[0015] (2)、气动内外牙接头坯件的表面经过处理和润滑,以及成型过程工艺方案及模具设计上的控制,利用多功位成型冷挤压模具的六模六冲分担产品变形过程中产生的变形抗力及模具承载能力,并利用机械夹具使坯件可连续成型不间断的特点,直接通过六模六冲成型出气动内外牙接头坯件,使其生产速度可达每分钟70-80只;
[0016] (3)、本发明采用冷挤压的方法制造,使得坯件的耗材量大幅下降,材料利用率达95%,且经过冷挤压得材料组织结构更加紧密,抗拉、屈服、伸长、冲击各项机械性能都优于机加工,确保了产品质量。

具体实施方式
[0018] 参见图1,一种气动内外牙接头毛胚的制造工艺,将钢坯原料制成盘圆料,然后对盘圆料进行磷酸盐表面处理,再将粗抽后的盘圆料分别经过球化退火、磷酸盐皮膜处理、精抽定径处理,最后在冷镦成型机内进行气动内外牙接头毛胚的成型工序,具体包括以下步骤:
[0019] (I)、将精抽定径后的盘圆料于冷镦机内自动剪切成单个的气动内外牙接头毛坯件I ;
[0020] (2)、利用机械夹具夹持将所述的气动内外牙接头毛坯件,送到冷挤压模具的一号模模口,由一号模的冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,由于凹模后端顶堵有顶杆,凹模底部的内壁有倒角,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将气动内外牙接头坯件镦挤压成带有圆角的六角形状2并镦平,同时镦出内倒角;
[0021] (3)、将一号模成型后的气动内外牙接头坯件利用机械夹具翻转到二号模模口,由二号模的冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在气动内外牙接头坯件前端面镦出第一定位孔3,并且镦出内倒角;
[0022] (4)、将二号模成型后的气动内外牙接头坯件利用机械夹具横移到三号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,由于顶杆前端有凸起锥体,气动内外牙接头坯件上的第一定位孔与冲具前端凸起锥体配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将气动内外牙接头坯件前端面冲出第一沉孔4;[0023] (5)、将三号模成型后的气动内外牙接头坯件利用机械夹具自动翻转到四号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,气动内外牙接头坯件上的第一沉孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力挤压下,将气动内外牙接头毛胚前端带有圆角的六角形状挤压成倾角的六角形状,并镦出第二定位孔5 ;[0024] (6)、将四号模成型后的气动内外牙接头坯件利用机械夹具自动横移到五号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,气动内外牙接头坯件上的第一沉孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端凸起锥体与第二定位孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下, 将气动内外牙接头坯件前端面冲出第二沉孔6 ;[0025] (7)、将五号模成型后的气动内外牙接头坯件利用机械夹具自动翻转到六号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头坯件顶入凹模内,同时用凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体与第二沉孔配合直接穿过气动内外牙接头坯件的第一沉孔将残留铁屑通出,制成最终成型的气动内外牙接头毛胚7。
Claims (1)
1. 一种气动内外牙接头毛坯的制造工艺,其特征在于:将钢坯原料制成盘圆料,然后对盘圆料进行磷酸盐表面处理,再将粗抽后的盘圆料分别经过球化退火、磷酸盐皮膜处理、精抽定径处理,最后在冷镦成型机内进行气动内外牙接头毛坯的成型工序,具体包括以下步骤: (1)、将精抽定径后的盘圆料于冷镦机内自动剪切成单个的气动内外牙接头毛坯件; (2)、利用机械夹具夹持将所述的气动内外牙接头毛坯件,送到冷挤压模具的一号模模口,由一号模的冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,由于凹模后端顶堵有顶杆,凹模底部的内壁有倒角,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将气动内外牙接头毛坯件镦挤压成带有圆角的六角形状并镦平,同时镦出外倒角; (3)、将一号模成型后的气动内外牙接头毛坯件利用机械夹具翻转到二号模模口,由二号模的冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,由于冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,在气动内外牙接头毛坯件前端面镦出第一定位孔,并且镦出外倒角; (4)、将二号模成型后的气动内外牙接头毛坯件利用机械夹具横移到三号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,由于顶杆前端有凸起锥体,气动内外牙接头毛坯件上的第一定位孔与冲具前端凸起锥体配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将气动内外牙接头毛坯件前端面冲出第一沉孔; (5)、将三号模成型后的气动内外牙接头毛坯件利用机械夹具自动翻转到四号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,气动内外牙接头毛坯件上的第一沉孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端有凸起台阶,在冲具施加压力挤压下,将气动内外牙接头毛坯件前端带有圆角的六角形状挤压成带倾角的六角形状,并镦出第二定位孔; (6)、将四号模成型后的气动内外牙接头毛坯件利用机械夹具自动横移到五号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,气动内外牙接头毛坯件上的第一沉孔与凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体配合,冲具前端凸起锥体与第二定位孔配合,在冲具施加压力的挤压下,将气动内外牙接头毛坯件前端面冲出第二沉孔; (7)、将五号模成型后的气动内外牙接头毛坯件利用机械夹具自动翻转到六号模模口,由冲具将气动内外牙接头毛坯件顶入凹模内,同时用凹模内顶杆的凸起锥体与第二沉孔配合直接穿过气动内外牙接头毛坯件的第一沉孔将残留铁屑通出,制成最终成型的气动内外牙接头毛坯件。
