Abstract

Description
【技术领域】
本发明是有关于一种摆动杆。特别是,本发明有关于一种包含备件(redundancy)或备用安全特征的摆动杆。
【背景技术】
本段的叙述仅提供有关本发明的背景资料,但不会构成现有技术(priorart)。
摆动杆或防摇动杆(sway bar or anti-roll bar)是使用于车辆以调整悬架扭矩而影响摇动速度。摆动杆通常是数个扭力弹簧作用横跨于轮轴上,以引入阻力来相对改变在轮轴上一车轮的位移(相较于相同轮轴上另一车轮的位移)。摆动杆或扭力弹簧是径向与轴向地被迫紧约束,并通过一杠杆臂或一连杆连接至悬架构件。扭力弹簧率或摆动杆可为车辆加强抗倾侧力(rollstiffness)。
抗倾侧力对于车辆的行驶舒适与过弯性能很重要。抗倾侧力过小会导致驾驶身体过度摇晃或倾斜且对方向盘转动反应迟缓。另一方面,抗倾侧力过大则会产生行驶不舒适感并且会在过弯操纵时造成牵引力与轮胎抓地能力骤失。
摆动杆的需求正渐渐增加以求能承受更高负载与应力。摆动杆通常是由一具有概呈圆形截面的杆体或一管体所形成。所述管体通过弯折成所需形状以构成臂状区段且配合并作用于特定车辆应用。多件式的摆动杆已知是利用焊接或其他本领域已知手段而将一中心杆件组接于一对弹簧元件或臂状区段上。所述摆动杆的臂状区段的末端通常利用轴套、球形接头、支撑连杆或其他本领域已知手段连接位于车轮附近的车轴的各端。所述中央区段则利用枢轴连接方式衔接车架或其他支撑结构。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种摆动杆,其具有一备件(故障防护)或备用特征,用于一旦中央区段的枢轴连接部位外侧位置的零件发生故障时一起支撑住所述摆动杆。在现有技术中,若枢轴连接部位外侧位置发生损坏,结果即是摆动杆功能完全丧失及车轴稳定度部分损失而通常需立即停驶车辆。本发明的备件或备用特征将可提供有限的摆动杆功能,允许车辆在更换或维修摆动杆前可被继续驾驶。
其他应用领域通过在此提供的说明将更为明显易懂。有关本发明内容的描述及具体范例仅在于说明用途而非用于限制本发明的范围。

【具体实施方式】
以下描述仅为示范性质,而非为了限制本专利揭露、应用或用途。
现参照附图,其中所有数个视图中相似的参考数字是指定相同或相应的部位,图1揭露一种典型的车辆悬吊系统10。车辆悬吊系统10包含一框架或支撑件12(弹性组件),一对轮轴组件(非弹性组件)14,数个弹簧16,数个减震器18及一对摆动杆组件20。尽管所述摆动杆组件20图中是与一典型的卡车悬吊装置结合,在本发明的范围内是可以运用所述摆动杆组件20于任何车辆悬吊系统。
框架或支撑件12支撑一连接轮(fifth-wheel)30,所述连接轮30用于连结拖车(trailer)或其他组件至一同样由框架或支撑件12所支撑的驾驶室(cab)(未绘示)。每一轮轴组件14支撑数个一般已知的车轮32。所述框架或支撑件12利用四个弹簧16附加于每一轮轴组件14上。所述弹簧16在图中所示为空气弹簧,惟使用任何形式的弹簧于悬吊系统10仍在本发明范围内。一对减震器18延伸于框架或支撑件12和每一轮轴组件14之间以减缓框架或支撑件12与轮轴组件之间的动作。
每一摆动杆组件20附加于一个别轮轴组件14与框架或支撑件12之间。如图1所示,一安装支架(mounting bracket)34将每一摆动杆组件20的中央部位固定于框架或支撑件12的各侧边(图1中仅绘出一侧边)且各摆动杆组件20的末端则固定于个别轮轴组件14邻接个别车轮32的相对侧边。
参考图2及图3所示,加以细部描绘所述摆动杆组件20与安装支架34。所述摆动杆组件20包含一对以衬套总成40形式呈现的装设部(mounts),一对内实心杆42以及一外管状杆44。
各内实心杆42一末端附加于个别的衬套总成40上,且其相对另一末端延伸穿过所述安装支架34,以便所述安装支架34支撑内实心杆42的末端。尽管所述内实心杆42在图中为实心杆,其亦可以是管状杆。而且,尽管所述摆动杆组件20在图中是具有两相同的内实心杆42,在本发明范围内是可以使用不同的内实心杆以符合特定应用。
所述外管状杆44的一末端附加于其中一衬套总成40上,而其相对另一末端则附加于另一衬套总成40上。所述外管状杆44延伸穿过所述安装支架34,以让所述摆动杆组件20的中央区段可由各安装支架34所支撑。如此,如同图2及图3所示,每一安装支架34皆支撑内实心杆42与外管状杆44,其中两者以同轴方式延伸穿过所述安装支架34。所述外管状杆44是被设计压合匹配于内实心杆42表面上。
现参考图4所示,其加以细部描绘所述衬套总成40。尽管所述摆动杆组件20在图中是使用两相同的衬套总成40,在本发明范围内是可以使用两不同的衬套总成以符合特定应用。所述衬套总成40包含一外件50、一内件52以及一配置于外件50与内件52之间的弹性件58。
所述外件50包含一圆筒状外壳60及一由圆筒状外壳60径向向外延伸的接合柱体62。内件52延伸穿过圆筒状外壳60,并定义用以将摆动杆组件20附加于轮轴组件14的两穿孔64。所述弹性件58是配置于内件52与所述外件50的圆筒状外壳60之间。所述内实心杆42则是通过焊接或其他已知手段附加于所述外件50的接合柱体62上。如图4所示,接合柱体62为一实心柱状元件,如标号66所指,焊接到所述内实心杆42。所述外管状杆44,如标号68所示,是通过焊接或其他已知手段附加于所述外件50的圆筒状外壳60。如图4所示,接合柱体62是嵌入所述外管状杆44内。
