定至另同一第一片材104的基部104A外侧面,从而完成双蜂巢结构101。
图8及图9为分别绘示本发明另一实施例所提供的窗帘用双蜂巢结构200于展开及折叠状态的侧面示意图。同于前述实施例,双蜂巢结构200包括数个上下堆叠的双蜂巢单元202以及调整绳203,其中各双蜂巢单元202亦包含前后相邻连接的第一、第二蜂巢202A、202B。第一、第二蜂巢202A、202B为相邻的封闭空腔。依据此实施例,各双蜂巢单元202可包括至少第一片材204及第二片材206。第一片材204形成有至少一第一折缝208A,从而界定第一片材204的第一基部204A及第一侧端部204B,其中第一基部204A与第一侧端部204B在第一折缝208A处相接。第二片材206亦形成有至少一第二折缝208B,从而界定第二片材206的第二基部206A及第二侧端部206B,其中第二基部206A与第二侧端部206B在第二折缝208B处相接。第一折缝208A及第二折缝208B位于双蜂巢结构200的前后侧。
如图8及图9所示,各第一片材204在第一基部204A的末端内侧为透过粘胶条212固定至第二片材206的第二基部206A外侧面,第一片材204在第一侧端部204B的末端外侧及第二基部206A的末端内侧为分别透过粘胶条210、216在相邻近处固定至其邻近双蜂巢单元202中另同一第一片材204的第一基部204A外侧面。至于各第二片材206在第二侧端部206B的末端外侧则透过粘胶条214固定至另一邻近双蜂巢单元202中另一第二片材206的第二基部206A外侧面,其中粘胶条214所形成的连接点为邻近另一双蜂巢单元202中另一组第一片材204与第二片材206的相互连接点(即对应另一粘胶条212处)。此双蜂巢结构易于制成,其中各蜂巢具有四边形,第一蜂巢202A的三侧边由同一第一片材204形成,第一蜂巢202A的另一侧边则由第二片材206的部分第二基部206A所形成。至于邻近第二蜂巢202B的三侧边则由同一第二片材206所形成,第二蜂巢202B的另一侧边由另一邻近双蜂巢单元202中另一第一片材204的部分第一基部204A所形成。如此,前后相接的第一蜂巢202A与第二蜂巢202B可完全由三个片材形成,且双蜂巢结构202在第一外侧仅可见相连接的各第一片材204,双蜂巢结构202在另一相对第二外侧则仅可见相连接的各第二片材206。
图10至图14为绘示双蜂巢结构202的制作步骤示意图。如图10所示,首先提供第一片材204及第二片材206,并将第一片材204的一侧加以弯折,从而形成第一片材204的折缝208A、第一基部204A及第一侧端部204B,并将第二片材206的一侧加以弯折,从而形成第二片材206的折缝208B、第二基部206A及第二侧端部206B。其中,第一侧端部204B比第一基部204A短并朝向第一基部204A的内侧折叠,而第二侧端部206B比第二基部206A短并朝向第二基部206A的内侧折叠。
随后参照图11,将粘胶条212涂在第一基部204A上相对于折缝208A的末端内侧面上。
接着参照图12,使第二片材206的第二基部206A与第一片材204的第一基部204A相重叠并透过粘胶条212将第二片材206的第二基部206A外侧面固定至第一片材204的第一基部204A内侧面,从而形成双蜂巢单元202的基材220。藉此形成的基材220呈长形状,其由第一、第二片材204、206组成,且基材220的二相对侧端皆具有折缝208A、208B。依据一实施例,此基材220可卷收成卷筒状,以便后续制程。
随后参照图13,依据窗帘的宽度自基材220裁切出双蜂巢单元202并涂上粘胶条210、214、216,其中粘胶条210涂在第一侧端部204B的末端外侧面上,粘胶条214涂在第二侧端部206B的末端外侧面上,至于粘胶条216则涂在第二基部206A的末端内侧面上。
最后参照图14,将设有粘胶条210、214、216的双蜂巢单元202加以层层堆叠而相互结合,使第一侧端部204B的末端外侧面及第二基部206A的末端内侧面分别透过粘胶条210、216在邻近处固定至邻近双蜂巢单元202中另同一第一片材204的第一基部204A外侧面,而第二侧端部206B的末端外侧面则透过粘胶条214固定至另一邻近双蜂巢单元202中的同一第二片材206的第二基部206A外侧面,其中粘胶条214所形成的连接点为邻近另一双蜂巢单元202中另一组第一片材204与第二片材206的相互连接点(即对应另一粘胶条212处)。藉此,可完成双蜂巢结构202。
藉由前述的结构设计及制程,可以使用二片材制作双蜂巢单元的基材,并由基材制成双蜂巢结构,制程简易,且在双蜂巢结构的外表面无形成任何接合缝,有利于蜂巢结构的整体美感。
