Abstract
本发明涉及一种刮吸泥机的排渣斗,其包括安装在沉淀池浮渣挡板与出水堰板之间的可转动的排渣斗、安装在刮吸泥机桥架上的拨动所述排渣斗转动的触杆装置以及设置在所述排渣斗上的复位装置。本发明取消了容易老化的橡胶制成的刮渣板,延长了排渣斗的使用寿命;通过可转动的排渣斗进行排渣及复位,并利用沉淀池内的水对排渣斗和排渣管进行冲洗,结构简单,使用操作方便,并且不会堵塞。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及用于污水处理沉淀池的刮吸泥机,具体地说是一种刮吸泥机的排渣斗。
背景技术
[0002] 刮吸泥机主要用于沉淀池污水的分离,适用于市政污水处理厂预处理工艺,如市政污水处理厂和住宅小区污水处理设施,是一种国内先进的分离设备。
[0003] 刮吸泥机上的排渣斗用来排除污水表面的浮渣。现有的排渣斗,如图I、图2所示,排渣斗5直接安装在沉淀池的浮渣挡板7上,在刮吸泥机桥架2上的适当位置安装刮渣耙3,刮渣耙3的上端铰接在桥架2上,其中部通过钢丝绳吊在桥架2下面,其下端安装有刮渣 板4。由于刮渣板4在经过排渣斗5时有一定的变形,所以由橡胶制成。当刮吸泥机运行时,驱动装置I带动桥架2旋转,当桥架2运行到图I所示位置时,刮渣板4把浮渣刮入排渣斗5,浮渣通过排渣斗5、排渣管6排出沉淀池。
[0004] 现有的排渣斗5的缺点是:橡胶刮渣板4经过长时间与污水接触以及日晒,容易老化;刮渣板4在经过排渣斗5有一定的变形,长期工作容易断裂;设备运行过程中,由于刮渣耙3是由钢丝绳吊在桥架2下面,刮渣耙3容易晃动,浮渣清除不彻底,而且容易损坏。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种刮吸泥机的排渣斗,该排渣斗结构简单,使用寿命长。
[0006] 按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种刮吸泥机的排渣斗,其包括安装在沉淀池浮渣挡板与出水堰板之间的可转动的排渣斗、安装在刮吸泥机桥架上的拨动所述排渣斗转动的触杆装置以及设置在所述排渣斗上的复位装置。
[0007] 所述排渣斗包括顶部开口的渣斗体,所述渣斗体的底部开有与排渣管相连的排渣口,所述渣斗体的两侧设置有转轴,所述渣斗体上固定有与所述触杆装置相配合的拨杆。
[0008] 所述渣斗体为横置的圆柱体,所述圆柱体的上部侧壁上开有水平开口,所述拨杆与所述开口成一锐角倾斜设置。
[0009] 所述排渣管采用软管。
[0010] 所述浮渣挡板与所述出水堰板之间固定有两根槽形钢,所述两根槽形钢上分别固定有与所述转轴转动配合的轴套。
[0011] 所述触杆装置包括竖向固定在所述刮吸泥机桥架上的吊杆,所述吊杆的下端固定有横向的触杆。

[0025] 如图3、图4及图5所示,本发明是一种用于刮吸泥机的排渣斗,其包括安装在沉淀池浮渣挡板7与出水堰板8之间的可转动的排渣斗12、安装在刮吸泥机桥架2上的拨动排渣斗12转动的触杆装置以及设置在排渣斗12上的复位装置。
[0026] 在浮渣挡板7与出水堰板8之间固定有两根槽形钢14,两根槽形钢14上分别固定有与排渣斗12转轴20转动配合的轴套15。
[0027] 触杆装置包括竖向固定在刮吸泥机桥架2上的吊杆9,吊杆9的下端固定有横向的触杆10。如图6所示,触杆10顺着桥架2的运转方向倾斜设置。触杆10的倾斜角度及长度应保证排渣斗12可以顺利排渣。
[0028] 如图7、图8及图9所示,排洛斗12包括顶部开口的洛斗体19,¾斗体19的底部开有与排渣管13相连的排渣口 21,排渣管13采用软管。渣斗体19的两侧设置有可绕轴套15转动的转轴20,安装时转轴20套入轴套15即可。渣斗体19上固定有与触杆装置中的触杆10相配合的拨杆18。
[0029] 本实施例中的渣斗体19为横置的圆柱体,圆柱体的上部侧壁上开有水平开口,拨杆18与开口成一锐角倾斜设置。
[0030] 如图4所示,复位装置包括通过抱箍16固定在渣斗体19底部的重力块17。抱箍16有两道,分别位于渣斗体19的两端。重力块17应保证排渣斗12可复位,如重量不够,可更换重力块17。
[0031] 本发明的工作过程如下:如图3所示,排渣斗12不进行排渣时,渣斗体19的开口面及拨杆18向上,或者向右侧倾斜,开口面位于沉淀池液位以上。当刮吸泥机运行时,驱动装置I带动桥架2旋转,刮渣板11把浮渣收集至排渣斗12附近时,通过吊杆9倾斜安装在桥架2底下的触杆10接触拨杆18,拨杆18带动渣斗体19向左转动,渣斗体19开口处一边转至沉淀池液位以下,沉淀池内的水及浮渣进入排渣斗12,并对排渣斗12、排渣管13进行冲洗,使浮渣排出排渣管道。排渣完成后,触杆10脱离拨杆18,排渣斗12在重力块17的重力作用下向右旋转,复位。

1. 一种刮吸泥机的排渣斗,其特征是:其包括安装在沉淀池浮渣挡板(7)与出水堰板(8)之间的可转动的排渣斗(12)、安装在刮吸泥机桥架(2)上的拨动所述排渣斗(12)转动的触杆装置以及设置在所述排渣斗(12)上的复位装置; 所述排渣斗(12)包括顶部开口的渣斗体(19),所述渣斗体(19)的底部开有与排渣管(13)相连的排渣口(21),所述渣斗体(19)的两侧设置有转轴(20),所述渣斗体(19)上固定有与所述触杆装置相配合的拨杆(18); 所述渣斗体(19)为横置的圆柱体,所述圆柱体的上部侧壁上开有水平开口,所述拨杆(18)与所述开口成一锐角倾斜设置; 所述排渣管(13)采用软管; 所述浮渣挡板(7)与所述出水堰板(8)之间固定有两根槽形钢(14),所述两根槽形钢(14)上分别固定有与所述转轴(20)转动配合的轴套(15); 所述触杆装置包括竖向固定在所述刮吸泥机桥架(2)上的吊杆(9),所述吊杆(9)的下端固定有横向的触杆(10 ); 所述复位装置包括通过抱箍(16)固定在所述渣斗体(19)上的重力块(17)。
