Abstract
一种双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,包括与车架连接的前桥支架总成,其由支撑杆焊接成一体;对称设置于前桥支架总成两侧的上摇臂、下摇臂和减震器,上摇臂和下摇臂分别轴向转动连接于上吊耳和下吊耳,上吊耳和下吊耳转动连接于转向节。本发明结构简单,降低装配难度,使车辆始终处于良好的工作状态。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,尤其涉及一种运用于电动车前轮的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统。
背景技术
现有电动高尔夫车、2座-6座电动车,前桥一般是采用前钢板弹簧和非独立前桥与车架进行连接。该结构是钢板弹簧与车架连接,然后前桥固定在钢板弹簧上面。车辆行驶时车轮上下跳动的范围是由钢板弹簧的弹性性能来决定的,由于钢板弹簧的弹性性能范围限制,前轮上下跳动范围不会很大,这样,在路面颠簸时,舒适性比较差;另外钢板弹簧承受车身的压力又要保证前桥的固定位置,因此钢板弹簧装配时要设置限位,增加装配难度。
为解决上述问题,美国专利第7581740号于2009年9月1日公开了一款高尔夫用车独立悬挂系统,其为双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,总体机构是由一个可拆分式的主体结构、上摇臂、下摇臂、减震器、转向器等组成,该结构可以灵活拆装并且根据需要可以做出两种转向器选择方案,同时增加了前轮上下跳动范围,但是上、下摇臂与主销连接点的结构是一个简单的螺栓孔,这种连接在轮胎上下跳动的时候会形成运动干涉。而且转向器的安装空间狭小,安装不方便。同时,该前轮独立悬挂系统是通过大量螺栓连接,零部件孔位精度要求比较高,装配点多,安装复杂。
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种新型的独立悬挂系统。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种结构改进的双摇臂独立悬挂系统,从而提高乘坐舒适度和降低装配技术难度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,包括与车架连接的前桥支架总成,对称活动设置于前桥支架总成两侧的上摇臂和下摇臂,以及一减震器,其中,所述上摇臂和下摇臂分别摆动连接于第一转动装置,所述第一转动装置活动连接于第二转动装置。
进一步地,所述上摇臂和所述下摇臂配合所述第一转动装置在第一方向摆动,所述第一转动装置配合所述第二转动装置在第二方向转动。
所述下摇臂长于上摇臂。
所述上摇臂和下摇臂为U型,且上摇臂平行于下摇臂。
进一步地,所述上摇臂和下摇臂上设置有通孔,所述第一转动装置上对应所述通孔设置有圆孔,所述上摇臂和下摇臂通过所述通孔和圆孔摆动连接于第一转动装置。
所述上摇臂和下摇臂上设有衬套,所述通孔设置于所述衬套中间,所述第一转动装置分别为与所述上摇臂和下摇臂摆动连接的上吊耳和下吊耳,上吊耳和下吊耳形成有弧形凹槽,所述圆孔位于凹槽两端。
所述圆孔之间的距离不小于所述衬套的长度。
进一步地,所述第二转动装置为转向节,所述转向节中间设有圆杆,所述圆杆两端分别连接上吊耳和下吊耳。
进一步地,所述减震器上端与前桥支架总成转动连接,下端与下摇臂转动相连接。
进一步地,所述前桥支架总成由支撑杆焊接成一体,所述支撑杆至少包括一底部支撑杆、上支撑杆和连接底部支撑杆和上支撑杆的垂直支撑杆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:乘坐舒适、降低装配技术难度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明双摇臂式独立悬挂装置10包括对称设于车体两侧的上摇臂101、下摇臂103和减震器105,上摇臂101在靠近车轮一端与第一转动装置107摆动连接,下摇臂103在靠近车轮一端与第一转动装置109摆动连接,第一转动装置107和109与第二转动装置102转动连接。优选地,下摇臂103长于上摇臂101,上摇臂101和下摇臂103平行且均为U型。
需要特别说明的是,该上摇臂101和下摇臂103可分别通过第一转动装置107和109安装于车的前轮,在本发明最佳实施方式中,所述上摇臂101和所述下摇臂103通过第一转动装置连接转向节和转向器安装于车的前轮。