图15为绘示依据本发明一实施例适用于制成双蜂巢结构的生产设备300的示意图。如图15所示,生产设备300包括折叠单元302、涂胶单元304、贴附单元306、裁切/涂胶单元308、及堆叠单元310。折叠单元302可用于形成片材的折缝(例如前述第一片材104的第一、第二折缝108A、108B,第一片材204的折缝208A及/或第二片材206的折缝208B)。涂胶单元304可沿第一片材上涂粘胶(例如前述粘胶条110或212)。至于贴附单元306则用于将第一、第二片材相结合,从而形成双蜂巢单元的基材(例如基材120或220),其中所完成的基材可以卷筒卷收,以便后续制程。折叠单元302、涂胶单元304及贴附单元306可构成适用于制成基材120或220的独立系统,其中完成的基材120或220可卷成卷筒状。
藉由裁切/涂胶单元308,可将基材依据窗帘产品的宽度加以裁切,从而形成双蜂巢单元(例如前述双蜂巢单元102或202)并在双蜂巢单元涂上复数粘胶条(例如前述第一实施例的112、114、116,或第二实施例的粘胶条210、214、216)。随后,各双蜂巢单元可一一传送至堆叠单元310,使双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合,从而完成双蜂巢结构。
由于本发明为透过数片材而非一体成形蜂巢结构,故提供了更多元的使用方式,藉由选用不同材质的片材,当阳光照射于窗帘时可呈现不同的明暗层次,展现出独特的美感。此外,由于不透光片材的成本较高,所以仅需对于第一片材及第二片材其中一者使用不透光材质,相对之下即可降低制造成本,而窗帘整体的透光效果也不会差距太大,同时兼顾制造成本及整体透光效果的考量。

Claims (10)

1.一种双蜂巢型窗帘的制作方法,包括:
制成一双蜂巢单元的基材,其中该基材包括相互结合的第一片材与第二片材,且该基材的二相对侧端皆形成有第一、第二折缝;
依据窗帘的宽度自该基材裁切出数个双蜂巢单元;及
将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合,从而形成双蜂巢结构,
其中,所述制成该基材的步骤包括:
将该第一片材的相对两侧加以折叠,从而在该第一片材中形成该第一折缝、该第二折缝、一基部、及二侧端部,其中该二侧端部朝向该基部的同一侧折叠并分别在该第一、第二折缝处与该基部的相对侧连接,且该第一片材的该基部上位于该二侧端部之间的部分内侧暴露出一区域;
在该区域上涂一粘胶条;
置放该第二片材在该区域上;及
将该第二片材的一第一末端固定至该区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述将该数个双蜂巢单元加以层层堆叠而相互结合的步骤包括:
将该第一片材的该二侧端部及该第二片材的一第二末端固定至另一相邻双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面。
3.如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:该第一片材与该第二片材由不同材质制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:该第一片材与该第二片材由不织布制成。
5.一种窗帘用双蜂巢结构,包括数个具有相同结构的双蜂巢单元,其中各该双蜂巢单元包括:
一第一片材,其在对应窗帘的前后侧处分别形成有二折缝,从而界定一基部及二侧端部;及
一第二片材,具有一第一末端与一第二末端,其中该第一末端与该基部固定,该第二末端与该二侧端部的末端则与另一邻近双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面固定,
其中,该二侧端部分别在该二折缝处与该基部相接并朝向该基部的内侧折叠,而该第二片材的该第一末端与该基部的内侧面固定。
6.如权利要求5所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该第二片材整体位于该二侧端部之间。
7.如权利要求5所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:各该第二片材为隔开各该双蜂巢单元内相邻的第一蜂巢与第二蜂巢,且各该第二片材完全位于各该双蜂巢单元内。
8.如权利要求7所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该第一、第二蜂巢具有四边形,其中该第一蜂巢的至少二侧边及该第二蜂巢的至少三侧边由该第一片材所形成。
9.如权利要求7所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:在各该双蜂巢单元内相邻的第一蜂巢与第二蜂巢完全由三片材组成。
10.如权利要求5所述的窗帘用双蜂巢结构,其特征在于:该第二末端、与该二侧端部其中一个的末端在邻近处与另一邻近双蜂巢单元中另同一第一片材的外侧面固定。
