[0010] (4)改变上压头上的压力,持续检测极片的电阻,测得每次改变压力的极片阻值,取平均值。阻抗测试仪提供测试用直流恒压源,外接负载后,可自动检测回路电流,从而得出外部负载的总阻值。在不更换仪器情况下的抗测试仪的内阻和不改变形状尺寸的上压头和下压头的阻值均是恒定的,所以在检测极片电阻时只需要将最后检测的总阻值减去阻抗测试仪内阻和上下压头的阻值,然后经过多次的测量取最后的平均值,大大提高了测试精确度。
[0011] 一种电池极片阻抗测试装置,包括机架和固定机构,固定机构位于机架内,所述的固定机构包括加压机构、上压头、下压头和垫板,所述的上压头包括压头和绝缘环,所述的压头一端设有凸起,所述的凸起上套设有与凸起相配合的绝缘环,所述的下压头一端设有与上压头相配合的定位槽,所述的垫板固定于机架上,所述的垫板上设有滑槽,所述的与滑槽相配合的下压头的另一端设于滑槽内,所述的下压头在滑至滑槽末端时与加压机构处于一条直线上。待测极片是从生产线取得,极片修剪到指定的形状和尺寸。首先将下压头拉至滑槽起始端,将待测极片安放于下压头里的定位槽,然后将上压头放于下压头上,下压头的定位槽刚好与上压头的凸起和绝缘环相配合,同时保证上压头与下压头绝缘,极片除了与上压头和下压头的接触面导通外与周围均绝缘。然后把下压头连同上压头一起推入滑槽末端,使下压头与加压机构处在同一个直线上,加压机构施加一定的压力于上压头挤压极片,避免人工的施压导致测量结果出现偏差,同时将阻抗测试仪的两个探针分别与上压头和下压头连接,测得电阻数据。
[0012] 作为优选,所述的机架包括顶板、支柱、底板和支脚,所述的顶板和底板通过支柱连接,所述的支脚固定于底板下端面。顶板和底板之间留处了足够的时间来安装其他构件,有效保护其空间内的仪器。
[0013] 作为优选,所述的加压机构包括依次相连的气缸、连接杆和压块,所述的气缸固定于顶板上端面,所述的垫板固定于底板上端面。气缸的活塞轴将压力有效的,稳定的,可控的施加给极片。
[0014] 作为优选,所述的绝缘环呈楔形,所述的绝缘环是由具有弹性的聚氨酯材料制作而成的。绝缘环的形状和制作的材料能够有效的避免极片除与上压头和下压头接触面外的其他构件导电。
[0015] 作为优选,所述的上压头的边沿和下压头的边沿均设有探针安装孔。方便阻抗测试仪与上压头与下压头的连接,方便操作。
[0016] 作为优选,所述的压块是由具有弹性的聚氨酯材料制作而成的。间接的施压于极片,同时具有一定的弹性,起到缓冲作用,避免上压头因受压过大而受损。

[0018] 作为优选,所述的气缸与连接杆连接处设有螺母。此螺母可以防止因为气缸频繁施力,活塞频繁活动而使活塞和连接杆发生相对滑动,避免安全隐患,同时也有助于活塞均匀施力。

[0020] 因此,本发明的一种电池阻抗测试方法和装置具备下述优点:1、借助于此方法和装置,操作人员可方便快速的完成测试工作,测试结果不会受到人为因素的影响。2、测试的数据具有很好的一致性,方面得出正确的测量值。3、测试精度高,测量值与实际测量值误差小。4、操作简单,安全可靠,工作效率高。

