一种三维正脊仪,包括用于安装工作机构和驱动装置的框架(1),安装在该框架(1)上的前板装置(2)及其驱动装置,安装在所述框架(1)上的后板(3)和中间板装置(4)及其驱动装置,以及安装在中间板装置(4)上的用于固定患者头部的头部固定装置(40)。该头部固定装置(40)包括托板(41),与所述中间板装置(4)相连接固定,在该托板(41)上设有两条滑槽(44),以及两个头部固定夹(42)及一个下颌托(46),分别与安装在上述的两个滑槽(44)内的滑块(47)相连,能够沿滑槽(44)滑动。该正脊仪还包括前板装置快速升降装置(6),以及控制该升降装置的驱动装置(7)。

Description

三维正脊仪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,特别是涉及一种用于治疗脊柱椎骨间软组织损伤的医疗器械。
背景技术
在中国专利97182091.0号中,公开了一种三维正脊仪,用于治疗因不良力学行为导致脊柱椎骨之间三维方向变位合并椎间软组织损伤引起的病变。该三维正脊仪包括:用于安装正脊仪的各种工作机构和驱动装置的框架;安装在该框架上,能沿正脊仪的纵向轴线即X方向做水平运动,用于支承和固定患者上部躯体的头胸板装置;驱动所述头胸板头胸板装置快速运动的驱动装置;安装在所述框架上,能绕着正脊仪的横向轴线即Y方向以及纵向轴线方向转动,用于支承患者下部躯体的臀腿板装置;驱动所述臀腿板装置绕Y方向轴线转动的驱动装置;驱动所述臀腿板装置绕X方向轴线转动的驱动装置;以及控制所述各工作机构的运动速度和运动距离的电气控制系统;安装在所述臀腿板装置上,能绕垂直轴线即Z方向转动的臀板装置及其驱动装置。该现有的三维正脊仪对治疗腰椎间盘突出症、胸腰椎后关节紊乱症、腰肌劳损等疾病具有良好的效果。虽然,该专利文件也提到可以治疗颈椎病,但是本发明人在实现本发明的过程中发现,现有的三维正脊仪在治疗颈椎病的过程中,与传统牵引方法无明显区别,无法使患者头部稳定地固定,不能实现头颈部的定位定量三维协调动作,这样治疗时间长,效果不够理想。对于颈椎病的治疗,最有效的一个方式就是施加机械力使椎骨间做三维方向上的运动,纠正其错缝或错位,松解椎间的紧张关系,使之回归或接近自然状态。而现有的三维正脊仪无法提供这样的运动。在使用该正脊仪治疗胸腰椎间病的过程中,各驱动装置实施了三维旋转的动作和纵向牵拉及横向剪切的动作,仍缺乏上下剪切的动作,这种上下剪切在治疗中是有明显作用的。有了它,才实现了真正意义上的三维正脊。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有的三维正脊仪存在的缺陷,而提供一种全方位新型的三维正脊仪,使其可以更加有效地治疗脊柱椎间病。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种三维正脊仪,包括用于安装工作机构和驱动装置的框架;安装在该框架上的前板装置及其驱动装置;以及安装在所述框架上的后板装置及其驱动装置,安装在所述后板装置上的中间板装置及其驱动装置;其特征在于,所述三维正脊仪还包括:安置在中间板装置上的用于固定患者头部的头部固定装置;所述前板装置沿正脊仪的纵向轴线做水平运动,所述后板装置绕着正脊仪的横向轴线及纵向轴线转动,所述中间板装置绕着正脊仪与所述后板装置的后板面垂直的轴线转动。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其中所述的头部固定装置包括:托板,与所述中间板装置呈可装卸的连接固定,在该托板上设有若干条滑动槽;以及两个头部固定夹及一个下颌垫,分别与安装在上述的滑动槽内的滑块相连,能够沿滑动槽滑动。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其还包括:前板装置快速升降装置,以及控制该升降装置的驱动装置。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其还包括备用板,其与前板装置形成抽拉式结构或可摘挂的活动式结构。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其还包括安置在前板装置中相当于患者俯卧治疗时两乳房所在部位的两条衬托软弹性物质的沟槽。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其中所述的前板装置上设置有压力传感装置。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其中所述的驱动所述前板装置的升降装置的驱动装置采用电机驱动凸轮实现。
优选的,前述的三维正脊仪,其还包括与所述压力传感装置相连的控制计算机。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。通过本发明提供的这种三维正脊仪,其能够实现真正意义上的三维正脊,达到自动治疗脊柱椎间病患者或对人体进行康复保健的目的。

