一种导线绝缘帽,其特殊之处是它包括由橡胶材料制成的、外形呈喇叭状的绝缘帽和安装在绝缘帽外面的螺母,绝缘帽的外表面加工有与螺母相配合的螺纹,绝缘帽内有盲孔,盲孔周围的绝缘帽切出若干纵向缺口,使该部份形成若干个爪。使用该导线绝缘绝缘帽可以代替PVC绝缘胶带对电缆线头进行绝缘防护,防止多根试验线头搭接在一起造成短路或伤人,提高现场作业安全性和工作效率,并且使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于电力输送技术领域,特别涉及电力系统继电保护等专业在二次回路上作业时用的安全保护装置。
背景技术
在电力系统继电保护专业做试验过程中,经常需要拆断一些装置的电缆线头,而这些线头许多都是带电的,用胶带等缠包十分繁琐,而且容易脱落,潜在风险高。
发明内容
 为了解决了电力系统继电保护等专业在二次回路上作业时,电缆线头包扎不方便的问题,提出如下技术方案。
一种导线绝缘帽,其特殊之处是它包括由橡胶材料制成的、外形呈喇叭状的绝缘帽和安装在绝缘帽外面的螺母,绝缘帽的外表面加工有与螺母相配合的螺纹,绝缘帽内有盲孔,盲孔周围的绝缘帽切出若干纵向缺口,使该部份形成若干个爪。
使用该导线绝缘帽对带电电缆线头做隔离处理时,可将裸露的电缆线头插入该导线绝缘帽的盲孔中,然后向前旋转螺母,使绝缘帽的前端(若干个爪)收缩,将电缆线头包裹在其中。该导线绝缘帽由橡胶材料制成,既绝缘又与电缆线皮之间有摩擦力。当向前旋转螺母,使该导线绝缘帽的前端收紧时,可防止线头脱落。当反向旋转螺母时,可松开该导线绝缘帽的开口,将电缆线头取出。该导线绝缘帽可以重复使用。
本发明具有如下优点
使用该导线绝缘绝缘帽可以代替PVC绝缘胶带对裸露的带电电缆线头进行绝缘防护,防止多根试验线头搭接在一起造成短路或伤人,提高现场作业安全性,并且使用方便,工作效率高。此外,由于该导线绝缘帽可以重复使用,因此能杜绝或减少PVC绝缘胶带的消耗,保持环境卫生,减少对环境的污染。

具体实施方式
实施例
一种导线绝缘帽,它包括由橡胶制成外形呈喇叭状的绝缘帽2和安装在绝缘帽2外面的螺母1,绝缘帽的外表面上加工有与螺母1相配合的螺纹。螺母1由金属、硬塑料或硬橡胶制成,它是不变形的。绝缘帽2 的左侧呈圆台形,右侧呈圆柱形。在喇叭口端的、即圆台形的绝缘帽2内设有盲孔2.3。将盲孔周围、即圆台形的绝缘帽切出若干纵向缺口2.1,使该部份形成若干个其横截面为扇形的爪2.2,爪2.2的扇形圆心角为26度。使用时,将电缆线头插入绝缘帽2 的盲孔2.3内,当向前旋转螺母1,使绝缘帽2前端的若干个爪2.2收紧、闭合,将电缆线头包裹在其中。