所述外管状杆44被设计作为主要扭转元件。在一般负载情况下,外管状杆44所受应力显着地高于内实心杆42所受应力。此将确保所述备用特征(即内实心杆42)在所述主扭转件(即外管状杆44)损坏时仍保持完整无损伤。通过设计所述外管状杆44作为主要扭转元件,任何发生于外管状杆44的损坏皆能通过定期检验来检查出。万一外管状杆44损坏,由于内实心杆42受安装支架34所支撑且伸入衬套总成40的缘故,摆动杆组件20仍可保持完整。
如图所示,内实心杆42与衬套总成40之间的焊接部分以及外管状杆44与衬套总成40之间的焊接部分是交错于轴向。两处焊接部分可以是位于相同平面与相同轴向位置,然而两处焊接部分形成交错,可让内实心杆42与衬套总成40之间的焊接部分因压合匹配于接合柱体62与内实心杆42上的外管状杆44而受到支撑。
前述实施例的描述是作为图解与说明的目的。其目的并非详尽或限制本发明。特定实施例的个别元件或特征并不受限于此特定的实施例,凡通用而可相互置换的皆能使用于选定的实施例中,即使并未被特别描述。相同元件也可能通过不同形式修改变更。此种变更不被视为偏离本发明,且所有修改均包括于本发明的范围内。
Claims (20)
1.一种摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述摆动杆组件包含:
一第一装设部;
一第二装设部;
一第一杆,直接附加于所述第一装设部与所述第二装设部上;
一第二杆,直接附加于所述第一装设部上;以及
一第三杆直接附加于所述第二装设部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆为一管状杆。
3.如权利要求2所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二杆为一实心杆。
4.如权利要求3所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第三杆为一实心杆。
5.如权利要求1所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二杆为一实心杆。
6.如权利要求5所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第三杆为一实心杆。
7.如权利要求1所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆为一管状杆,所述第二及第三杆是配置于所述管状杆内。
8.如权利要求1所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一装设部包含:一第一第一外件;一第一内件;及一第一弹性件,配置于所述第一内件与所述第一外件之间。
9.如权利要求8所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二装设部包含:一第二外件;一第二内件;及一第二弹性件,配置于所述第二内件与所述第二外件之间。
10.如权利要求9所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆为一管状杆。
11.如权利要求10所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二杆为一实心杆。
12.如权利要求11所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第三杆为一实心杆。
13.如权利要求1所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:另包含:一第一支架,附加于所述第一杆上;以及一第二支架,附加于所述第一杆上。
14.如权利要求13所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二杆自所述第一装设部延伸至所述第一支架。
15.如权利要求14所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第三杆自所述第二装设部延伸至所述第二支架。
16.如权利要求13所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆为一管状杆。
17.如权利要求16所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第二杆为一实心杆。
18.如权利要求17所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第三杆为一实心杆
19.如权利要求13所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆为一管状杆,所述第二及第三杆是配置于所述管状杆内。
20.如权利要求19所述的摆动杆组件,其特征在于:所述第一杆自所述第一装设部延伸至所述第一支架,所述第二杆自所述第二装设部延伸至所述第二支架。