实现发明的最佳方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的一种三维正脊仪及其具体结构、使用方法及其功效,详细说明如后。
请参阅图1,本图所示是本发明的三维正脊仪的结构示意图。该三维正脊仪包括:用于安装正脊仪的各种工作机构和驱动装置的框架1;安装在该框架1上,能沿正脊仪的纵向轴线即X方向做水平运动,用于支承和固定患者上部躯体的前板装置2;驱动所述前板装置2快速运动的驱动装置;安装在所述框架1上,能绕着正脊仪的横向轴线即Y方向以及纵向轴线方向即X方向转动,在治疗胸腰椎间病时用于支承患者下部躯体的后板装置3;驱动所述后板装置3绕Y方向轴线转动的驱动装置;驱动所述后板装置3绕X方向轴线转动的驱动装置;安装在所述后板装置3上,能绕着正脊仪垂直与后板面即Z方向轴线转动的在治疗腰椎间病时用于对患者病变椎间实施横向剪切的中间板装置4及驱动所述中间板装置4绕Z方向轴线转动的驱动装置;以及控制所述各工作机构的运动速度和运动距离的电气控制系统(图中未示)。治疗颈椎病时,在所述的中间板装置4上安装有头部固定装置40,用于固定患者头部,从而可以用于治疗患者的颈椎病。
请参阅图2所示,该头部固定装置40包括:托板41、固定夹板42以及绑紧带43。所述的托板41为平板状,其下面有腿样结构,其腿插入固定在上述的中间板装置4的绑带孔内,可随着中间板装置4的运动而同步运动,绑紧带43及其定量涨紧装置前述专利中已有表述。在该托板41上纵向设有两条滑动槽44。所述的固定夹板42,用于夹持患者头部,该固定夹板的数量是两个,每个固定夹板具有转轴45。转轴45与安装在滑动槽44内的滑块47及下颌垫46相连,从而使得固定夹板连同下颌垫46可以在滑动槽44内纵向滑动,并且两个固定夹板还有绕转轴45进行开合的动作。在固定夹板42上设有耳孔,以便在固定患者头部时容纳耳朵,防止将耳朵挤压受伤。同时,在患者接受治疗时能够保证良好的听力。所述的绑紧带43为设置在中间板装置3上的绑带,治疗腰椎间病时用于绑紧骨盆,治疗颈椎病时用于固定放在托板41上的患者头部,方法是将绑紧带43围住两个固定夹板42使之紧夹患者头部,从而可以将患者头部稳定地固定在头部固定装置4上。较佳的,所述的绑紧带43为具有可调节涨紧力的装置。
请参阅图3所示,是患者头部被固定在头部固定装置40上进行治疗时的示意图,患者头部在头部固定装置40上,在纵向牵引带9以及头部固定装置40的固定下可以稳定地与中间板装置4共同运动,可接受定量的三个板的三维协调动作。
当患者进行椎间病治疗时,使其俯卧在前板上,对于女性患者来说,胸部乳房会受到挤压,会造成不良后果。请参阅图4所示,本发明的三维正脊仪还在所述的前板2上开设有两条沟槽21,沟槽内填充软弹性材料,再用面料覆盖或者在前板装置中相当于患者俯卧治疗时两乳房所在部位设置有凹陷升降装置及其驱动机构。用于女性患者进行治疗时,容纳其胸部乳房,从而提高该三维正脊仪在治疗时的舒适性。
请再参阅图1所示,现有的三维正脊仪,由于其前板装置主要是在治疗腰椎病时支承患者上部躯干,所以其长度有限。在进行颈椎病治疗时,该前板装置2用于支承患者头部以下的全部肢体,所以本发明的三维正脊仪在前板装置内设有一备用板5,与所述的前板装置形成抽拉式结构或可摘挂的活动式结构。在使用时,将该备用板5抽出或挂上,用于支承患者的腿脚。当患者治疗完毕,则可以将该备用板5推入前板装置2内或摘下,从而可用于治疗胸腰椎病患者。
为更有效治疗椎间病,需要在治疗中上下移动患者病变椎骨,使其发生垂直方向上的微小位移。本发明的三维正脊仪为实现上述目的,在前板装置下安装有快速升降装置6,以及控制该快速升降装置的驱动装置7。快速升降装置7可以为设置在前板装置之下的凸轮或者偏心轮及其驱动装置。
较佳的,还在所述的前板装置上设有压力传感器8,用于测量前板装置所承受的重量,从而可以采集患者的体重数据,为治疗提供更多方面的数据。该压力传感器与计算机相连则可以作为自动设置治疗参数的依据之一,同时可对所治疗的患者进行计数。当压力传感器检测不到压力时,则认为没有患者,此时的动作为该三维正脊仪的试机空运转。
在本申请没有具体明述的技术特征可以在中国专利97182091.0号中找到对应的内容,并可以达到相应的技术效果,故在此不再赘述。

工业应用性
本发明的三维正脊仪,既可以有效治疗胸腰椎间病,又可以有效治疗颈椎病,也可以用于脊柱保健。并且通过压力传感装置的设置,还可以自动判断是否有患者正在接受治疗。由于增加了前板装置的快速升降装置,对于治疗椎间病具有了更好的效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种三维正脊仪,包括用于安装工作机构和驱动装置的框架;安装在该框架上的前板装置及其驱动装置;以及安装在所述框架上的后板装置及其驱动装置,安装在所述后板装置上的中间板装置及其驱动装置;其特征在于,所述三维正脊仪还包括:安置在中间板装置上的用于固定患者头部的头部固定装置;所述前板装置沿正脊仪的纵向轴线做水平运动,所述后板装置绕着正脊仪的横向轴线及纵向轴线转动,所述中间板装置绕着正脊仪与所述后板装置的后板面垂直的轴线转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于所述的头部固定装置包括:托板,与所述中间板装置呈可装卸的连接固定,在该托板上设有若干条滑动槽;以及两个头部固定夹及一个下颌垫,分别与安装在上述的滑动槽内的滑块相连,能够沿滑动槽滑动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于它还包括:前板装置快速升降装置,以及控制该升降装置的驱动装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于它还包括:备用板,其与前板装置形成抽拉式结构或可摘挂式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于它还包括:安置在前板装置中相当于患者俯卧治疗时两乳房所在部位的两条沟槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于其中所述的前板装置上设置有压力传感装置。
7.根据权利要求3所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于驱动所述前板装置的升降装置的驱动装置采用凸轮或压缩弹簧组合。
8.根据权利要求6所述的三维正脊仪,其特征在于它还包括与所述压力传感装置相连的控制计算机。
