[0003] 本发明要解决的问题是克服背景技术中的不足,提供一种120双通道散热灯,这种120双通道散热灯,在采用外侧散热片散热的同时,还通过内孔通道散热,形成双通道散热模式,散热快,增加了 120灯的寿命,且整灯体积小,安装方便。

[0005] 本发明的[£0双通道散热灯,包括灯头,散热壳体,灯罩,120光源基体。在灯头、散热壳体、灯罩的中间均加工有通孔,120光源基体呈圆环状,灯头通过螺纹与散热壳体成固定连接,所述散热壳体再通过螺纹与灯罩连接,并将120光源基体固紧在散热壳体和灯罩之间。所述的散热壳体呈园台状,上端直径与灯头的外端直径相当,下端直径与灯罩的大端直径相当,散热壳体的内孔及外圆面均加工有呈放射状布置的散热片。所述灯罩呈半球壳体状,且在底部加工有一圆环状凸起,凸起的顶部外侧加工有螺纹。

1.120双通道散热灯,包括灯头(1),散热壳体(2),灯罩(3),120光源基体(4);其特征在于:所述灯头(11散热壳体(2)、灯罩(3)的中间均有通孔,所述120光源基体(4)呈圆环状,所述灯头(1)通过螺纹与散热壳体(2)成固定连接,所述散热壳体(2)再通过螺纹与灯罩(3)连接,并将120光源基体(4)固紧在散热壳体(2)和灯罩(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双通道散热灯,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(2)呈园台状,上端直径与灯头(1)的外端直径相当,下端直径与灯罩(3)的大端直径相当。
3.根据权利要求1所述的[£0双通道散热灯,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(2)的内孔及外圆面均加工有呈放射状布置的散热片(5)。
