移动架体64上设有压接机底盘支撑7,压接机4通过压接机底盘支撑7安装于横梯9上。所述压接机底盘支撑7包括压接机底盘65及位于所述压接机底盘65上的压接机转盘11,压接机底盘65与移动架体64相固定,压接机转盘11的中心区凸设有定位块,压接机转盘11中心区的定位块嵌置于压接机底盘65中心区的定位槽内,且压接机转盘11中心区的定位块能够在压接机底盘65中心区的定位槽内转动。压接机转盘11上设有固定锁60,压接机4通过固定锁60固定安装于压接机转盘11上,当压接机转盘11相对压接机底盘65转动时,压接机4能够相对横梯9转动,从而能够方便压接机4从不同方位、角度对导线进行压接。为了保证压接机4转动的可靠性,压接机底盘65上设有钢球套管19,所述钢球套管19的轴线与压接机底盘65的轴线相垂直。钢球套管19对应于与压接机底盘65相连的另一端端部设有定位螺栓;钢球套管19内设有转动调节压簧63,所述调节弹簧63对应于与定位螺栓相连的另一端设有调节钢球62,所述调节钢球62嵌置于压接机转盘11上的转动凹槽内,所述转动凹槽均匀分布于压接机转盘11中心区定位块的外周面上,转动凹槽可以根据转动角度需要进行相应需要,本发明的实施例中设置了十八个转动凹槽。当压接机转盘11需要相对压接机底盘65转动时,需要克服调节钢球62与压接机转盘11的摩擦力及转动调节压簧63的弹性力;当压接机转盘11相对压接机底盘65转动到一定角度后,转动调节压簧62会挤压调节钢球62嵌置于相应的转动凹槽内,从而保证压接机转盘11转动后与压接机底盘65连接的可靠性,避免压接机4工作时的摆动,确保压接机4工作的可靠性。