[0033] 下面通过实施例,结合附图,对发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
[0034] 实施例:一种电池极片阻抗测试方法,阻抗测试仪提供测试用直流恒压源,外接负载后,可自动检测回路电流(如图9),从而得出外部负载的总阻值。通过阻抗测试仪的探针短接测量仪器自身的内阻,然后将探针分别与上压头和下压头的探针安装孔连接,而上压头和下压头均是由黄铜材料制作而成的,具有很好的导电性并且拥有电阻阻值,因此需要测量上压头和下压头的电阻,将上压头和下压头相互接触与阻抗测试仪形成回路,测得上压头和下压头的总阻值。上述测试完成后就可进行极片的测试,将极片安放于定位槽内,气缸施加稳定的压力于上压头,使上压头挤压极片,同时测试此时极片的阻值,极片的阻值等于测得的总阻值减去阻抗测试仪的内阻和上下压头的阻值,取得一个阻值后,改变气缸压力,再次测试极片的阻值,阻值会因为接触压力的变化而产生变化,如此多次改变气缸压力测得多组阻值,最后取其平均值为最接近实际值的阻值。
[0035] 如图1、图2、图3所示,一种电池极片阻抗测试装置,包括机架和固定机构,机架包括顶板4、支柱2、底板I和支脚,顶板4和底板I通过支柱2连接,支柱2与顶板4和底板I均通过螺纹固定连接,顶板4与底板I均呈正四边形,支柱2均匀分布于正四边形的四个角,使底板I和顶板4之间留出足够的空间用来安装固定机构,在底板I的下端面的四个角分别安装有四个支脚,支脚又包括上支脚5和下支脚6,上支脚5通过螺钉与底板I固定连接,下支脚6是由具有一定弹性的聚氨酯材料制作而成的,可以起到防滑的作用,上支脚5下端设有圆形凹槽,下支脚6设有与上支脚5凹槽配合的凸台,凸台弹性收缩塞入凹槽内,下支脚6的下端面同样设有一个凹槽,在下支脚6的凹槽的底面中心处设有通至底板I的通孔。固定机构包括加压机构、上压头11、下压头10 (图5所示)和垫板3,上压头11包括压头16和绝缘环12,压头16下端设有一个凸起15 (图4所示),凸起15呈圆柱形,在凸起15上套设有与凸起15相配合的绝缘环12,绝缘环12呈楔形(图6所示),而绝缘环12是由具有一定弹性的聚氨酯材料制作而成的,在测试电池极片阻抗时可以使极片除与上压头11和下压头10接触面导电外不与其它器件导电,以免影响测试结果,下压头10上端面设有定位槽17,定位槽17与上压头11的下端凸起16和绝缘环12相配合,在上压头11的边沿和下压头10的边沿均设有一个探针安装孔18,探针安装孔18通过螺纹可以与阻抗测试仪的探针连接。垫板3通过螺钉安装于底板I上端面,且位于底板中心,在垫板3的上端面中间处设有一个滑槽,滑槽末端位于垫板I中心,滑槽起始端位于垫板I边沿(图7所示),同时下压头10的下端与滑槽配合且置于滑槽内,可以在滑槽内滑动,下压头10在位于滑槽末端时与加压机构处于同一条直线上,压头16、凸起15和下压头10均是由黄铜材料制作而成的,保证了其与极片接触面的平面度和粗糙度。加压机构包括依次相连的气缸7、连接杆8(如图8所不)和压块9,气缸7安装于顶板4上端,气缸7位于顶板4的中心,气缸7的活塞轴通过顶板4中间的孔向下延伸,气缸7的活塞轴末端通过螺纹与连接杆8固定连接,在气缸7活塞轴与连接杆8连接处安装有一个螺母14,它可以防止活塞轴与连接杆8的相对移动,也能够使活塞轴施力更加均匀,在连接杆8上设有两个十字交叉的通孔,可以在通孔内塞入一个杆,一端露出通孔,便于在与活塞轴螺纹连接时施力,连接杆8下端面设有一个圆形凹槽,且槽口设有倒角,压块9的上端面设有凸台与连接杆8凹槽配合,压块9是由具有一定弹性的聚氨酯材料制作而成的,压块9通过弹性收缩塞入连接杆8凹槽内,同时,在连接杆8上下端设有一个紧定螺钉孔13用于加固连接杆8与压块9的连接,压块8的下端面与上压头11的上端面均为水平面且相互配合,具有弹性的压块9起到了缓冲的作用,避免气缸施力过大而使上压头11受损。
[0036] 本发明的一种电池极片阻抗测试装置,待测极片是从生产线取得并且修剪成指定的形状和尺寸,极片修剪好后,将阻抗测试仪的探针安装于探针螺钉孔18,开启气缸7工作,使压块9上行,将下压头10退离滑槽末端,将待测极片安放与定位槽底面,然后将上压头11安放与下压头10和待测极片上,滑动下压头10至滑槽末端,气缸7加压使压块9下行,然后与上压头11接触施压,当压力达到指定值时停止加压,然后测量极片的电阻值。
Claims (1)
1.一种电池极片阻抗测试方法,其特征是,采用阻抗测试仪测试,分别测试阻抗测试仪的内阻和上压头和下压头的总电阻,然后改变极片上的压力多次测量极片电阻,极片阻抗测试步骤如下: (1)将阻抗测试仪的探针短接,测量阻抗测试仪的自身内阻,表示为Rl, (2)将阻抗测试仪的探针分别与上压头和下压头连接,上压头和下压头之间不安放极片,上压头与下压头接触导通,测量上压头和下压头的总的电阻,表示为R2, (3)将极片修剪成指定尺寸和形状,极片安放于上压头和下压头之间,上压头受到稳定压力挤压极片,读取阻抗测试仪的阻值,极片的电阻为测得电阻减去阻抗测试仪的内阻和上压头与下压头的总电阻,即R3=U/1-(R1+R2),R3为极片电阻,U、I即阻抗测试仪显示的电压值和电流值, (4)改变上压头上的压力,持续检测极片的电阻,测得每次改变压力的极片阻值,取平均值。