如图2所示,所述上摇臂101和下摇臂103分别包括衬套1011和衬套1031,衬套中间为通孔,第一转动装置分别为与上摇臂101和下摇臂103摆动连接的上吊耳107和下吊耳109,上吊耳107和下吊耳109形成有弧形凹槽,凹槽两端设有与通孔对应的圆孔,且所述圆孔之间的距离不小于衬套1011和1031的长度。将衬套1011和1031分别置入上吊耳107和下吊耳109的凹槽中,对齐通孔和圆孔并通过螺栓穿设其中,最后以螺母固定,从而实现上摇臂101和上吊耳107、下摇臂103和下吊耳109在第一方向摆动连接。另外,优选地,第二转动装置为转向节102,上摇臂101和下摇臂103之间通过转向节102转动连接,转向节102中间固定有衬套1021,上吊耳107凹槽底部设有孔洞,下吊耳109凸出面上焊接或安装有圆杆1091,圆杆1091可穿过衬套1021中间的通孔和上吊耳107底部的孔洞并通过开孔螺母104和开口销106固定,从而实现上吊耳101与转向节102、下吊耳103与转向节102在第二方向转动连接,在转向器作用下,转向节102可转动于圆杆1091,最终转向节与碟刹片108固定并连接于车的前轮。
易于想到,所述圆杆也可固定在衬套1021中间,圆杆的两端分别与上吊耳107和下吊耳109转动连接。
如图3所示为本发明第一实施方式双摇臂式独立悬挂装置设置于车体时的立体示意图,包括由支撑杆焊接成一体的前桥支架总成20,支撑杆20至少包括一底部支撑杆201、上支撑杆203和连接底部支撑杆和上支撑杆的垂直支撑杆205,并至少包括一支撑杆将前桥支架总成20连接至车架30,前桥支架总成结构简单,无需大量的螺栓连接,安装时仅需将前桥支架的框架通过支撑杆和螺栓螺母连接于车架,再将双摇臂悬挂装置安装于前桥支架总成两侧,大大降低了装配难度。减震器105上端通过销钉和螺栓与前桥支架总成20转动连接,下端通过销钉和螺栓与下摇臂103转动相连接。上摇臂101通过橡胶衬套、螺栓和摇臂支架转动连接至前桥支架总成20,下摇臂103通过橡胶衬套、螺栓和摇臂支架转动连接至所述前桥支架总成20。通过独特的上摇臂、下摇臂的转向节设计,保证轮胎在跳动过程中可以始终处于良好的工作状态。
如图4为本发明第二实施方式双摇臂式独立悬挂装置设置于车体时的立体示意图,减震器105上端通过销钉和螺栓与前桥支架总成20转动连接,下端通过销钉和螺栓与上摇臂103转动相连接。
如图5为本发明转向器的立体装配示意图,所述转向器50和包箍60放置于前桥支架总成20后方的装配空间,用螺栓固定,转向器50左右两端分别连接到左、右转向节102并固定。由于独特的前桥支架总成20结构,前桥支架总成20后方给予转向器50留下很大的安装空间,对于转向器的安装和维修提供了便利。

Claims (10)
1.一种双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,包括与车架连接的前桥支架总成,对称活动设置于前桥支架总成两侧的上摇臂和下摇臂,以及一减震器,其特征在于:所述上摇臂和下摇臂分别摆动连接于第一转动装置,所述第一转动装置活动连接于第二转动装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述上摇臂和所述下摇臂配合所述第一转动装置在第一方向摆动,所述第一转动装置配合所述第二转动装置在第二方向转动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述下摇臂长于上摇臂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述上摇臂和下摇臂为U型,且上摇臂平行于下摇臂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述上摇臂和下摇臂上设置有通孔,所述第一转动装置上对应所述通孔设置有圆孔,所述上摇臂和下摇臂通过所述通孔和圆孔摆动连接于第一转动装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述上摇臂和下摇臂上设有衬套,所述通孔设置于所述衬套中间,所述第一转动装置分别为与所述上摇臂和下摇臂摆动连接的上吊耳和下吊耳,上吊耳和下吊耳形成有弧形凹槽,所述圆孔位于凹槽两端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述圆孔之间的距离不小于所述衬套的长度。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述第二转动装置为转向节,所述转向节中间设有圆杆,所述圆杆两端分别连接上吊耳和下吊耳。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述减震器上端与前桥支架总成转动连接,下端与下摇臂转动相连接。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的双摇臂式独立悬挂系统,其特征在于:所述前桥支架总成由支撑杆焊接成一体,所述支撑杆至少包括一底部支撑杆、上支撑杆和连接底部支撑杆和上支撑杆的垂直支撑杆。
