本发明公开了一种钢束端子毛坯的制造工艺,将钢坯原料制成盘圆料,然后对盘圆料进行磷酸盐表面处理,再将粗抽后的盘圆料分别经过球化退火、磷酸盐皮膜处理、精抽定径处理,最后在冷镦成型机内进行钢束端子毛坯的成型工序,钢束端子毛坯的成型工序,具体包括以下步骤:断料;料整型镦平并定位;平移材料,整型并在上端镦出第一沉孔并束出台阶;平移材料,后端镦出第二沉孔并挤出中间斜面;平移材料,镦出定位;平移材料,再镦孔;平移材料,最后将中间孔部残留铁屑通出,制造成通孔产品;对钢束端子毛坯毛坯件进行车修处理。本发明采用冷镦机一次成型,提高了钢束端子毛坯的生产效率和产品品质,节省了原材料,并且降低了生产成本。

[0003] 钢束端子毛坯是汽车引擎上的一个重要部件,随着汽车在人们日常生活中的普及,汽车的需求量不断加大,市场对汽车相关配套零件产品的需求量及质量也大幅度提高。 目前国内对此产品制造多采用断料、车修的加工方式,其工艺设备以及产品的综合性能无法满足国内外市场需求,其生产不仅浪费材料,而且工序繁杂、加工难度大、效率低、质量也得不到相应的保证。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢束端子毛坯的制造工艺,采用冷镦机一次成型,在加工过程中原材料几乎无损失,不仅节省了原材料、降低成本、提高生产效率及产品的机械性能,而且精度高确保了产品的质量。

[0006] 一种钢束端子毛坯的制造工艺,将钢坯原料制成盘圆料,然后对盘圆料进行磷酸盐表面处理,再将粗抽后的盘圆料分别经过球化退火、磷酸盐皮膜处理、精抽定径处理,最后在冷镦成型机内进行钢束端子毛坯的成型工序,具体包括以下步骤:

[0008] O)、利用机械夹具夹持所述的钢束端子毛坯毛坯件,送到冷挤压模具的一号模模口,由一号模的冲具将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,凹模底部的内壁有倒角,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在钢束端子毛坯件前端面镦出第一定位孔、后端镦出第二定位孔,并且镦出内倒角;
[0009] (3)、将一号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具平移到二号模模口,由二号模的冲具将钢束端子毛坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在钢束端子毛坯件前端面镦出第一孔,由于二号模有内径大小不等的台阶,坯料在压力的挤压下会在内径较小处收缩,在中间部分会镦出台阶;
[0010] (4)、将二号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯件利用机械夹具平移到三号模模口,由PKO 将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,由于PKO阳模前端有凸起台阶,钢束端子毛坯坯件上的第一孔与冲具前端有凸起锥体配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将钢束端子毛坯坯件中间挤压出突出斜面,后面的顶杆有凸起的台阶,会在在其后端镦出第二沉孔;
[0011] (5)、将三号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具自动平移到四号模模口, 由冲具将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,钢束端子毛坯坯件上的第二孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端有凸起锥体,与钢束端子毛坯坯件后端第一定位孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将钢束端子毛坯坯件的另一端镦出第三沉孔定位;冲具阳模与模具之间有间隙,中间斜面被间隙压平;[0012] (6)、将四号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具自动平移到五号模模口, 由冲具将坯件顶入模内,冲具前端凸起锥体与第二定位孔配合,顶杆前端凸起锥体与第二孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,冲出第四定位和第三孔;

[0016] (1)、本发明主要利用冷挤压的方法,利用金属塑性变形的原理,在常温下对挤压模具腔内的金属施加强大的压力,使之从模孔或凹凸模的间隙中挤出,在不破坏金属性质的前提下使金属体积作塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种少切削或无切削的加工方式, 且容易实现机械化和自动化生产;
[0017] (2)、钢束端子毛坯坯件的表面经过处理和润滑,以及成型过程工艺方案及模具设计上的控制,利用多功位成型冷挤压模具的六模六冲分担产品变形过程中产生的变形抗力及模具承载能力,并利用机械夹具使坯件可连续成型不间断的特点,直接通过六模六冲成型出钢束端子毛坯坯件,使其生产速度可达每分钟80-90只;
[0018] (3)、本发明采用冷挤压的方法制造,使得坯件的耗材量大幅下降,材料利用率达 95%,且经过冷挤压得材料组织结构更加紧密,抗拉、屈服、伸长、冲击各项机械性能都优于机加工,确保了产品质量。

1. 一种钢束端子毛坯的制造工艺,其特征在于:将钢坯原料制成盘圆料,然后对盘圆料进行磷酸盐表面处理,再将粗抽后的盘圆料分别经过球化退火、磷酸盐皮膜处理、精抽定径处理,最后在冷镦成型机内进行钢束端子毛坯的成型工序,具体包括以下步骤:(1)、将精抽定径后的盘圆料放于冷镦机内自动剪切成单个的钢束端子毛坯毛坯件;(2)、利用机械夹具夹持所述的钢束端子毛坯毛坯件,送到冷挤压模具的一号模模口, 由一号模的冲具将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,凹模底部的内壁有倒角,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在钢束端子毛坯件前端面镦出第一定位孔、后端镦出第二定位孔,并且镦出内倒角;(3)、将一号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具平移到二号模模口,由二号模的冲具将钢束端子毛坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在钢束端子毛坯件前端面镦出第一孔,由于二号模有内径大小不等的台阶,坯料在压力的挤压下会在内径较小处收缩,在中间部分会镦出台阶;(4)将二号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯件利用机械夹具平移到三号模模口,由PKO将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,由于HiO阳模前端有凸起台阶,钢束端子毛坯坯件上的第一孔与冲具前端有凸起锥体配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将钢束端子毛坯坯件中间挤压出突出斜面,后面的顶杆有凸起的台阶,会在在其后端镦出第二沉孔;(5)、将三号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具自动平移到四号模模口,由冲具将钢束端子毛坯坯件顶入凹模内,钢束端子毛坯坯件上的第二孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端有凸起锥体,与钢束端子毛坯坯件后端第一定位孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将钢束端子毛坯坯件的另一端镦出第三沉孔定位;冲具阳模与模具之间有间隙, 中间斜面被间隙压平;(6)、将四号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具自动平移到五号模模口,由冲具将坯件顶入模内,冲具前端凸起锥体与第二定位孔配合,顶杆前端凸起锥体与第二孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,冲出第四定位和第三孔;(7)、将五号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯坯件利用机械夹具自动平移到六号模模口,由冲具直接穿过钢束端子毛坯坯件的内孔将残留铁屑通出,制成通孔的钢束端子毛坯坯件;(8)、对六号模成型后的钢束端子毛坯进行车修处理,最后完成成型。
