Abstract

[0002] 众所周知,放射性肺炎是在放射治疗后出现刺激性咳嗽,多数在放射治疗2〜3个月后出现症状,个别在停止放射治疗半年后出现刺激性干咳,活动后加剧,伴有气急,心悸和胸痛。不发热或低热,偶有高热。随肺纤维化加剧逐渐出现呼吸困难。易发生呼吸道感染而使症状加重,出现发绀。中医认为:热毒之邪侵势肺脏,灼伤脉络、气阴耗伤、淤血内阻引起的病症。传统治疗方法采用激素缓解症状,严重时停止放疗,并影响了患者的生活治疗。

[0006] 本发明中黄柏、桅子、虎杖具有清热解毒的功效。黄柏性味:苦寒。功能主治:清热燥湿,泻火解毒,除骨蒸清虚热。现代医药研究:实验证明,黄柏碱在试管内对肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有显著的抑菌作用。桅子其性寒、味苦,功能主治;泻火除烦,清热利湿,凉血解毒,《神农本草经》主治五内邪气,白癞,赤癞,疮疡”。虎杖微苦,微寒。归肝、胆、肺经。功能主治;清热解毒,利胆退黄,祛风利湿,散瘀定痛,止咳化痰。西洋参、黄芪、白术、当归具有扶正益气补血的功效。西洋参味甘、微苦,凉。功能主治:补气养阴,清热生津。用于气虚阴亏,内热,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,消渴,口燥咽干。西洋参有抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗应激、抑制血小板聚集、降低血液凝固性的作用。黄芪性味:甘,微温。功能主治;益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效。用于治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷。白术性味苦甘温。功能主治:健脾益气,燥湿利水。现代医药研究:白术可增强机体免疫功能,具有抗氧化、抗凝血、抗肿瘤作用。玄参、知母、麦冬可滋阴生津。玄参其性寒,味甘苦,功能与主治:清热泻火、滋阴润燥,适用于肺热咳喘或阴虚咳嗽,烦热消渴,骨蒸劳热,小便不利,大便燥结等症。知母性味:苦甘寒。功能主治:清热泻火,生津润燥。麦冬性味:甘、微苦,微寒。功能主治:养阴生津,润肺清心。用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,津伤口渴。淡竹叶性味:甘淡,寒,无毒。入心肾经。功能主治:甘淡渗利,性寒清降,主治:胸中疾热,咳逆上气。五味子性温;味酸、甘。功能主治:有提高组织细胞的氧气交换,可保护人体五脏:心、肝、脾、肺、肾。云芝性味甘;淡;微寒。功效:健脾利湿,止咳平喘,清热解毒,抗肿瘤。生石膏味辛、甘,性微寒。归肺胃经。功能主治:清热泻火,除烦止渴,收敛生肌。川贝:性凉,味甘平。功能主治:润肺止咳化痰平喘,清热化痰。炙枇杷叶功效:清肺和胃,降气化痰。当归性温,昧甘、辛。功能主治:补血活血,调经止痛。丹参苦,微寒。功能主治:活血调经,祛瘀止痛,凉血消痈,清心除烦,养血安神。白花蛇舌草味微苦,甘,寒。功能主治:清热解毒,清利湿热,有较强的解毒消痈作用。甘草性平,味甘,归十二经。功效:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。
[0007] 本发明遵循中医的处方原则,将上述中药筛选,浸泡30分钟后水煎服用,每日I齐U、共煎出200ml,每次100ml,早晚分服。本发明经临床应用验证;治愈率80%以上;有效率90%以上。

[0012] 一、一般资料:本方多年来在临床广泛应用,放疗急慢性放射性肺炎患者共72例,其中:男54例,女28例;年龄28-72岁,平均53. 5岁,病程3个月内,平均18天〜35天,均经县级以上医院确诊已实施上述治疗。
[0013] 二、诊断标准:根据放射治疗史,干性呛咳,进行性气急和胸部X线有炎症或纤维化改变可作出诊断,但应与肺部肿瘤恶化和转移性肿瘤相鉴别,以免误诊断续放射治疗;可造成死亡。支气管粘膜上皮经照射后常引起细胞间变,应与癌肿细胞慎加区别。
[0014] 三、服药方法:水煎服、每日I剂、早晚分服。

[0021] I、孙XX,女,38岁,2008年2月乳癌术后放疗I月后,出现干咳,气急、低热5天就诊。查体:呼吸音粗,胸部拍片提示:放射性肺炎。给予激素、抗生素治疗,效果不明显,经服本发明中药25剂后,临床症状完全消失,胸部CT检查正常。至今未复发。
[0022] 2、粱XX,女,42岁,2009年7月就诊。乳癌术后放疗20天。出现干性呛咳,进行性气急。肺部拍片提示:放射性肺炎。经服本发明中药15剂,症状缓解。临床症状完全消失,胸部X线检查正常。至今未复发。[0023] 3、丛XX,男,48岁,食管癌放疗后20月,出现咳嗽、咳痰,抗生素使用效果不佳,于
2010年2月就诊。胸部平片及CT提示:放射性肺炎。要求服本发明中药20剂后,临床症状完全消失,胸部X线检查正常。至今未复发。
